Yes, if I still lived in Bellingham, I'm sure it would still be a favorite spot of mine. I also recommend the hong you chao shou, though this last time I had it, it just was spicy but lacking umami. Hopefully just a fluke. Finally, I rated 4 stars, mainly because the service is always umm ok. The owner CAN be very friendly, but usually is not, especially if overwhelmed. But sometimes even when it's slow you feel like an inconvenience. Also don't expect to be given water unless you ask for it or to be checked on if you need a refill on tea or water. If you go enough, you will probably experience all the different moods!
