I cannot believe no one has written a review about this location yet. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in New York I've visited. Like many other DD, it is a combo Baskin Robbins/DD. The coffee and donuts are the same as any other location as well. But the similarities end there. There is a larger selection of lunch items than the average DD. I believe it's called DD Deli. I've only seen one other that had such selections but the DD on Sixth Ave. and 42 St. has since closed. At this deluxe location, you can order from Italian, pastrami, and chicken bruschetta sandwich selections among others. You can order a regular for 4-5 bucks or a large that will run you 2-3 bucks more. They also serve two or three types of salads for less than 6 bucks; I tried the Chicken Caesar once and it was surprisingly fresh. They also serve soups but I've never tried them. This location has a lot of foot traffic but is still relatively clean. There's window seats facing Northern Blvd. for single eaters and several tables for those lingering awhile. There is also a drive-thru window if you're on the move and need a quick coffee fix. I love that this DD is close to my parents' home and it has been my little-known secret until now. read more

If i could give this place a 0 i would. I worked for dunkin for 6 years before and dunkin in general is not the best when it comes to customer service, cleanliness, and making shit right. I come to this dunkin usually late night around 12 am and they would always have young dudes who dont know what they're doing, cant speak english and cant even get one thing right. Funniest thing they tried to tell me one night was when i had ordered bacon to go, they gave me RAW BACON, legit cold bacon, tried telling me that they dont heat it up after 11 pm?! Like what are you saying! This location gotta get their shit together, i ordered cappuccino blast as well and it was watery, no whip cream, not made right, an older man before tried to remake the cappuccino blast by putting it in the blender again with more ice! The best time to go there is before 10 pm! Today around 1 am i asked for a frozen coffee and i got a watered down cold coffee with ice on the top... what kind of bs is that! The coffee and food are just as bad as any other dunkin donuts but the interior and updated seating arsa makes this place worth going to if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere to chill with friends. Seriously questionable food sanitation. If it were not for the convenience of the drive-thru, I would have stopped going a while ago due to their inability to get an order correct. I have since stopped going after the last time I ordered from the drive thru. I checked my order, opened the sandwich to make it was what I ordered. Of course it wasn't. I parked and went in and told them it wasn't what I ordered. They gave me my order, which had been sitting there. They took the returned sandwich and put in the toaster oven to reheat it. The people that take your orders don't even speak English and you can't even understand them over the intercom. They don't tell you the price while you are giving in your order. one of the worst experiences ever at Dunkin'. I walked in, ordered a Medium Iced Latte with Caramel and Almond Milk, DECAF PLEASE HAVE A CAFFEINE SENSITIVITY. Then ordered 2 donuts, no problem right? Wrong. AFTER my drink was made the baristo guy told me "hey btw we don't have decaf, there are no more decaf espressos at any dunkin donuts, do you still want this?" Being in an awkward situation I said yes then as I was about to leave the counter I realized they sell Decaf Kurig Pods. SO I said you know what sir I do not want this drink anymore and the manager then told me once again that NO dunkin donuts makes decaf espresso and they could not make my drink. So I got all of my money back. I then went to the next dunkin on Northern Blvd headed East, and they easily were able to accommodate my drink order. SOOO...someone is lying. It's weird to review a Dunkin Donuts, but in my previous life as a New Yorker I would be in one daily. This Dunkin in particular is my favorite... and to be honest. I don't know why. It's probably because most of my friends love to loiter in the seating area and we always used it as a meeting place. Plans would slowly be hatched as to what to do for the night while I grabbed my 2nd or 3rd coffee of the day. The seating is always full of people...most notably Korean church goers who also use it as their personal meeting room. I've seen these people close out the store for the night. I love the chicken bacon croissant stuffers but the problem at this location is the barely cook it right. The outer layer of the croissant is nice and warm put the chicken and bacon inside of the croissant is ice cold. Who can eat this like this. This is the 3rd time this happened and this time it's the coldest. I hope I don't get salmonella or E. coli poisoning because of this. My usual go to DD/BR is on Springfield Blvd. I've always been curious about this location due to the good amount of people I always see in there and the cars in the lot when driving by. Had dinner at Bon Chon and decided to drop by this location for coffee and ice cream since it was nearby. Upon parking in their lot, I noticed they had a drive thru which is good to know for the future. Walked in and was amazed by the interior. This has to be one of the nicest and modern looking DD/BR I've ever been in. Service was friendly. Enjoyed my Banana Split and coffee as did my friends with their goods. Fairly ample seating and the place was clean for 9pm. I noticed that people loiter but that's due to the free wifi they offer...similar to what you'll see in Starbucks. Its a nice place to study or read while having ice cream or a coffee on a weekday. The drinks are made quickly but sometimes the cashiers have a thick accent so it can be a little trouble talking to them. Queens businesses collude with towing companies to extort money from tourists. It's not just one or two businesses. It's Queens as a whole. This particular Dunkin/Baskin ripped me off. Yesterday I drove my family from Washington DC to Queens. When I got there we decided to get ice cream so we googled a Dunking Donuts / Baskin Robbins (DD/BR) in Queens. When we arrived I parked my car at the DD/BR parking lot but first I walked to a Korean tea shop next door before buying ice cream at DD/BK. When I came back to DD/BK I found my car had been towed. I paid $200 cash to get it back. When I asked passers-by about this practice they confirmed it: Many Queens businesses collude with towing companies to make a few extra bucks by ransoming cars from tourists. It's like stealing cars, but it's protected by law. It's the perfect crime! Apparently businesses justify the practice by citing the oh-heavens-my-how-terrible parking problem. Justify it how you will, but the truth is decent businesses and towns find different customer-oriented ways to deal with parking problems. Unfortunately it appears neither Queens nor its businesses want fair prices for parking. They want easy-to-collect money in nice big chunks, and whining about trespassers provides a plausible (albeit goofy) justification. The people of Queens seem nice but business practices in Queens would be considered crimes in other parts of the USA. If you go to Queens, don't park there. I haven't had a good donut for a while (read my review on the Bell blvd. dunkin location and you'll know why), but driving by this place fired up a craving for one, as if they subconsciously sent out a beacon for me. This place has a large selection of donuts and its one of the few dunkin' donuts that makes them fresh on the premises (which reminds me... stay away from the dunkin' on bell blvd, did I mention that?). The place is also full of other goodies like cold coffee, smoothies, ice cream, and cakes. They have a large seating area. The employees are your typical dunkin' employees, they don't speak much, but are pretty friendly and quick with service. I really can't complain about anything at this place. If you have a craving you might be surprised to see this place packed even late at night. By the way, I ordered ONE old fashioned donut, and they gave me a total of FOUR assorted ones, presumably because it was late at night and they would go to waste! This is one of the nicer Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. Inside is much different from what I'm use to seeing. The seating area is very spacious and almost lounge-like. The ice cream and donuts menu are on a HDTVs. It's really nice and this is the only Dunkin I've ever seen that has a refillable soda dispensing machine.
