I went in to have a lip for my bumper painted 2nd week of March , at 1st guys were pretty cool they got me a estimated quote. I called a week later was told hasn't been painted. Called the next week told me they had to fix some cracks. Called another week told me they thought I had abandoned my lip since I never went to pick it up so they needed another week to repaint it. (Granted I never abandoned my lip, they keep telling me it wasn't painted and never contacted me when it was done) I called another week later and they told me the paint keeps cracking. My uncle went in to drop off his car and they told him that my lip would be done by the end of the week granted it's been almost 2 months since I've gone to them to have my lip painted for me car. If you don't mind waiting weeks/ months for a simple part bumper or lip to be painted or being told it'll be done within the week only for it to not be done go ahead and bring it in to these guys. They'll make sure your paint and body work needs get done as soon as possible plus a few months of waiting and run around. Recently took my vehicle in to repair minor damage above the fender, which required replacement of the fender trim. A day after picking the vehicle up half the fender trim came unfastened. I called Kurt about 20 minutes before the business closed on a Friday. He had me come right down, and stayed after hours until I could arrive to fix the issue. They were recommended to us and we let them do the body work on our car since the first place we went to seemed unreasonable to us. Long story short my wife spoke with one of the guys over there and he said he would be there today (Saturday) from 9-noon. The website says they're closed on Saturdays so clearly he was going above and beyond. We showed up at 11:30 AM and the place was closed. I don't know what happened, maybe he had an emergency or something else came up. He may have just dropped the ball, we don't know. So it took an hour out of our Saturday for the inconvenience (from the drive) but we did get to spend time as a family which was nice. For Dun-Rite: please follow through or call if plans change. This shop is a part of the "Hagerty Expert Repair Network" so if you have a Hagerty classic car policy that's a plus, however they advertise they work with all insurance companies. This place is incompetent. I took my car in for estimate on a Friday and spoke with Kyle, owner's son, told him I needed estimate on a replacement of a passenger door handle. Kyle briefly inspected the door handle; received an estimate of $335 ok I agreed upon it. Kyle did the necessary order and assured me he'll contact me by Monday for the expected time of arrival. Well long story short I got the run around for him; had to make several calls and finally spoke to the owner Kurt. I came back the following Friday, only to find out that there's a piece in the door handle that needs to be order and was overlooked by Kyle, unbelievable. If u value your time don't go to this establishment. It took 3 weeks to fix one door handle. read more

My car needed TLC in a couple of areas (bumper repair, side doors). Kyle and the team at Dun-Rite did a great job on my car. When we were picking up the car 4:30pm, we ran into some heavy traffic and notified Kyle that we were running late. He assured us that it was no problem, he would wait for us, to take our time and would to get there safely. When we arrived he was waiting for us with a smile on his face. He gave us the paint job warranty and told us if anything at all was not to our standards, please bring the car back and they will take care of it! They also detailed the inside of the car, it was a nice surprise. The cost to repair and paint the vehicle was several hundred dollars less expensive than another bid we received. They made sure ALL the parts needed were fixed/replaced, instead of just some of them that the claim adjuster made note of. 3. They made my car look better than when I bought it. Seriously. 4. Even after the car was "done", they went above and beyond to ensure my car drove straight and true. No issues whatsoever. *****5. I was rear ended a few months ago. The insurance company was pushing me around. Kurt was on top of it. Making sure he called me every few days with updates, letting me know what exactly was going on with my car and when I would have it back. I did not have to call him a single time for an update. Great experience at Dun Rite. I needed to have my window frame repaired after it got bent, (when someone tried to help me regain access to my car after locking my keys in it). Kyle and his team are pros all the way around. Not only did I feel like they gave me a fair price for the work, they were expedient and had my car back to me within an hour! On top of that, while completing the work, they discovered my passenger side window was also slightly bent, and they fixed that too at no additional charge, which I appreciated so much. Finally- I want to say that as a woman, I appreciated going into this establishment and never once feeling like I was being treated with disrespect or being taken advantage of. STAY AWAY !!!!!I had some body work fixed on my car after an accident. I saw they did a good job and had them replace a broken side view mirror that was not part of accident. They installed a defective mirror that I CANT SEE out of clearly VERY DANGEROUS. This defect was addressed the same day I took car home. I brought car back he next day and an employee verified the issue. The owner said he could not guarantee parts but he had no problem taking my money. Had I known this before I made purchase I would not have bought the part. I made complaint to BBB but my complaint was ignored by this company. After almost being in an accident due to this mirror I brought the car again to the shop to demand my mirror be replaced since this is not what I paid for. The son Kyle who is in charge now said he would change mirror since they are at fault but he told me he would look into issue and get back to me. He never did !! My messages were ignored and calls as well. He just had me waiting and was never going to actually come through on his word. I would stay away from this place at all cost. If something goes wrong good luck trying to get this company to do the right thing. I would not take any chances take your money to another place where you wont be duped. They can't be trusted since they willingly deceive customers by selling defective parts that they later don't warranty. No honor here as the owner can't even do good on his word as he said he would. I was recommended to come here from a good friend. When I contacted Kyle, one of the owners he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help me with all my needs and wants for my car. He was able to work with the insurance company and was in the USAA network. Veterans, like me need a safe place to go and I believe this veteran owned business cares for the military. They offered me a military discount without me even asking! They aren't as close to Nellis and Creech as a convenience, but they are well worth the longer drive.
