They are open 24 hours and are tucked away close the to the front desk area. Nice option as there are mostly starbucks on the Boardwalk. I wasn't actually staying at the hotel(Bally's) so I wasn't aware of them until I happened to walk thru the lobby so I thought it was a good find! They pretty much have everything any other Dunkin would have which is great. They don't deal with the reward points though which seems to be the norm on the boardwalk. The staff was quick and nice and our order came out quickly. Definitely be back whether or not I'm staying at Bally's or not. read more

It just doesn't ever get any better. 30 minutes on line ( I was the 12th person) to order 2 coffees and then another TWENTY MINUTES WAITING FOR THEM, UNMARKED AND TOTALLY WRONG. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Can someone please close it or get competent workers who care about the customer experience. Please. Well Everytime I come regardless of their service I always tip them $10.00. I don't like the idea someone who is a member jumps the line and you the staff take them ahead while we been waiting on line.Their should be someone just assisting them they shouldn't cut the line because they are a reward member it's not right! I asked for two large hot chocolates which was watered down and in the bottom all the chocolate in the bottom didn't even bothered to put milk or stir the cup before giving to the customer. I had to dump it because I was staying at the Claridge and it was to late to go back. I don't understand why you don't honor hospital workers only military we should get the same respect too. You don't honor elderly as myself 60 yrs no AARP discount with being there twice a day for two weeks unbelievable. This place is like a donut shop run by the DMV. Workers are rude, loud, and couldn't care less about your order that you're obviously wasting their time with. They are also out of almost everything and what they do have is stale, so good luck getting much more than a basic cup of coffee. Absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to! Dunkin donuts is not my favorite but I will go to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a donut IF they're fresh which they're usually not. Well here I am on Monday eating a donut from this location which I bought on Saturday night and its still pretty fresh and soft. That says a lot. This location delivers to your room if you're staying there and also takes total rewards comp 1:1 I wanted to give it lower stars because the service was meh. The person who took our order seemed annoyed with life and pretty much over it so she wasn't pleasant to us from the beginning. The other girl working seemed nice enough but both of them seemed overwhelmed with the job. But besides that. The prices aren't bad, the convenience is great, and the donuts are fresh. What more can you ask for in a casino? read more

Kudos to this location located in Bally's. They delivered orders to their customers efficiently. I can appreciate their closing to clean...and probably recoup. Hours are 7a to 1p. Reopen at 2 or 3? Unsure of this. Thank you to the manager who allowed me and hubby to be last customers on Sunday afternoon. And thanks to the morning crew who took care of a demanding 7a Monday crowd. Worst experience ever both times I was in Bally's and tried to get a cup of coffee in less than 20 minutes... I counted 9 people behind the counter at 7 am . 2 registers working that's the good part BUT no one getting the coffee! What are these people doing?? Walking back and forth doing nothing.one lady squinting so hard to read the screen and moving at a snails pace. Customers are left waiting endlessly for orders forget ordering a bagel or any food I witnessed two orders messed up by the one person making the sandwiches and bagels again at a snails pace. Not one smile or engaging attempt either... I never shop at dunkin and won't anymore when visiting Bally's I'm a Wawa girl by gave it a shot twice so I will bring my own for my room.from now on.. I hope Bally's wakes up and either makes them fix this rediculous place or get rid of them... read more

Happy to see Dunkin in Bally's, but they could've made a better effort. Everything is more expensive in AC and this is no exception. Expect to pay one and a half to two times as much as you do at other Dunkins. Expect long lines in the late morning from people who were up all night. You cannot use your Dunkin rewards perks here, so don't bother asking. Service was a decent speed but some of the least friendly I've experienced at a Dunkin. I was annoying her by asking which of three donuts were considered "classic" because "fancy" donuts are a dollar more per donut. Apparently an apple fritter isn't classic enough. There's a decent amount of seating and a little seating area on the side, but they keep the gate fencing you in locked so you have to go back into the store to leave anyway. Food quality, decor, and speed of service was all up to par, but the prices, DD perks, and staff unfriendliness all are huge minuses. read more

Yo, if i could leave a no star, i would. I encourage the owner to talk to server "Iriceliz" because her attitude towards me and my wife was disgusting. We ordered a med. coffee and the woman said cream and sugar and said said no, milk no sugar, and the woman, with a terrible attitude, said "uhm ok, not what i said but you didnt hear" so i heard that and cut in. Talk to your employees, complete trash.... her breath stank for her to be hollerin at paying customers. Then i tried to pay with my dunkin app, she rudely sighed and said cash only.... what place is this? This place is terrible and needs evaluation. A coffee place that doesn't know how to make coffee. Latte and cappuccino are not the same. Even after telling them how to make a cappuccino they still made it the same way. It's not just coffee if your paying that much for it. Everything adds and as big as Dunkin Donuts is! They really need to invest in some training for the staff. read more
