Slow service Burnt coffee No option for small sizes Over priced! Unable to use dunkin donuts app I went there twice. Once I ordered a small coffee but they did not carry that size. I grew up in New England. My veins have been full of DD coffee for as long as I can remember. I have a soft spot for Dunkin Donuts, and it's really hard for me to admit that I dislike a location. This place was bloody terrible. Line was ridiculous, with only one person working the register. Service was incredibly slow. Floor behind and horizontal surfaces behind the counter were filthy with spilled coffee, dropped food, napkins, stirrers, etc. When I placed my order, the cashier almost keyed in the wrong thing, until I questioned why she had asked whether I wanted cream and sugar for my bagels. She was terse, and didn't seem to enjoy her job. When my food arrived, one bagel was in decent shape, the other was burnt to a crisp. One bagel was absolutely suffocating in cream cheese, while the burnt one just had a little cream cheese tub accompanying it in the bag. How hard is it, really? None of the product is actually MADE on site. The only work required is to warm it and serve it. I didn't even order any coffee. Maybe I'm disproportionately upset about this. I just don't see how something so simple can be executed so poorly. read more

This is my second visit here and 2/2 times it has been horrible! I will never be returning to this location! The first time I visited this location it was very early and stood in line for 25 minutes. Then I learned ticket times for sandwiches was over 40 minutes which I wish I knew before I ordered my food... I always like to giving locations a second chance, so today was that day. Once again horrible service! Waited in line for 10 minutes which was a huge improvement, to be cut off in line by a group of 3 people who walked up from the exit area and was served by the cashier. Absolutely terrible. Ordered two drinks and a sandwich. One drink and the sandwich came out in a few minutes, and we thought we would be on our way shortly, nope! The worst I've ever experienced. Driving through on a bus tour so time was limited. Up to order and find they have no medium or large iced drink cups and when I inquired about iced green tea, which is clearly on the menu, they don't have that either. Had to ask where sandwich was after 10 minutes only to receive a horribly stale bagel, sprinkle of bacon and rubbery cheese. Couldn't have lowered my expectations any more and I got what I expected. Wow. 20 minutes to get 2 coffees with 4 people behind the counter. There were maybe 12 people in line ahead of me at 330 when I arrived. This line moved slower than anything I've ever seen. One cashier, literally marking checkboxes of what you want in your coffee and taking money. Then one guy just standing there, waiting for the cashier to hand him a cup. Another guy staring at the coffee pots and some other lady doing I don't know what. Then the real kicker, an older lady who I assume is a manger goes back behind the counter, and orders a dozen donuts. WHILE there's a crazy long line. She didn't even help out this massive line. So disorganized and inefficient. I was telling people on the way out that the wait for coffee is NOT worth it. Gosh. Thank goodness I don't have to come here often. Worst ever. I would give it zero stars, if possible. Trying to order a donut to go was a nightmare. It's social hour the entire time for the cashiers, customers are a bother and taking an order is totally inconvenient to them (they have to talk about the party they are going to this weekend or how wasted they are going to get!!). And then when you go to the second counter to wait for your order, the staff informs you "we are out of what you want so...." So??! Why don't you tell me that in the first place? I have stopped at the Maryland House several times over the years. When a Dunkin Donuts was added to this location, I was more than thrilled that I would be able to get a good cup of coffee without getting off the highway. Well, much to my disappointment this is far from the truth. I have tried several times to get coffee from here and have been not happy every time. Asked for Carmel Iced Coffee with just cream and sugar and basically received a cup of cream with no coffee flavor at all or a cup loaded with sugar, both undrinkable. I have also ordered coffee which I take black, (not much you can mess up there), WRONG! The coffee has been burnt more than once and also cold. When it's 2am and all you would like is a good cup of coffee to continue on your trip, this is NOT the place to stop. Consistently the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have been to. I often travel along this stretch of 95' and have stopped over at this rest stop.
