After the service was installed, they verified everything electronically to make sure all was up and running. It was! Before they even started, I explained that safety was my biggest concern about electricity. Their explanation and verification was very reassuring. Also, they made sure that I could call them with any other questions I might have. I like that Red Tail has an amazing and informative website. Even more, I like that this company is individually owned not just a satellite of some big impersonal entity. You could tell the difference with the cordial, conscientious and professional service provided by Caius and Bryan. I will refer them to my family and friends. By the ongoing conversation between me and my husband, after the power outage and restoration took out our emergency generator and several speciality light switches, one of the gentlemen suggested we might be in need of an electrician. I thought he was a Home Depot employee but it turns out he was an electrician apprentice owner working with a licensed, bonded, and insured electrician owner. They came to our home the following day, assessed the damage, gave us an estimate for repairs (the actual bill was, in fact, less than the estimate) and returned in 2 days to fix the problem.
