Service was quick--seated, menus and water. Food order came just as fast--it seemed. A bit long for the Thai Tea though--almost half way through the meal. Very good fresh roll with Tofu. Pho with chicken, Vegetable Pho with tofu were both excellent. Quiet despite 1/2 the tables were occupied. Light flow of people getting To Go orders. The service was bad and the food, I literally only tried a bite of my food and I asked them if I could I trade it in for something else (it was also cheaper) because I didn't like it and the cook started yelling at me because he said I had to pay for it and stayed saying "oh you just ordered it and thought you'd like it but u don't no u pay for both" and I told him no, my husband is Vietnamese I regularly eat pho and this just isn't pho. At least the pho I usually get and eat. But mind you I was trying to be nice as possible and calm but he went straight to yelling. He did still end up charging me but that's beside the fact. Love their beef pho! The flavor of the bone broth is very rich, portion sizes are good, and they don't skimp on noodles. I usually get the steak cut when I order and the meat is tasty, cut thin and goes well with the broth. I haven't eaten in the store before, but the people working there have been friendly when I have gone to pick up my orders. read more

A disinterested teen was working the front. Didn't have any answers about the menu. I ordered a large steak. The broth was oily and thin. There was 3 small pieces of meat. They brought me a super small portion of toppings and the bowl was the size of every other Pho restaurant's small potion. For $15 I will never ever go here again. When the store first open it had a new owner and I hate to say it, I was not impressed. I was like great-- "another disappointing pho place." I recently went back and JUST discovered that it has a new owner. While I had been there a few time and I did notice the quality of the pho broth seem better than I remember, I couldn't figure out why until I found out the new owner brought out previous owner but kept the name. So the menu currently is less than what was before. There's really no "rice plates" as the previous owner had but I will say their pho is much better than what was there before. I would go back for their pho. The only thing is they really need to update the dining area for sure. Unfortunately my husband and I heard something in the wall when we sat down on one of the booth. I also noticed that they had taken things off the walls as if they were decorating. I did inquiry and I was told they were doing some "remodeling." I have heard so many amazing things about this place and woah. They did not disappoint. I was not in the mood for pho so I ordered the stirfry noodles. It really doesn't look like much, but the flavor is so amazing! I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was so fresh! My friend ordered the steak and brisket pho. I rarely here her say food is so amazing and she couldn't stop making noises. Ha. She said the meat was perfect and the broth was very tasty. We ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer. The noodles were still warm inside. She made them right in front of us. I can't believe it. Also, the peanut sauce was perfect that came with it. I usually skip that sauce. We also ordered a couple different bubble teas and they were so fresh and tasty. There was a woman and a man running the place. But she was doing everything. She took orders and cooked the food and everything! I couldnt believe it. The phone was ringing and people were coming in for togos and there were about 4 or 5 tables. She is a beast. Just stopped here for lunch and super happy we did - short story is that it's a great value for the price, the restaurant is cute and comfortable, the food is delicious and the service definitely exceeds expectations. The person working at the front was friendly, professional, and informative, all while managing a fairly busy lunch rush, working both the counter and multiple tables. I was seriously impressed. We got a beef vermicelli bowl and tofu bahn mi. We noticed the proteins' marinade seemed less sweet and more heavy on the soy than other places, which complimented the pickled elements, cilantro and jalapeno really well. It was very reasonably priced for everything, which made it easier to tip more, so that's always a plus. My favorite spot for banh mi is in Lynnwood, so I was pretty amped to learn a Vietnamese restaurant was opening and these tasty sammiches were on the menu. Now, don't get me wrong, my favorite place is STILL in Lynnwood, but Phô 360 is quite a good substitute, especially since it saves me the hour-plus drive in infuriating traffic. We had spring rolls, and the grilled pork, bbq pork, and beef banh mi. The spring rolls were good, and tasted fresh. One of them was a little heavy on the basil, which was a very pleasant surprise. The sandwiches were good, though a little light on the meat. Of there were an option to add more, I'd gladly pay the extra. That, or charge more and up the fillings. Though, for $5.50/sandwich, I . The bread was decent, the jalapeños were spicy, and they were quite accommodating of the customization to leave the cilantro off. I'm pretty pleased with my first meal from here. I ordered egg rolls which were crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside, a rice plate and got noodles and a clump of (cooked together) pork with lots of undercooked fat. Coffee was great, no complaints, strong and served with a big cup of ice but I opted for the warm version! Soup came out steaming hot with the usual add ins of bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño and lime ( the last 2 items being so dried out they maybe left on counter all night?) Flavor was ok. Every family has their own recipe for their pho soup and 360 does not disappoint. Make sure you order the pot stickers, fried to perfection and served with a sweet side sauce. We always like a little kick in our sauces so we add some Sriracha. The tofu pho comes with a ton of fresh veggies and yummy fried tofu. The take out orders are flying out the door. Here's a hint when ordering pho soup to go. Request that your noodles be raw or uncooked. Boil up your broth at home and add your noodles. They only take a couple of minutes to cook, so don't leave them unattended. Rice noodles need to be eaten that day. They turn to mush if you leave them overnight. read more

