The biggest problem I had was delivery. Unless the item is over 6k, it's 450.00 in delivery. Between the sectional, warranty, and tax I was over 6k and that didn't apply, which I was not happy with but had no other option. Time will tell the durability of the product, but it seems nice and we enjoy it for now.
