I came to buy some bike gloves. You know, the ones you wear while on your bicycle so you won't get all calloused up. So I come in to the store. It's desolate AF. Wall to wall merchandise, no one around to help you go through all this stuff. No "Hello, welcome! Let us know if you need some help." Nope!!! Nothing. I was wondering if there were any employees working at all. I made my way over to where the bicycles are, figure the gloves would be around the area if I needed to find them. I came across and employee taking out merchandise... not a hello or a "Welcome to Dunahams." Oh well, heaven forbid someone would need some assistance right? Or maybe because I wasn't the type that wears "Real Tree" or "Under Armour" farmer type. Who knows right? Anyways, thank you so much for reading my review. Trying one two pairs of shoes and purchasing one of them took 25 min, due to the miserable and unhelpful staff at this location. I went here to get shoes on a weekday afternoon. I needed a different size shoe than that available in the retail/ shopping area. Finding a employee and getting that employee to get a pair of shoes or two from storage was way more of a chore than it should have been. The staff member was rude. The staff member was minimally helpful. Typically when purchasing shoes, an employee will see you, ask you what you are looking for, and present a few options, enthusiastically looking to make a sale. This Dunham's performed the opposite in each way. I had search down an employee. The employee would retrieve one box shoes and then vacate, so I had to find them again. Bought $250 worth of clothing here before a trip. I didnt try a couple pairs of shorts on when I bought them and they turned out to be small. Fast forward a week later, i go back to exchange them, but I need a receipt. All of our data is in their systems and they need a receipt? Why do you guys ask for email addresses, phone number, name etc? All my personal info is in your system and you tell me your system doesn't keep information of my purchases? PURE B.S. This is terrible place to go, the customer service is horriable. I walked in with my husband nobody said anything, but one of the workers started following us around cause we were black. Not once did he say hi can I help u? Or can I help u with anything. He followed us around the whole store. Made us feel very uncomfortable, we put our items back and left the store. We were not going to spend our money in that store. They have very rude employees. read more
