    Just received our Next-gen sofa & loveseat and couldn't be happier. Took advantage of the Black Friday special and we are 100% pleased with both the product and the delivery. Their white glove delivery is just that! The crew was excellent! Went above and beyond the call of duty. Very curious and eager to help. This is our 3rd time purchasing from Ashley and will never shop anywhere else.

    I'm so disappointed by Ashley Furniture store in Concord CA. I purchased a sofa sleeper that was not able to go in the room that we wanted. Was too high. All the store representatives including the sales person Leonardo Amilpa who was dishonest with providing information about their return policies (that is illegal in California, checked with a lawyer) and store terms & conditions. Through the delivery guys that pressured me to sign without sawing me what I'm signing for. The store customer service representative Bratt that was very not helpful and not understanding to the situation that they left the sofa in the middle of my house (still in its manufacture's packaging) and on my second call hang up the phone to me. All I wanted is to return this sofa and take a smaller one that can fit in my hallway to enter the room. But now they refuse my legal right to return this item and get my money back for it! I'm so frustrated and disappointed by their behavior all along, they completely lost me as a customer and lost everyone I know!

    Great customer, service and special shout out to Vincent and Alex, as well as the store manager, and regional manager, who all took part in resolving our delivery issue and putting us in the new bedroom set. Things got resolved in fast and easy manner with no obligation and headache. The price was well discounted to the reasonable, affordable figure. Pleased to meet good people and to see the smiles of floor manager Alex, accommodating and resolving all furniture issues encounter. THANKS! Will be back for more shopping.

    This is the bottom of the end table completely blown out out. Not even real wood.

    Recently bought Living room table and end tables from Ashley. Delivery and setup were extremely late. I inspected the furniture and signed off only to find the the bottom of the end table was completely blown out. The delivery people passed this off as good. Heck, they carried it in. They would have known. Upon calling Ashley Furniture they were nice enough, somewhat understanding and after pictures were sent they dispatched a repair person 1 week later. Repair person shows up and says he can't fix it. Ya. They sent out the parts needed to repair and upon further inspection the whole bottom of the end table was crushed. I used the sent out parts to repair but will never do business again with Ashley Furniture. Very cheaply built and Not as described.

The first visit we didn't find the Schluter edge trims we needed. But they do have a much larger selection than your local hardware store. The second visit I was looking for Y shaped spacers for installing hexagon tiles. An employee asked if I needed help. He and another employee took maybe 10 minutes out of their way to help me look for the Y spacers. Super nice! Exceptional service! Their inventory online actually seems to be accurate because they asked if I had the SKU and it told them the same number available as what I saw online. I had called two other flooring stores nearby to see if they sell Y shaped spacers but they don't. Definite plus in how large their inventory and selection is. I will be going out of my way to cross the bridge to go to Floor and Decor for my next project needs.

    This experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it…read more On a Saturday evening around 6:50 p.m., I stopped by Hobby Lobby with my 4-year-old daughter and my elderly mother-in-law. We were preparing for an upcoming funeral, and I needed help with an expensive gold frame I had purchased from Hobby Lobby. One of the corners had separated, and I wanted to know whether the framing department could repair or reinforce it. Because the frame was large and heavy, I left it in my trunk until I confirmed that someone could help. My mother-in-law waited nearby so she could rest while my daughter accompanied me to the framing counter. I approached the employee working in the framing department and asked if he could assist me. His first response was, "I'm off in six minutes - what do you need?" The tone immediately caught me off guard. As I began explaining that the corner of the frame had broken apart and needed reinforcement, he interrupted me and said, "Stop. Just hurry up and tell me what you need." I was surprised because I was simply trying to explain the issue so he could determine whether it was something the framing department could fix. I told him the frame was needed for a funeral and asked if it could be repaired. Instead of addressing my question, he asked why my husband couldn't fix it. I explained that my husband is currently deployed, so he wasn't available to help, and that while I would try to repair it myself if necessary, I also work full-time. His response was simply, "So do I." At that point, it was clear that helping me was not a priority. What made the interaction even more upsetting was that my 4-year-old daughter asked afterward, "Mommy, why was that man so mean? Why didn't he want to help us?" Hearing that from my child was heartbreaking. I told her that maybe he was having a difficult day because I wanted her to understand that we should still try to show kindness to others. I shared my experience with the manager, who told me that this employee often tells others how important it is to be friendly with customers. Unfortunately, that was not reflected in the interaction we experienced. Thankfully, we went to Ace Hardware afterward, where an employee immediately took the time to help us. He recommended reinforcing the frame with small metal corner brackets, nails, and gold spray paint. His advice worked perfectly, and we were able to save the frame in time for the funeral. This review isn't about expecting perfection. Everyone has stressful days. It's about the importance of treating people with basic courtesy and respect, especially when they may already be going through a difficult time. A little kindness can make all the difference. Unfortunately, that was missing from our experience at Hobby Lobby.

When it arrived the ceramic top was damaged so I was told to not accept it and Ken located another one with the right combination of top and legs. When that arrived, it also had been damaged in shipping and Ken said to reject it and he found another one- same problem. I guess the porcelain tops are very fragile and require more delicate handling. Ken never gave up in the quest to deliver the perfect table I had ordered and was communicative and proactive throughout the ongoing issues never complaining once. They just delivered the 4th table which arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. I've never had such a positive experience from what was ostensibly a terrible one. Calligaris had discontined the combination I originally ordered in the meantime, but Ken persisted in getting that original combination shipped from Italy. Ken, thanks for your persistence, patience and follow-through. I can not recommend you and your store more highly!!

I received via text a delivery window of 1-3 pm. The morning of before 10 am I received a call and text from the driver that he would be there in 1 hour. Irritating and unprofessional, but whatever. I thought I would just get it done. I re arranged my day, dropped what I was doing and went to meet him. I arrived a little over 1/2 hour later and let him know. This guy didn't show up until almost 2! No call, no apology. When he did get there he was rushed and rude and lazy. HE was rushed after wasting my day! He actually kind of just threw the mattress on the frame with attitude! Unbelievable. In the end, while I appreciated the knowledge and being able to physically feel the bed, I would have been better off leaving the showroom and ordering online from Amazon. If you decide to purchase from here with delivery go ahead and free up your whole day, as your time will not be respected.
