Cashiers are the lovely staff of women who speak spanish. I ordered the chicken super burrito and was given a piping hot burrito soon after I sat down. The tables have spicy avocado sauce? (Forgive me, I am unsure what it is) and a tomato salsa. I had some with every bite and it was delicious. The cheese was a little stretchy, the rice was good, and the chicken was not dry. But when someone walks in the door and is present within the restaurant, their order should be moved up in order to get as many people out of the door. However their prices have gone up,customer service has gone down. They have definitely stepped up their game up. And I have a visit in a lot of times since that one star review. Their taco Tuesdays are bomb because it's good quality for a great price. I also love all of the snacks, the corn is delicious, and honestly since moving I realized I can't get this quality of food at any Taqueria near me. My first time here! I thought that the food would be great - I was mistaken. The mangonada was super frozen and wasn't mixed up well so all of the chili was at the top. Horchata wasn't great. My tacos barely came with any meat and the tortilla was very hard to bite through. I also prefer my meat cut up, not in cubes. I wanted sour cream and cheese on my tacos and I was going to be charged 65 cents each!! 65 cents for sour cream on EACH taco and 65 cents for cheese on EACH taco. I never thought that I would be giving this place a bad review because the owner had done so well with this place and has always treated his customers fair and especially me and my husband and son. I have been a customer here since day one. The food is great I have only had one compliant but, after being mistreated and disrespected by the employees here you get sick of it!! Coming into the establishment I noticed the tables were dirty and it was also busy so I didn't let it bother me. I'm standing in line to order my food and I noticed the cashier (Diana) was very friendly, so now it's my turn and she had a face like I was bothering her! Where did the smile go? The super nachos were sooo good. Better than a lot of other "authentic" Mexican restaurants. They have a large selection of desserts & smoothies as well. I had a bionico, which to me is like an ambrosia salad in a cup with granola. It was delicious. Long wait, burritos were wet, i told him no salsa on my burrito, but it still had some. Soggiest burrito i've ever had, not cool, i did not want a soup burrito. On the other hand the tacos were well worth it, very good. And for the Flan, they get the best Flan award from me. Place has one large table for a large family and delicious deserts. I lost count of the amount of times that I placed an order picked it up and it was completely wrong as much I love their food I will not be coming back. I know I must not be the only one who's order they mess up on. I didn't give them one star only because every time they mess up on my order and I call them back to tell them it was wrong they are nice and seem concerned. I wish they were wearing name tags to put the name of the cashier that took my order, I'll give you a physical description she had blondish hair, skinny, and pale. When she took my order I don't know if she was half asleep or not just by the way she kept on yawning, I don't think she was awake because when I got home my food was all wrong I basically just fed it to my dogs. One time I was there standing at the counter to order and had to wait for the employees to stop chatting and giggling to order. I could understand if they were teenagers, but the employees are older.