The good: Their egg rolls were delicious and so fresh! Great crunch from the pastry and carrots and the meat was seasoned well. I could have easily eaten the entire order to myself but sadly had to share with my husband. The owners were very kind and attentive as well. The bad: I really wanted to like the pho but it fell quite flat for me. I ordered the brisket pho and my husband ordered the house special spicy pho. His was not spicy at all - the colour of the broth was the same as a standard bowl of pho. The meat for the brisket was very fatty and there were only a few small pieces of meat in the bowl even though I ordered a large. The broth also wasn't as rich in flavour as we've commonly had at other restaurants. I would definitely come back for the egg rolls and try other items on the menu but if you're looking for a solid place for pho, you may want to try somewhere else! read more

I've gone here a number of times since I moved to Bellingham 3 years ago and it's definitely my favorite pho place around. Their spring rolls are excellent, and every variety of pho I've had was great (I typically go for the beef combo varieties to be specific). Also the service time for food is excellent- perfect for a relatively quick stop. Prices are so reasonable, the staff have always been friendly and not overbearing, and it's a great place to wind down in after a long day. Will for sure be seeing me more! read more

I've only been there once, and it seems like a nice place. I ordered two large beef pho bowls and two spring rolls (one order) to-go. I drove home after an enjoyable twenty- minute wait only to find that the beef was entirely missing (none, nothing, nada!) and that there was minimal basil. There was no basil in the spring rolls as an example and the quantity reserved for the bowls could only be described as garnish rather than an ingredient. I called immediately to complain and to ask for a credit; I asked the employee to discuss this with the manger and come up with a fair amount. This is where Pho 365 entirely screwed up. I asked for a fair credit to reflect what my wife and I did not receive namely, the main ingredient in the Pho. Rather than issuing me that credit, they wanted me to drop everything and drive all of the way back to Sehome Village to pick up the missing beef. Pho 360, does the Health Department condone this type of thing - where the beef arrives cold at some later time to join the rest of the dish that has been sitting languishing.? Pho 360 manager, wake up man. You remember me; I was unfailingly polite and very fair to you and your staff. Give me my fair credit or your reputation will suffer. I have already started a dispute with VISA. I did this when I noticed that you took the entire amount owing, even the six-dollar tip. You bastard. I will not lose this. Integrity counts and you need to get some backbone fast! And if you ever do get that backbone, add it to your overly thin & salty broth. Cute store that opened about two weeks ago, I've been craving pho for a few weeks now and wanted to go here for my short trip while in Bellingham. Parking was plentiful and easy, the location was easy to spot. I was warmly greeted by the owner (who had their mask on ) and was seated promptly. Menu was easy to order off of, I ordered a large pho w/ all the all the fixings while my girlfriend had a large w/ beef meatballs. The food came to our table in a timely manner, and everything felt very clean/sanitary (nice peace of mind especially during the pandemic). I enjoyed hearing how the owner helped serve customers that were having their first experiences with pho, and also handing off orders to food delivery workers as well--she was super nice and very welcoming! Our meal was great! They didn't have basil today, but it wasn't an issue for us. Definitely would come back again, it feels like a homely place to grab a warm, hot bowl of pho during the colder months of the year. Compared to pho 99 this place is 10x better. It's a nice family owned buissness with great broth made from scratch (you can see them cooking it in the back) and it's rich and flavorful! The prices are also WAY better than pho 99 and you get quite a bit more and better quality food. All around a favorite spot. I had the tofu /vegetarian vermicelli. The vermicelli was delicious but not a fan of tofu. This would be a great vegetarian dish if grilled gourmet mushrooms, zucchini or even broccoli was added ( like what is shown in the pic for the chicken vermicelli) .
