We first met Albert at the LA Chocolate Salon in Pasadena back in 2022. Among a sea of talented vendors, his bonbons stood out--bold, exotic flavors crafted with premium ingredients and artistic finesse. That first encounter left a lasting impression. So when it came time to choose our wedding favors, the decision was easy. Albert delivered a flawless custom order featuring our invitation logo on beautifully made bonbons. The process was seamless, collaborative, and genuinely joyful from start to finish. Albert brings authenticity and creative grit to everything he does. His chocolates reflect that passion, and our guests felt it. We're grateful for his role in our celebration and proud to support his continued journey. P.S. His new tropical sunrise bonbon? Absolutely unforgettable. Albert a sublimé notre mariage avec ses chocolats uniques, authentiques et magnifiquement personnalisés. Bravo.

10 of the 13 chocolates that was available! Along with fruit pate (calamansi, kiwi, guava and such). Two complimentary wine.

My lovely Valetine of 12 years surprised me with this chocolate tasting event by Chef Albert and team. We got to try out 12 different chocolate because we both signed up, then got a box of 12 pieces each as a gift! Also, a complimentary wine glass. I am not a drinker but I wanted to try it with the chocolate. I haven't been to the chocolate shop, but Chef Albert is a wonderful person! Very personable, attentive, and he loves what

Working with Chef Albert was a dream. I asked him if he could create chocolates for my dinosaur themed wedding at NHMLA. He was responsive, kind, professional, and so easy to work with. He's a great listener, fun to collaborate with, and I could feel the creativity and passion in his voice whenever we spoke. It truly is so cool to know someone is excited to put their all into their craft. My wedding guests have raved and raved to my husband and I about the chocolates. They were delicious, perfect, and absolutely beautiful. We got a custom 5 piece box and a dark chocolate honeycomb raptor claw for each guest. People have been asking us if we have any more! My favorite flavor is his calamansi caramel. So so good. Thank you, Chef!!! You helped make my wedding dreams come true. Along with some of my own photos, I've attached some photos that Chef took and sent me during the custom making process.

Albert's Petite Sweets is an exceptional candy and chocolate boutique led by an amazing chef-entrepreneur whose talent shines in every creation. The level of artistry, precision, and flavor found here is truly remarkable. The chocolates are silky, balanced, and crafted with meticulous care. Every truffle, caramel, and confection reflects thoughtful flavor combinations and flawless technique. The candies are equally impressive--beautifully made, unique, and elevated far beyond anything you'd find in a typical sweet shop. What truly sets Albert's Petite Sweets apart is the passion behind the craft. Every detail--from texture to presentation--shows a commitment to excellence and creativity that feels both luxurious and personal. If you're looking for premium, hand-crafted chocolates and candies made by a chef whose skill and entrepreneurial spirit define the brand, Albert's Petite Sweets is in a league of its own. Absolutely worthy of a full five stars.

I found Albert's Petite Sweets while looking for a gift and loved how gorgeous the pieces looked. I didn't get to try them but hope to come back next time to try it out. Albert seemed very nice when I reached out and made sure I was able to pick up the chocolates the same day. I really hope I get the chance to try them the next time I'm in the area! the shop is set up in a lobby along with other vendor items. It was pretty straightforward to purchase after I got to the location. There's also parking conveniently in front of the building.

    Chef Albert, thank you.

OMG. WOW. If you have Gluten and Dairy allergies. Give Chef Albert's a try. I guarantee that his treats will be on your favorite list. He is very passionate, creative and so open and friendly. One of the best guys in the industry. You would have to look at his website to find which ones are Gluten and Dairy free. One of my wife's favorite are those chocolate honey combs. Everyone we let try said they are amazing.

Brought mom and sister to Albert's Mothers Day chocolate experience, and it was a treat in every sense of the word! Albert himself is a passionate, innovative, gentle soul who shares about the ups and downs of his journey, and whom you cannot help but fall in love with and root for. The chocolate itself is world class and crafted with artistry and love. Each piece was unique, and I cannot wait to share my box with my family - I'm going to do a mini tasting with them so they can enjoy a small version of we enjoyed today. If you have a chance to book an experience, take a class, or come to the retail store and pickup a box, it will be time well spent and deliciously spent. I budgeted about 20 minutes for this experience, and we ended up spending 2 hours. Thank you Albert for treating us to your story, insider peeks of your space, and your petite

The chocolates are soooooo good! I brought my mom to the Valentine's Day event as a little treat. It was a little disorganized, and there was a pretty long wait to get situated with the chocolates included in the event . Also, my chosen to go chocolates were incorrect in the box (my mom grabbed them for me while I was getting a chair massage!). Overall tho, the chocolates really make this place shine! I will definitely be ordering chocolates for pick up in the future. Seriously delicious! If you need help organizing future events, i'd be happy to!!! it could be SOOOOO nice!

