They sold me a one piece carpet and installed a three piece carpet. The seams do not match, looks like two different carpets. The installer told me the company does this all the time and then blames the installers. The installer told me today that he did not even get paid to do the install he had already done. The only guarantee is that you will absolutely be dissatisfied with the entire ordeal! You will realize right away that something is wrong this company when the first thing they do is DEMAND pre payment before they even pull the carpet off the truck!
