Which by the way do not exist. After nearly a year of searching, scouring the internet for parts and even fabricating parts. They took a firearm that hasn't functioned for nearly 60 years and made it work again. I cannot thank them enough. They have a Silencerco kiosk in shop making NFA transfers easier. They are the only shop that I know of in the area with such a device. For now their full auto selection is lacking but that will change. Their suppressor selection is great. They admitted to profiling me after requested information on a Micro Draco. They lied and said said they don't offer the gun, but they do. They then admitted that they profiled me on being a woman as most women "buy this for their men". (Straw purchase mentioned below) I should note that I did use my phone while inside to talk to my husband regarding their stock- they did ask me to not use my phone inside. I shut off my phone and left. The manager was sure to note that it was rude for my one star review I made a decision about their store while only being in there for five minutes, but he himself profiled me in even less time than that and decided I was a dangerous customer. The adult man said I wouldn't let him speak, which I didn't because he continued to misquote the words I said during the connection I had while inside the store yesterday. He then hung up on me. Their response to both my and my husbands reviews was that we were criminals and were looking trying to make a straw purchase. Women beware. Tried to use the Silencer Shop Kiosk to fill out the paperwork for the purchase of a suppressor…read more Was refused access due to the fact I had not purchased the item thru their store! After following up with Silencer Shop I was informed that was not supposed to happen, the kiosks are for all who purchase Suppressors to get the paperwork, fingerprints, photo, all necessary items to get the transfer completed. I have heard several stories of the shady dealings with this store and I do not recommend using this facility for any transactions.

So far I only have two of their products…read more The first item I purchased was their IWI X95 ejection port cover which was easy and simple to install. The next product was a big step up in seeing how great a company this is and that item was the Midwest Industries Rifle Length M-LOK Handguard which completely changes the handling, function and look of the IWI Galil Ace by a significant order of magnitude. I received my handguard during the Christmas holidays and was immediately impressed by the quality of the unit and immediately went to work following the YouTube instructions to attach the handguard. All the steps were easy and everything was going great with no problems right up to the final step of the final tiny little screw that should have been a breeze... unfortunately I experienced a small issue with the final bottom screw refusing to rotate in as the handguard seemed to not have any threading for the screw to lock into so I contacted support not expecting to hear anything as it was in the evening during the holidays BUT I soon got a response from Troy who gave some suggestions that might help but ultimately nothing worked and Troy remained fantastically helpful and promised to send me a new handguard ASAP after the holidays. Troy was a man of his word and followed up with quickly getting the replacement handguard shipped out to me and the new one assembled very easily with no issues. They couldn't go crazy on my trade-ins, but that's fine because they weren't all exactly the sort of thing that the shop specializes in. That said the selection is absolutely fantastic and the pricing seems to be pretty much in line with SRP for anything that does not have fancy work done to it. Speaking of fancy, if you want to see all of their amazing abilities to coat and cut and customize then this is the sort of place to be. I ended up going with a new nine that I'm super excited about and background came back super fast. If you're smart while you wait, you can go next-door to the deli and get an awesome sandwich too, but you're allowed to eat in the store while you wait. Overall, a satisfactory experience and I think this will be my new home shop.

First - the Cons…read more Hours are less than desirable. 8 to 6 Monday to Friday, no Saturday. Hard to get to when you work the exact same hours over an hour away. Some of us work for a living. Communication can be lacking. Updates on items / processes are hard to come by. Pros - Had a Streamlight go bad within a few months of purchasing it. Did not buy it at Streichers, but Streamlight website said to send to an authorized repair center, which is Streichers in Butler, WI. It was the closest to me, I thought that is the best to do. Sent the flashlight VIA UPS. No confirmation they received it or what they were going to do. However, I got a voicemail a few weeks later that the flashlight was ready for pick up at their store. I called and left a message saying it's hard for me to get to the store by 6pm, and to let me know about shipping as I had no problem paying for shipping cost. No call back, however - did receive a brand new flashlight in a nicely packed box the next week. NO charge for shipping. I was very pleased at the end result, for both Streicher's and Steamlight (great warranty). Just wished they would communicate a bit better. Overall a solid 4 stars and definitely pleased at the result.
