We were having dinner nearby and walked around Shoreline Village to kill some time before our reservation. While walking along the boardwalk, we stopped by Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Parking for all of the shops and restaurants is in a pay lot with optional valet. I used the valet since the lot was full. On a Sunday afternoon, they were fairly busy. They have a great selection of fudge, chocolates, candies, and specialty apples. We couldn't resist getting something so we decided to get an apple to take home. Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of flavors including the smores which is my favorite. We decided to get the last Caramel Apple Snickers apple which is a caramel covered granny smith apple dipped in tiger butter and rolled in bits of Snickers bar. It's nice that they offer to slice it up for you which we opted for. We enjoyed it later that evening, and it was very good. The apple itself was big and very crisp. The toppings were great and it was definitely peanut butter forward with the tiger butter dip and Snickers bits. Unfortunately, it was definitely on the expensive side as the cost was a bit over $15 including tax for the one apple.

This Rocky Mountain location is situated at the Shoreline Village of Long Beach. On a late Monday afternoon, it was pretty empty and the staff were friendly and attentive to us. They have a large selection of apples and chocolates. I ordered a sliced dark chocolate caramel apple. It tasted just as good as hoped but I was honestly disappointed for it to turn out to be $13.95. I'm not sure if I will be back anytime soon due to the pricing but Rocky Mountain is definitely worth a try if you're ever in the area and find yourself craving a caramel apple!

I love getting caramel apples from Rocky Mountain whenever I come across one. Normally they are near tourist attractions/area. This Long Beach one has been around for many years at the Shoreline Village. This location is pricier than others. The cheesecake caramel apple I purchased was $12.95 That's insane. It's just an apple dipped in two sauces. The store is a bit dated and customer service is poor but the location is beautiful. Grab a snack and sit outside to enjoy the scenery.

Lovin' how store front showed up pink. Just my color. This was my very last stop here at Shoreline Village, along Beach, CA. The Factory was very organized when I walked in and smelled great from Apples to Chocolates of course. But I just can't afford another cavity so didn't end up buying anything. Great place to browse around though. Super cute and organized Factory though, so I'm not sure they were rated so low on Yelp as 2.5 stars. Parking is super convenient anywhere within the Shoreline Village, Long Beach, CA., but just remember to ask for validation.

I've always been a fan of RMCF, the apples are amazing. I went during the winter of 2023and found out they didn't have my favorite apple, the Avalanche I was so disappointed. It was the best! I was told my an employee that they were bringing it back during the summer that I should try back around summer. So I did. Went the beginning of June, walked in and they were packed, people everywhere. I made my way to the counter to check.out the specialty apples and there it was, the Avalanche is back! Without hesitation, I got in line just to get 1 apple. My wife wanted to try the Strawberry Cheesecake. Well mine I knew was good, OMG if you've never tried it, ya gotta! They also have Avalanche Bark which is also good just alot sweeter. The Cheesecake apple was good but I'm just partial to the Avalanche lol. Rocky Mountain is the bomb, keep my apple year round please!

We always stop in here for a caramel apple and it's nice they slice it for us so it's easier to share and eat. We also bought some other treats to try and they were all delicious. Can't go wrong with choosing ingredients you love that are covered in chocolate from nuts to marshmallows to jam. Will definitely be back for more!

When I come to the pike, I always crave something sweet. What better way to satisfy my sweet tooth than to have a candy apple? I come here occasionally and I love their candy apples. They always have a lot of flavor without it being overwhelming. They're always good quality whenever I come. The service is good too. And my mind's a little hazy on this, but I remember appreciating the way the shop was decorated on the inside, and how they have a display of candy apples in the window. I don't have too much else to say, but if you're ever craving a candy apple, feel free to stop by here. You won't be disappointed.

He let me sample the vegan chocolate honeycomb and it was quite crisp and delicate. The texture literally felt like chewing on honeycombs wrapped in chocolate. Yum! I decided to bring home the cocoa butter crisps, which the chef states is made out of Ritz crackers and chocolate. Made me quite intrigued cause when you think of Ritz crackers, you don't automatically think of chocolate. But oh my gosh, I really like them! Perfect balance of chocolate and cracker with a great amount of richness coming from the Belgian chocolate. Loved the caramel flakes on top, as well. Ambiance inside the Partake Collective provides a modern vibe with a quick grab and go experience. I like how Chef Albert's sweets are set up neatly as soon as you turn the corner up the stairs. Sweets and chocolates are always an eye catcher for me, so I am glad I saw this and got to meet Chef Albert personally. I would definitely recommend trying the variety of chocolates and sweets-- hope to come back soon when I'm in the area!

(So we actually loved our experience last time we promised to leave a review but totally forgot the name of the kind soul that helped us and been meaning to go back to get her name) I had visited a few times before, but didn't feel welcomed or felt like I had to chase someone down to sheepishly ask for a single sample which they begrudgingly handed over while I was the only one in the store. So it was hard to want to buy anything. That is, before Jessica. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, answering all our questions and offering suggestions to help us find our one true (chocolate) love. We bid adieu and walked out with some purchases of chocolate hopefully to last us a while for the sake of our wallets. So months later, finally, we went back hoping she was there and trying to remember what we liked last time (raspberry blackberry white chocolate and the blackberry dark chocolate for future reference) and would you know it, freaking Jessica chimes in from the side "Yeah last time you guys liked that one." Like wait, excuse me? You see how many people a day, a week, a month, and you remember not only our faces but also what we liked months later?? Floored. FLOORED. Of course, Jessica and the amazing team on Friday night 15 minutes before closing were amazing and happily let us try a few different things so we knew exactly what we wanted to get. We decided on the previous favorites plus the new limited edition hazelnut dark chocolate and the 90% cacao dark chocolate from India. So go check out this location at the Cerritos Mall! You're in for not only a sweet treat, but a sweet connection with people who truly care about the guest experience.
