Called up Johnson Fitness and they had one in stock at the store and we could pick it up right away. My husband headed over right away and they loaded it up for him. Setup was easy and we are so happy we got this. Just earlier today my husband did a Patagonia series ride. When I originally bought it, the box was open, but everything looked OK so I took it home. The screw to keep the air in was missing and now I know why the box was probably open.. the absolute incompetent sales rep took 10 minutes looking through trying to find my purchase history. Either he's incompetent or their system sucks. Then he said he couldn't help me and I would have to call support get a parts list and then order it. These guys have no idea how to keep a customer and they probably lost another tens of thousands of dollars of sales over the next few years It's probably a two dollar part and it's their fault for selling me something that was incomplete They don't support their customers. Shop minimum: $16 I…read morebrought my mountain bike in for a tune up and paid $200 for nothing... literally they did nothing. I recently had my bike brought in for service. I was riding my left crank arm off my bike as well as some creaks from broken spokes, some brakes needed adjustment, and my head seat needed overhaul... I took my bike here, spent $200, got ??? replaced spokes? no brake adjustment, no pad replacement, nothing overhauled so I paid $200 to have it 'washed' and 4 spokes replaced.. Hub adjustment: After all of this I took my gf bike in to borrow a spanner wrench and adjust the rear hub myself... they charged me $16 talk about your neighborhood thief. I worked at a bike shop for 4+ years, this is a shop strangling... go to a name brand shop and support those guys and gals who want to help people versus selling shop minimums of $16. Never charge a shop min for a 45 second adjustment and take care of your neighbor.. they take care of you.
