We are new to the area, so we spoke with the owners before purchasing a new food product and worked out an agreement for an exchange if our dog was allergic which she was, we bought 2 of the one product (my mistake) but they agreed to an exchange because the one I really wanted they did not have... today I went in to do just that and was told no~ sorry, no exchanges. Someone's word to me means everything. I won't shop here going forward~ which is sad since they are a small business. read more

I brought my dog in to get groomed with the new groomer. Asked for a puppy cut 1/2 inch some extra hair trimmed off his paws. Picket him up asked for his ears to be brought up a little more. Paid $60 not worth a dime. Got home realized my dog had been SHAVED!!!!! Called and let message for the owner. Got a phone call this morning from Mike who started off defensive, telling me other groomers said he looked okay. Don't care what other groomers say NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. He was rude and would not let me speak kept cutting me off and no intention of working things out I deserved a refund! Brought my dog there before with Dave who actually listened to what I wanted and did a great job!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. LOOK FOR A GROOMER THAT ACTUALLY LISTENS TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. Went here because we needed dog food and the reviews were great. The guy working (owner??) was so friendly and welcoming! He asked if we needed help and talked to us about the dog treats we were purchasing (gave us a sample of a treat with better ingredients). The store was clean and well organized too. We checked out this new place to see if we could bring our 3 pugs for baths. The self service bathing area was perfect for our needs, and Mike the owner was extremely helpful in getting us started with everything. The pugs were easy to work with in the spacious tubs, and enjoyed their experience also! Check out the ice treats they have made locally for the dogs, they love them! Hands down the best pet supply store in Dunedin! The self service bath tubs definitely help me out after a day at the beach with my pup pack, the customer service is superior, and the staff is super friendly! Chelsea was amazing. She answered all of my questions very patiently. . They have a great selection of items. The self service dog wash was good. They supply soap and towels for a low price. My dog was scared to go up the ramp so Chelsea got the groomer to help. The groomer, I regret not knowing her name, was amazing and knew how to get my dog Ace in the wash sink. I loved every minute of being at this store. The person working was very knowledgeable of pet food brands and helped me find all the local dog treats! They also knew all about the pet CBD products and gave me lots of insight on which would be best suited for me,based on where it was made and the company's backstory. this is not only a fabulous pet supply store, the self service dog wash is fantastic. Everything you need, selection of shampoos that automatically dispense in a tub that allows you to be standing with no back strain or wrestling with your dog in a slippery tub, towels, ear wipes, apron. I highly recommend. Erin is a vet tech and very knowledgeable. Both employees were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Great place!! Don't bother with their self service dog wash. The machine is supposed to deliver the soap automatically through the hose and very little was being dispensed. So little that it would not lather up when scrubbing my dog. I asked the attendant for assistance and he said that is all the soap that's dispensed and offered no solution. I might as well have had my dog jump in the pool, he would have been just as clean afterward and saved fifteen bucks. I've used may self serve dog washes, this was the worst. read more
