This is the line to place order in kiosk!!! 15 deep at this point. I was total time? 35 minutes in lines
    Julie C.

I normally like stopping off at the Maryland house rest stops for breaks, food and to fuel up. But the Dunkin' Donuts inside Maryland house has become HORRIFIC!!! #dunkindonuts I pop in for a coffee and a wrap- the line is 10 people deep- can't use the on the go app it doesn't work inside there. So you have to wait 20 min to get through the kiosk line (they shut down counter ordering so allllll those non digital people who don't know how to order? Yeah you're waiting for them as they figure it out) to wait another 15 min for your overpriced (yes!!! Way More expensive here. $4.77 for a Medium hot coffee) and then when handed to me? Luke warm bath water coffee. And worst part?? Because you can't use the on the to app, I can't get the rewards for spending!! I paid $30.00 for 2 coffees, 2 wraps and 6 donuts. A bit outrageous, lines horrific. Won't be using Maryland house Dunkin again.

Such a bad experience. Very disappointed

I have nothing Possitive to say here. I'm sorry to be a downer, but the food, the service and the experience was poor. They don't take mobile payment through Dunkin App, so that's a thing I haven't seen in a while. Please do fill up your tank or grab a snack from the kiosk, but avoid this DD at all costs!

I rolled in here about 11:00 pm one evening on the way down I-95 Southbound from PHL towards Washington Dulles International Airport. I still had a couple of hours of driving left and needed to keep the ole eyelids propped open and the brain alert. I ordered a large iced coffee with creamer - the drink came up fast - and was strong and tasty - and I was on my way! Kept me awake all the way to Dulles!

Horrible avoid if possible! On my way to Arlington with my sister we stop to grab my favorite DD and there are signs posted the app not available. I ask the person taking my order how long its been down he said TWO WEEKS!!!! Really! Then said its best not to use your app at this location because you wont receive perks!!!!!! Well I had perks already on my app that I wanted to use and before I saw the signs the app was not working I just added value to my card on the app. Tables dirty flies around. It appears the Dunkin Donuts here at the Maryland House do not want you to use the app they want you to pay full price and not honor any perks you received. Horrible place avoid it!

Worst customer service from this guy. Had to get the manager get my order correct and cook it.

Would not stop at this location again. The worst service I ever received. Stay away from this guy. Ask for someone else. I had to get the manger make my food.

    Horrible

Horrible. The service stinks. I would fired the gal who hands out the drinks. She's is very rude. She is the short portly gal who gave me major attitude after I questioned my drink and she needed to remake it. Horrible customer service. And food is stal

Avoid. Save yourself the long line, disinterested cashiers, and slow service and get a coffee at the Sunshine Market next door.

Donuts just not very good - so early but not fluffy fresh. Is it just that Dunkins are not as good as they used to be? Coffee cold.

Tik Tok made me do it and I'm glad I did it!…read more My co-worker recently had been seeing some videos about the food at Newberry Cafe so of course we had to make a lunch time stop to see what everyone was talking about. Newberry reminds me of your hometown bakery where everyone gathers in the morning for their donuts and coffee before heading off to work. Very much like many of the shops in the Bel Air area. The employees are super nice at Newberry. Really taking their time to provide great customer service to each patron that strolls through the doors. Although it was lunch time we settled on breakfast sandwiches with homefries. And I of course had to grab a donut because it's a must, and a latte. The breakfast sandwich was just what you would want to start your day, a savory piece of meat and cheese on a soft bagel. But the star of the show was the homefries. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. We both loved the potatoes. My glazed donut was divine, pillowy with just the right amount of glaze to not make the donut too sweet. The latte was a little to sweet for me, but I'm a little finicky with the sugar level in many caffeinated drinks. All the times I've ventured into Bel Air I never thought to stop at Newberry and I'm glad I finally did. I'll definitely be back to try more of their yummy donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the future.

I also prefer stuffed doughnuts (like a good Boston cream, etc) but they don't have many options for those. Instead it seems they prefer to put a dollop of the cream in the hole on top. There were only 2 people working, so there were a bunch of people waiting for their orders and service was slow. One person was at the cashier, the other was packing doughnuts, making breakfast sandwiches, and the coffees. We waited 5 minutes in line and then another 10-15 minutes for them to pack our 4 donuts. I wanted to get a sandwich but figured the wait was too long. On to the donuts - I liked the blueberry basil and blackberry lime donuts. The blueberry basil flavor wasn't super strong but it was well balanced. The blackberry lime was my favorite - sweet and a little tart. The crobar (croissant-donut) texture was awesome but I did not rally taste the cranberry or orange advertised. The buttercream frosting on top was sickeningly sweet so ended up scraping that off...finally the coffee donut. Not my favorite but not bad - it tasted like instant coffee and was kinda punchy coffee flavor, bitter. But I liked that the bitter offset the sweet. Overall, it's a fun place for a gourmet donut but be sure to not get here when it's too busy and to come early - they sell out of fun flavors fast!
