They told me I needed a $400 front brake job-when I took it elsewhere I was told I had 50% left on the brakes. I needed a battery-was quoted $140-they tried to justify it by telling it took half an hour to install it. A 60,000 mile tune up (air filter/plugs/brake fluid/radiator fluid) was quoted at $600. When questioned about getting a bit of a break-I was told "You want it free ?-go somewhere else..." I did-after having to pay them $90 for the 'quote/estimate'. Come here only if you have extra cash that's burning a hole in your pocket-otherwise you'd have to have a hole in the head to use this joint. p.s.-they smoke cigs whilst working on your car-it will take weeks for the stench to dissipate.

After john looked at it he called me but I missed the call. When I returned the call I got his mother at the front desk, cause john was out for the day. I asked about the car and she didn't know anything so I asked for a call back. Next thing I know the car is done. John requests I pay in cash, which I did, and I got the car back. It sounded horrible, and the next day 1/2 the tail pipe fell off... in the same spot that john "fixed" a year before. Anyway, my partners grandma agreed to help with this new bill if we took it to her mechanic. After grandmas mechanic had it for a few days they informed me that the starter is faulty, so we had to pay for a new starter to be installed... again As soon as I was able I brought that starter back to john, explained the issue and asked for a refund. During the very heated argJohn, that ensued john lied and said he spoke with my uncle (who was also a customer of johns) about the work that was needed. John also told me that he gave my uncle a quote. John inevitably told me he wouldn't do anything for me and so I left. A few minutes later john called back saying he would refund the money for the part assuming it was the right starter. So I brought it back but before I handed it to him, I took a picture of the pertinent information. During the long weekend I had some time and so I looked it up on orielys website (where John said he got the part)... it was selling for $141.99 but john charged me $233.50+ tax. He ended up giving the money back, which I do appreciate, though he still withheld the $15 in sales tax  he charged  I went back and forth on writing this, after all, this is jts livelihood... but if he did this to me I can only imagine he's done it to others...

Instead they were honest and said they could fix it for a very fair price. So when I had another incident I went straight there. They checked over the damage and unfortunately it was a bit more tis time but still less than other companies. I dropped off my car and when I picked it up it looked like new. And here is the best part they even cleaned the interior!! I certainly did not expect this. All the dog hair was gone. It's beautiful. I never expected such great service. Anthony explained that parts to repair my car were difficult to find and that it might take a while to complete the job. He stayed in contact with me to advise me of the status of the job to put me at ease and I really do appreciate that. It took 1 day short of 3 months for Superior Auto Body to complete the work and they did an excellent job! My car handles like I just drove it off of the assembly line. The workmanship is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend Superior because they did excellent work on my car and they just seem to really love working on cars.

The sale side is absolutely amazing, the service side is completely horrendous. I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.
