I figured that since this location is an outlet I would be able to pick up a few at a comparable price to what I usually find them marked at - this wasn't the case. They still had great sales (25% off retail) but I didn't end up getting anything because I knew I could find them cheaper. That being said, they had a ton of the performance line marked down to great prices and there were a ton of cute styles and lots of sizes available. The store is actually pretty big and they have a lot of clothes and accessories to look through. I just stopped in quick to check out the undergarment situation but I'll be back to thoroughly comb the racks soon.

This particular store has friendly sales associates, a good selection of clothes and fun jewelry. I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

Not only did the associate stay on her phone when I came in the shop and while I was there, she never once offered to measure me (which they always offer to measure you for bra size), she was clearly disinterested in helping me at all. Obviously people have had different experiences than I did at this store, and maybe this associate just didn't want to be at work that day, but the customer service was abysmal. I will go to Nordstroms from now on for my intimate apparel.
