I am a first responder and I came in during my shift with my uniform on. I was told I could not use the restroom without making a purchase. I spend a quarter of my paychecks at this Starbucks and there is no bathroom on ambulances or inside police cars. to be told you can't use the restroom is plain rude and disrespectful. Won't be giving this location any more business. read more

First time ordering delivery from here. The order was handled exceptionally with care! I was scared my reindeer cake pops might've gotten smushed on the way here, but they came perfectly!!! I love the feta cheese omelette spinach wrap and my kids love that too but they also have their favorites on the menu as well! Starbucks is a go to every morning for breakfast or lunch or brunch and we are always satisfied I believe you will be happy with the selections for you too! And they have great food and excellent service in town or shoot over to the drive through for a meal and you won't be disappointed with anything but happy with the outcome I think it's just the best location for me and I love spreading love and positivity!!! read more

Went here today with my mother . I placed an online order for pick up . First the order took longer than it said but that wasn't the issue. Me and my mother had a long drive and had to use the restroom. So while we wait my mother asked for the code . One of the guys behind the counter doesn't even look at her and rudely says "he needs to open it for you". The other guy goes to open . My mother comes out and says they don't have toilet paper ( meanwhile the bathroom is filthy) . I tell her to ask the six people behind the counter doing nothing . The guy (overweight Asian with a beanie ) tells her they don't have any and she has to use the napkins. I thought that was unacceptable so I then walked and asked the same guy if he had toilet paper. He goes "No we don't" with a nasty bitchy attitude. I said ok and started to walk away he said "Bye". If he would have said I'm sorry we don't have any I would have accepted it . But he was being a rude sassy dismissive loser . This is not how you treat customers if you work in customer service. You don't like the job quit simple , you make coffee it's not that difficult . Six people behind the counter with no customers online and no one can get toilet paper for the paying customer? That's a little ridiculous. Do better Starbucks and hire people that actually know how to treat customers properly especially when they come to you respectfully asking for a simple thing as toilet paper for the restrooms MEANT for customers. read more

It was my birthday today so, I ordered my free Starbucks drink (has to be on the day of your birthday FYI) The store adhered to social distancing, required mask on entry, allowed one customer in at a time, and even had taped grounds to guide you where to go. When I held up my starbucks app and told them I wanted to redeem a free drink (you have to tell them ahead of time that it's a free birthday drink otherwise when they scan they will charge you for the drink), they gave me smiles and cheered happy birthday. It felt very special and personable as I was the only one in the store. They also set up speakers so customers who ordered and waited outside or mobile-ordered could be contacted when to come in and grab their orders. Really like the experience as they made me feel welcomed. to those three ladies who held down the store in these hard times and were still able to deliver excellent customer service. Thank you Starbucks team for ruining one of the simple joys of my life. I work 16hr days and I survive throughout the day with my coffee. Not only did you ruin my 12oz nitro (clearly can see I'm lucky if it's 5oz) but my day with this sad excuse of a coffee. I'm writing this review because this has been the 2nd time at this location. Definitely one of the better locations, well organised and a productive system the staffs have got with one another. Super clean, they were very equipped with safety controls for COVID. They are so efficient there was never a backlog of orders, so people were always able to observe social distancing. Order notes are followed 99% of the time. Only on a few occasions I've had very bitter coffee served to me with noticeable amount of dregs pooled at the bottom, minus a star. But that's a few isolated occasions, nonetheless a huge thanks to the staffs working away tirelessly to provide the much needed caffeine buzz to keep this economy ticking along, especially in these times. Pretty impressive!! Came in with a drink order for a party of 8, complete with orders off the secret menu, and this Starbucks handled it like a champ. A nearby Starbucks in the general vicinity of where I was is always crowded so, I drove a bit further to hit this one. Right from the start the cashier impressed taking a couple of complicated orders I was tasked to gather. There were a few orders that needed updates and she knew exactly what questions to ask and the modifications to make. From there, those behind the counter moved quickly to get the orders churned out and according to those I was with, on point. Maybe I've finally found a Starbucks in the area that doesn't disappoint! I wrote a so-so review last year. Now that this guy named Joshua works there, it's great. He's the Kevin Durant of Starbucks. The team was good, but he makes them great. I don't know about his coffee making skills because I'm not exactly a coffee connoisseur (I go to study), but I know that Joshua welcomes regulars by name and if he or someone else happens to make a mistake, he'll do more than necessary to make things right. Much appreciated addition to the Bayside area. Much prefer this location to the one on 215th and Northern. Staff here is absolutely the best and the interior is clean and modern. Service is quick both in store and mobile and drinks are always on point. This location is right near QCC and Cardozo High so naturally there will be a student vibe which is not a bother. I wish I could give this place 5 stars just for the customer service. The employees here are the friendliest Starbucks employees I've ever interacted with. They always get my order right and made in a timely fashion. I don't study here often but when I do, I see the employees constantly pushing chairs in and cleaning, which I really appreciate. The one huge downside to this place is the fact that it's always filled with so many highschool students. If you plan on doing work here, come in the morning because later on, it gets really loud, all of the chairs are occupied, and there are literally groups of students even blocking the door to get in and out. A couple times I've been here, I've seen employees have to ask some of them to leave because of how rowdy they were. Also as a heads-up-- I do see the employees using the mop and whatnot, but because there's so many people coming in to use the bathrooms, the bathrooms are not the cleanest (only based on when I've seen them). If you're coming to quickly pick up a drink, then this location is great. read more

The staff is super nice EVERY TIME I enter the place. It has been my go-to location since Covid hit and their safety precautions are up to code and everyone is wearing masks. It is great to have a Starbucks open up in my neighborhood so I don't need to go out of my way to get Starbucks. This location is convenient and has friendly baristas. The baristas always have a smile on and are never rude during my visits. The place is pretty clean. There are are plenty of seatings in comparison to the Starbucks in flushing and 188th Street.
