Terrible service, super slow when it's not busy. The donuts are out of place behind the counter and always forgotten when I order. Disorganized servers and super dirty equipment. I think this place needs a health inspection. Also, last time they mixed my coffee, which they did incorrectly, with another coffee whose owner they didn't know. I know coffee... and I know exactly what I'm drinking. I threw it away and definitely won't buy another one from this place. I don't recommend this place with the current staff. I will never go to this location again. I walked in today at 11:10am ordered a large iced tea and hashbrowns. I got the iced tea no problem it then took 10 more minutes to get the hashbrowns, after I had to ask for them twice. The hashbrowns were barely cooked! There was no one in the restaurant and 1 car in the drive thru. The floor was dirty, napkins, cups and other trash all over the floor. Nothing about this Dunkin' Donuts is good. Open only from 7-3, drive through only. The dunks app allows for walk-in orders. But the lobby is closed. Now when I sit in the drive through for 15 minutes, tell them I ordered via the app and it's a walk in order they say "oh I can't find that order, when was it ordered? Oh I can't find it, what was the order?" WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING IN THE APP TO MAKE IT QUICK. If I could give negative stars I would. -2 stars. I stopped at Dunkin's at 3:30 on 3/20 after unsuccessfully attempting to call during the day. I placed an order for 84 bagels to be picked up two days later at 6:30 am. I did not receive a requested call to confirm, so I stopped again at 5:00 on Tuesday. They have the order, no problem. The staff repeated that, yes, there would be 84 bagels and cream cheese ready for me at 6:30 the next morning, no problem. At 6:59, I received a message that, oops, they will not have 84 bagels the next morning, and they can absolutely get me 12 bagels. "Have a good night." This has to be one of the worst Dunks ever. I live in Billerica and this is the closest one to me - and it's not often, but every time I go there I say to my self, WHY did I come to this one? The people there seem more interested in making coffees for their kids and family members, it's like a daycare center, kids running around and laying spread eagle on the floor. They are constantly out of products, and even when you order online 10 minutes prior, it's still not ready when you come in - even on a slow Saturday afternoon, I suppose that's because the kids and family orders are taking time from the actual customers. The redhead Yavi at the drive thru is incredibly rude. We are at this location daily and she's never said hello, please, thank you, or any nicety. We watched her yell at a customer to drive up when the speaker was broken and everyone had been waiting for +30 minutes. This is the most convenient Dunkin to my home but I will likely choose a different one going forward. Our orders are frequently wrong, slow, etc, and when we ask this person to double-check the bag or if something is in it, she acts inconvenienced as if she is not the one getting paid for this time and we're not the ones paying for it. I've been to a lot of bad Dunkin Donuts in my lifetime but this went the extra mile. Really long wait at the drive thru followed by rude communication through the speaker followed by a messed up order. I ordered 3 munchkins for my daughter, a PS cold brew with milk for me and a white milk for her. I ask for pumpkin, glazed and chocolate munchkins. "No chocolate." Okay... Two glazed and a pumpkin. "No pumpkin." WTF do you have then? Okay three glazed. ((Silence)) - Hello? "Yeah." Can I have a white milk with that? "Wha" A white milk. Can I have a white milk with those? "Of coooourse you caaaaan!" (Said super sarcastically). I drive up after more waiting and I get handed a coffee with munchkins. No milk. I ask where it is. It needs to be added on. So I guess screw me, huh? Act all sarcastic but don't even add it to the order? I drive away, take a sip of my coffee and there's like a drip of pumpkin spice in there. So slow that I am putting my car in park and sitting there waiting for like 20-25 minutes. Most of the time I end up just leaving when the cars don't move for 10 minutes. I placed an on-the-go order which was a latte, today at 1:30pm, I walked in to find their machine wasn't working. This wasn't the first time their machine was down, about 20% of the time it is. I go at different times of the day and night. I asked for my money back, since I paid for it on my app. I was told, I don't know how to do that. I suggested they didn't have to credit my account, they could hand me the cash. The women made a loud awww sound, didn't want to help me. I mentioned, if it were you and you paid for a latte you did not receive, you would expect to be refunded. Finally got my money back, stated that this isn't the first time this happens at this store. I then was told, by the other women working behind the counter, well if you don't like it because this happens to you often, then don't come back. This place is so run down, slow and dirty. Maybe the workers would be more incentivized to care at all if they made more than minimum wage, but this place has to worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I placed a mobile order for a latte Sun morning, came in about 10 min later, store and DT were empty but no order was out. Workers were standing around talking with customer who knew them while I waited at pickup area. Few minutes later one asked me - over the sound of their phone playing music on the counter while the radio is already on- if they could help me. I said I had a mobile order (piles of mobile receipts untouched on counter, I had to give my order again). Espresso machine is "broken". I can literally see in back that that and the coolata machine are in the sink so they're not broken they're being cleaned, and none of the workers standing around could finish cleaning it and putting it together again for an espresso. It is like, a few pieces just wash it and grab it from the back? Another customer after me also asked for espresso she couldn't have. I asked for cold brew instead, girl who took my order starts making a fresh batch, slowly and adding a few pieces of ice at a time to the huge brewer (??) Except another 5-10 minutes later she says that wasn't cold brew (don't know why she put that on in the middle of taking my order) and that they don't have any cold brew. So the mobile app is wrong, they have no idea what is in stock, and all the machinery just sits in back in the sink. Not to mention store is dead and there's at least 5 people on. She said she has regular or decaf. Well, I wouldn't want decaf since originally I wanted a latte. She asked how I wanted my coffee at least 4 times and drinking it now it's still wrong. Whatever. She did offer me something extra on the house because I had been waiting there and couldn't get what I originally paid for, or even the backup order, but at that point I have to leave it's been over 20 minutes for a coffee and I way over-paid for, tastes like water and has milk in it which I didn't ask for, but I had to get out anyway, it's so dirty in there. read more

I waited in a drive through line for 20 min and after I ordered and got to the window the guy goes what are you having ? I said I already said it the first time you asked. Guy said yeah and? I was shocked! And I said thank you when I got my coffees and have a nice day and he just rolled his eyes and said "yup whatever" .... This Dunkin Donuts needs to get their drive thru Morning staff together. The morning staff they've had on this week so far has sucked. Yesterday the girl doing the drive thru was talking on her cell phone while dealing with the customers and it's not only very unprofessional but the service was terrible, I was trying to ask a question and she's on her cell phone & not listening to me. Today as I was waiting I got my stuff & was going to say something to the girl at the window but she was talking to another employee and I think it's rude, you should be making sure the customer is done before you start chatting away with your back to the customer. read more
