I agree with Ryan. The staff is always eager to help and greets me with a hearty welcome. Smiles abound. This is my "go to" Starbucks.

I arrived about 20 mins to closing and staff was welcoming and willing to take my order. The space is intimate, clean and cozy. Beautiful lighting with easy listening music. They also offer outdoor seating and there is ample parking. The ladies at the cashier and cook were so helpful and helped me choose the meal and I went with the Chorizo Jack Wrap and I added scrambled eggs. The ingredients were fresh, seasoned so well and balanced. My wrap was filling and I was so happy with my food. I ended my meal with a chocolate chip cookie which was so moist and perfect way to finish my meal.

Service was great, friendly staff. Rating would have been perfect but me and my friend bought the same avocado toast and it definitely wasn't even! One (in the pic) has a thin spread of avocado and just the right amount of bacon maybe. The other (wasn't able to get a pic) has maybe lumps or 2 scoops so thick avocado and double the bacon topping. I suggest consistency in serving. Cafe is small but there are quite a number of seats, not for big groups. Also, doesn't matter how you enter but cafe has 2 doors, use the left door and that'll lead you right up to the counter where you order. Went on a sunny 60-70f ish day and al fresco dining perfect! It might have been a little busy that day, the bin was overflowing. Overall, well-maintained and might be back again soon!

I could smell the pastries! I loved how you could buy some of their cute trinkets or even coffee beans. Other reviews said the matcha was weak. I'm personally not a matcha fan but I was craving because they had a strawberry marshmallow matcha latte on their Feb drink menu! Matcha was not grainy. It wasn't too earthy. I think it was a perfect blend with just a hint of sweetness. I love how they added a cube of marshmallow too! It was a delicious treat after I finished the drink. Now onto the California toast. Could I have made this at home? Yes. Was the food 100% hitting the spot. Also yes! The bread was toasted to perfection. I loved the thick slices of avocado paired with the sriracha. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Nice place for a cute coffee date!

My coffee was a little bitter, but some people like it that way. It wasn't to my taste but still a quality latte. My husband liked his iced coffee. We ordered a ton of food between just wanting to try things and a family of 4 each choosing an item or 2 to try. Some of the highlights were my frittata sandwich. It's really elevated with the siracha honey and goat cheese spread. The croissants were enormous! If you like really big croissants, this is definitely the place. Lastly, the biscuit was homemade and packed with flavor. If they heated it up, that really would have taken it over the edge of greatness. If I lived more locally to this shop, I would stop in here all the time.

I ordered the Jam Slam breakfast sandwich, and it was amazing. It had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, my favorite kind of breakfast sandwich. I also paired it with a mango smoothie and a cold brew, which were both great additions to the meal. Another bonus: they have a drive-thru, which is perfect for those mornings when you're short on time and don't want to go inside. One of the staff informed they also have mobile ordering as an option. Overall, a great breakfast spot, and one I'll definitely be keeping in mind for future visits.

Tik Tok made me do it and I'm glad I did it!…read more My co-worker recently had been seeing some videos about the food at Newberry Cafe so of course we had to make a lunch time stop to see what everyone was talking about. Newberry reminds me of your hometown bakery where everyone gathers in the morning for their donuts and coffee before heading off to work. Very much like many of the shops in the Bel Air area. The employees are super nice at Newberry. Really taking their time to provide great customer service to each patron that strolls through the doors. Although it was lunch time we settled on breakfast sandwiches with homefries. And I of course had to grab a donut because it's a must, and a latte. The breakfast sandwich was just what you would want to start your day, a savory piece of meat and cheese on a soft bagel. But the star of the show was the homefries. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. We both loved the potatoes. My glazed donut was divine, pillowy with just the right amount of glaze to not make the donut too sweet. The latte was a little to sweet for me, but I'm a little finicky with the sugar level in many caffeinated drinks. All the times I've ventured into Bel Air I never thought to stop at Newberry and I'm glad I finally did. I'll definitely be back to try more of their yummy donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the future.

They are redoing the street so it is currently blocked off. Even if you park on a different street, it isn't a problem to walk to the coffee shop. You can appreciate the historic charm from your first step in. They have a coffee bar with tables, as well as an extended side that has ample seating and table. It is a very inviting space where you can sit for a spell and enjoy your coffee or work. It's also a fabulous spot to sit with fiends to catch up. They do sell local art and other cute finds throughout their lovely shop. They do have a little area outside that you can sit as well. And even a bench area beside the building. The staff is lovely. Super friendly and very efficient at allowing you to get your order quickly. There is an interactive post it display while waiting for your order. The drinks were fantastic and the menu is extensive. The Americano was absolutely delicious!! Tons of syrup options and various creamer options. The bakery options are delicious and they even have gluten free. They do have a cold case of drink options and even local ice cream. For sure worth a stop if you are in the area. I would even go out of your way to visit this gem of a place. A terrific spot if you are looking to do some work or just chill and relax. But, most importantly they make fantastic drinks!!! Don't skip on this one.