We had the pleasure of working with Albert for Long Beach Ronald McDonald House's annual gala, and he created 700 exquisite chocolates for our guests + special VIP gifts. From start to finish, Albert was an absolute dream to work with, professional, responsive, and genuinely passionate about his craft. Each chocolate was a work of art, beautifully presented, delicious, and clearly made with care and creativity. Our guests couldn't stop raving about them! Albert's attention to detail and commitment to quality made the entire experience seamless. We are so grateful for his partnership and can't recommend Albert's Petite Sweets highly enough. If you're looking for a chocolatier who delivers both artistry and excellence, look no further, Albert is the best!

Albert is wonderful creator of fine chocolates! Our company, Titan Legal Services, ordered a bunch of boxes of chocolates which also included our company logos on the chocolates. We were blown away by the end products we received. The boxes themselves are very luxurious and elegant ... almost like you are going to get some expensive jewelry once opened! The individual chocolates are all individually wrapped and packaged with care and attention to detail. We know that our own Customers will be amazed as well by these wonderful creations and we cannot recommend Albert enough! We will definitely reach out to him again for future creations for our company!

The best warning I can give you is: if you want all other chocolate ruined for you, get Albert's Petite Sweets. When I tell you all that I was a Sees Candies addict, I mean it. My family grew up always giving each other boxes of it for Xmas, but as soon as I tried Albert's chocolates I could never go back. (And yes I tried, but Sees can't even come close) My husband ordered me a custom box and I loved every single flavor! Cloud 9, Ube, and I want to say passion fruit were my absolute favorite! I wish I could tell you all the flavors but I just know there wasn't a single one that disappointed me. The box was gone that same day oopsie lol I've followed Albert on Instagram for years (since the cake pop days ) and I'm so in awe at the beautiful sweets he creates. It's not everyday you get beauty and amazing flavor in one bite but he nailed it. Definitely counting down until my next box

Albert is such a special chocolatier. Everything we tried was so unique from passion fruit caramels, to chocolate Mille fuille, to cookies and cream he DOES it all. For your next gift pick up these unique chocolates.

It was milk chocolate with hazelnuts that was simply decadent and delicious, but I must have it in dark chocolate.. Everything in its place boxes and boxes of delectable chocolates abound this chocolatier. What I love most about it is the free samples, of course, it is like Costco, but in chocolate for me. I did get a small block of the dark chocolate with hazelnut and tried about three more of their beautifully handcrafted chocolate bites, they do not skimp. Jessica was patient while I asked questions which she happily answered and tried one of the usual w/ ganache that was OK so I chose some that had some nuts in it. All in all this was a very delightful experience and would joyfully return but with small hesitation because it's just devilishly good & sinful! The chocolates were placed in a glass case the same way precious stones & gems are displayed. Simply fabulous. Had a wonderful time here. Topnotch!

A very welcoming vibe upon entry, we were greeted by a friendly couple who answered our questions about popular drink flavors. We decided to go with a Hot Cinnamon Dulce Latte and an Iced Blueberry Lavender Latte. While waiting, there were plenty of chairs, tables, a comfy couch and even a bar area to sit and relax. Tons of board games, books and wonderfully mellow music helps make the experience feel comforting and inviting. Our drinks were prepared quickly and shouted at the coffee bar for pickup. The presentation was great, but the flavors, out of this world! The Cinnamon Dulce Latte was OUTSTANDING. So good, in fact, that my girlfriend stole it from me! Not to worry, her Blueberry Lavender Latte was also top-notch, with a smooth, not-to-sweet flavor combination. Friendly staff (which comes with occasional karaoke renditions from the Bluetooth speakers), a chill vibe and outstanding drinks make this a top spot in the area for hardcore coffee lovers. The lemon and meringue in the tart were very good: the citrus had a nice bite to it, it wasn't too sweet. I found the pastry a little thick, but that is sometimes an issue when making miniature tarts, as the pastry to filling ratio can get off-balance. The little dark chocolate bunny was ok, but honestly not any better than most retail chocolate bars for a much higher cost. On my second visit I stopped in on a morning for a matcha latte and ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was flaky and had a good balance of ham and cheese. They warm them up and it was the perfect temperature. The matcha latte was very disappointing, though. I didn't end up finishing it and threw most of it out. It was bright green, but had no real matcha flavor to speak of. Instead it tasted overwhelmingingly of vanilla. So much so that as it cooled it reminded me of drinking melted vanilla ice cream. I don't know if they use vanilla syrup by default as their sweetner, because I didn't ask for it, but if so it's an odd choice to make without telling people. Overall, a bit of a mixed bag.
