I haven't been to Dunkin' Donuts in a looooong time. I was thirsty and stopped in to grab a juice. I was greeted by Leigh and immediately felt welcomed. After slight chit chat, I walked out of there w/ a breakfast sandwich, tater tots, munchkins, a donut ... AND an iced coffee. Leigh was highly knowledgeable and informative. I promise I had no intention of getting anything but juice. How that all changed, I don't know... lol... but I'm very happy my order changed. Leigh is an EXCELLENT staff member. We've given this dunkin multiple chances; however, anytime we go, we are faced with rude staff. The staff will loudly complain and be passive aggressive towards customers. This last trip, the worker glared at us the whole time and when our order was done, they slid it across the counter (drink and all). The drink was not what we ordered and on top of that it was horrible made. We just decided to just pour it out when we got home. We didn't want to ask them to remake it because they were already in a horrible mood. We don't try to be rude and always use our manners so I don't understand why the workers are always so rude to us. I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for awhile now. I have always had a good experience! All of the employees are courteous, informative, and they get your order done quick fast and a hurry! I've been in there a few times when the line was nearly out of their entrance door and all the employees stayed focused remained smiling and kept it going! I love Dunkin'! I'm an avid iced coffee enthusiast and you won't find a better iced coffee anywhere else! However , I don't suggest using their mobile ordering (they actually told me to go up to the counter to get the donut I ordered lol )- it can take a lot longer than just waiting in line. I've been to several Dunkins in the area, and have the best experience with this one. No drive thru, but they do have mobile ordering, which is much faster than standing in line. My order is always correct, done quickly, and good quality. Staff is friendly. I also like that they have a large bulletin board at the entrance, for local businesses to advertise. read more

This is by far the greatest DD I've ever visited. The morning staff is amazing. So friendly, always smiling, and if you need a regular morning coffee stop it won't be long before they remember your face and have your coffee waiting before you get to the counter. I am not a chain reviewer but I have to say something about this place. I was way out of my element....and on the other side of the world from where I lived. I was on the road for work and needed a break. Now I like coffee. I take that back-I love coffee. That said, I don't go into DD often because quite honestly I usually can't understand the folks working there. This place, however was a throw back. The workers were American (again, I'm all for capitalism by anyone - I just want to make sure the coffee makers are giving me exactly what I want). I got my java, my breakfast, and sat down to write. Then came the regulars. A table of crusty old retired dudes....who kept talking to me. People always want to talk to me....don't know what that's about. I go to Dunkin Donuts a lot in the area: the one on 7924 Belair Rd, 9624 Belair Rd, 5003 Honeygo center, etc. And this one on Hartford Rd is definitely on the top of the list. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. The donuts here are usually fresh. What makes me a frequent customer here is their donut fillings are abundant! My favorite donuts are vanilla cream and their vc donuts have twice as much fillings as the one from DD at Belair Rd. If you want every penny counts with good service, this is the place to go! read more

Went in early evening May 14, 2018 with my husband. Male employee was clearly in a bad mood. I was uncomfortable so I remained cheerful and we placed our order. He messed the drinks up twice and became rude and condescending to me. I tried to remain cheerful but right before I would have snapped and made an ass of myself, I walked out. I will NEVER step back in this DD again. So, I paid, didn't get my drink or refund (yes, my fault for leaving), but there is no excuse for making your customers feel responsible for your errors. I have NEVER had a problem with this place when stopping in for a morning coffee as the employees then are so nice and courteous but unfortunately I encountered a situation at night that should be made public. Stopped in with my brother at 2:30 am coming back from a convention Saturday night and we were starving as we had no time at all during the last half of the day to eat. There was one guy working who when we proceeded to order two breakfast sandwiches LITERALLY huffed and puffed when we said "Two #4's (Sausage, Egg, & Cheese) WITH bacon, and NO cheese(we can't eat cheese), Please." He proceeded to grumble to himself while making the sandwiches. Once we got them we discovered that he made two #4's with bacon instead of sausage and put cheese on both of them. When walking back up to the counter he proceeded to say in a non questioningly semi confrontational tone "What did I make them wrong?" To which we replied "Well yeah, we wanted sausage with bacon... and you put cheese on them" He then proceeded to declare several times (despite our clear and at this point still calm objections) that he made our sandwiches exactly how we asked for them and this senseless back and forth went on for two minutes. Upon regaining something resembling common sense he stormed back to his station saying "Fine, I'll remake your F*ING sandwiches, and proceeded to not throw, or toss, but PITCH the old sandwiches into the trashcan from 7ft away. At this point we told him "Actually, we don't want anything from you, come back and refund our purchase and we're leaving." Instead of doing that and ending this situation, he proceeded to tell us he WOULD NOT refund our purchase. Of course we were like "What do you mean you WON'T" and this completely senseless and POINTLESS back and forth went on for another two minutes. At this point we said "This is ridiculous, give us our money back, you are seriously throwing a temper tantrum over making two breakfast sandwiches," to which he then and I cannot stress this enough LITERALLY gave us his home address and said "You come to my house and tell me what you think then, you come to my house and tell me what you think then." We were without words of course. He started to angrily remake our sandwiches despite our protests and requests for a refund and after about 5 min. my brother even tried to deescalate the situation by stating HE was sorry, as he works night shift and that maybe he said something wrong and that this guy may of been having just a really terrible day or something going on. Instead of the employee bringing it back down to a zero, the employee responded with "YOU know what, I deal with people like you every night" and this unfortunately was the last straw. We continued to keep on demanding a refund while he kept on saying he won't because he's remaking our sandwiches and once he brought them over we told them we're not taking them, we want a refund. He said once again he wouldn't so at this point we took the bag and the receipt and told him he'd return in the morning to talk to the manager about this. We returned in the morning, the Manager was at another store but we talked to another employee, explained the story to them and our order was finally refunded. It's only been about two days so i'm not sure what their course of action is but this is a story that needs to be told because no one should ever eat ANYTHING made by a person like that. TL;DR : Employee in chronological order literally acted like us ordering two sandwiches was outrageous, made said sandwiches while throwing minor hissy fit, made sandwiches wrong, got pissed when we politely tried to return them, instead of remaking them right away he got confrontational and insisted we ordered wrong, used profanity, pretty much threatened us, and then refused to give us a refund. read more
