Visited Duluth Trading Company today to buy a heavy zipping hoodie. To my dismay, they didn't have any. The quality of the clothing is very good and it is pricey. They've got plenty in stock too. I'm not sure I'd pay $37.50 for one undershirt though, regardless of how nice it is. The store is laid out well and they have a good selection. Unfortunately, I'll have to purchase the zipping hoodie online. read more

First time here, and the store is nice and not super big like a big box store. It carries quality men and women's outdoor clothing from jackets, coats, clothing, underwear, socks and boots. There is some outdoor supplies and nice things for gifts. We enjoyed reading and looking at the Buck Naked brand of men's underwear, including 4X. Their marketing is a hoot. In the back the bathrooms were nice. A small seating area to wait or rest is there. We'll come back here again. read more

This is the first time I entered this store. They have a variety of clothes all very nice. They have an extensive selection of men's underwear. Many different brands that I've never heard of. It seems that they cater for men's comfort. The materials used seem very soft and comfortable. Some brands were on sale from $22 something to $17 and change. Yes expensive for one pair of underwear, but is it really. We can pay for expensive pair of shorts or pants. I think it's worth it if they are truly comfortable. Although I still feel that they can do a little better on price. The clothes are all pricey, but everything in there looks like its good quality and would last a long time. Maybe one day I will splurge and purchase a few pieces and see how they hold up. I do like their NoGA pants. read more

Fresh new store. This is my first visit to a brick-and-mortar Duluth Trading Company store. Men's on the right, women's on the left. Plenty of parking. Very attractive store. It's nice to get my hands on all the products I find in the catalog. I love the selection of sizes and styles offered. Most stores don't carry talls for women's sizes. DTC carries a good selection of sizes and lengths. The undergarment section is extensive, if you are looking for the buck-naked underwear. The crafted leather bags and cool games are also available. It looks like they have a mail-order pickup in the back of the store as well. Worth the jump off the freeway to find the store. Great holiday gift ideas and gear for your everyday needs. read more

I love browsing around this store! They have clothing for men and women. The store is really neatly displayed. They have free coffee in the back of the store. The store has a section for men and women's shoes. They carry hiking boots. They have a large section of their famous underwear for men. The women's section has pants, gloves, hats, socks, shirts, sweaters, pajamas, and jackets. They have a section with gadgets and gifts. This is a great place to grab gifts for that very hard person to shop for. The staff is always polite and quick to answer your questions. Love the headband I bought from here. Their prices are kinda high but the quality of the stuff is what you are paying for. They do have a rewards program that you can sign up for to save money. read more

So I have always driven by this place on the freeway and wondered if their clothing was any good. All contractors know that good work clothes that last, that are comfortable, and that look stylish are hard to find. For years I have worn Blaklader work clothes and have had major success. No issues whatsoever. So hey, I figured I'd give Duluth Trading a shot at earning my company's business. Once I arrived at the store I was amazed at the initial presentation upon entering. Clean, organized, well lit, and fully staffed. Cool ! Then came the thing that drives online purchases, and what makes brick and mortar stores close: terrible customer service, and weird stares. Yep. I said it. Everything about the people that were working (that I came in eyesight or contact with) here was disgusting and disappointing. They all either totally ignored me, or looked directly at me and kept going about their business. Nobody asked me if I needed help, if I was looking for anything in particular, etc. People always say," the internet is bad for brick and mortar stores". On the contrary: most employees are the root cause for brick and mortar stores to close. Awesome store. Needed to pick out a heavy duty sweatshirt for the upcoming winter season. This place was a bit of a drive for me but it was worth the trip. Outstanding selection of quality clothing. Clean and roomy changing rooms and they even have an area in the rear of the store where you can pour yourself a hot cup of coffee. I found exactly what I was looking for and the trip was worthwhile. Also plenty of parking. My thoughts are that this store will be packed during the Christmas season. So I am planning on a return trip in the very near future. WELL DONE. read more

Will not do business with this company ever again!! I placed an order with them online and got charged twice for my products ordered. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do about it to call my bank and they would have to figure out the problem.
