To go a step above many plumbers, they do pretty good concrete patching when digging it up is a requirement. At least for a small cut such as a small section of basement flooring. Plumbers in the past have said they do a "rough patch" and they aren't kidding...it's horrible. But H-Two-O assured me they patch it so it's smooth and ready to accept flooring. I really appreciated that because it's one less thing to deal with in putting my basment back together! Pricing was fair and they not only replaced the failed section of pipe, but made sure the entire run all the way to the main was clear and free-flowing.

We set up a time to meet the following day. The next day Khuma texted me when he was in route and arrived on time with his assistant, They both put on shoe coverings before entering my home. After taking a look at the heater he assured me he could check several systems to find the culprit and gave me an estimate. The work was completed in about an hour. He then showed me the various systems he had checked as well as the results. He ended up placing a new valve on the overflow system. He cleaned up the work area when he was done. He also took $50.00 off the quoted estimate and charged me $200.00. I found Khuma to be polite, and concerned. The quality of the work and the knowledge he demonstrated in the type of water heater system was impressive. He even quoted the amount to replace the entire system.
