The service was good, I ordered a Rockstar energy punch but they didn't have any Rockstar so they told me that if I bought it in the store I could come back and they could make it. They let me get one with Monster instead of Rockstar like the original and didn't charge me for it. They are awesom! read more

Haven't gotten a correct order anytime I go here. You want an ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese bagel congrats you get a lemonade and omelette bites. Honestly impressive how consistent they are at never getting an order right. Also hope you aren't in a rush because it takes 15 minutes to mess up your order. I ordered an egg bacon sandwich and I asked him to do it well done and they didn't do it at all. Instead, they gave me extra bacon that was undercooked. I even expressly to the front counter to make sure she physically goes to the counter and tell the guy to cook it well done and it was not done at all. Went to the drive through this morning. The woman on the intercom started talking a few moments after I pulled up... I assumed she was talking to me. So I said "Hi! I'd like a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream..." and the woman on the intercom screams back at me (cutting me off) "YEAH WELL I'LL TAKE YOUR ORDER WHEN I'M READY. I'M BUSY." Look. I had asked for two bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and before I could finish ordering she cut me off by saying that there not making any sandwiches because no is their to make it. "All Set" Every single time I've used this drive thru, if I'm paying with cash, they immediately say "All set" without giving you your change. The first time, I started to drive away, but then said "Wait, what about my change?" Second time, same thing, "All set." I just sat there and then the cashier gave me change, but shorted me. 4 different times, 4 different cashiers. They all say "All set" before they give you your change. Now if I use this D&D, I go inside and pay with a card because I don't trust any of them. Don't use this place if you don't have to. But if you do: Watch them! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I pre ordered a box of joe- 25 minutes in advance knowing it takes a lot of coffee and time. I got there, no coffee started. The girl behind the register kept ringing up new walk ins, totally ignoring me. Finally another person asked what I was waiting for. When I responded a box of joe, she put her hand on het hip and exclaimed, "You're just going to have to wait, we are short handed." Meanwhile register girl is making coffees for all the new walk ins. I explained I ordered now 30 mins ago and had to be at a celebration of life. "Well, we're short handed." She wouldn't help me figure out how to cancel and get a refund. Register girl yells, " I'm not doing this today! I don't care if she hears me!!" I told her I could here her, and maybe she should look into another line of work if customer satisfaction wasn't her thing. Finally the original girl who told me I just had to wait started my coffee exclaiming she had to use all the coffee, register girl got mad and said she just made it! Yay, my coffee was fresh! No sugar available but plenty of attitude! I left telling them that maybe they should turn off online ordering to get caught up. This is my 2nd altercation with a pre order here, apparently, according to other customers waiting, this place is known for being slow while dishing out major attitude! I don't know if staff has changed since the old reviews were written, but 95% of the time the people at the drive thru are awesome! Polite, efficient, give you what you ordered...it's excellent most of the time. (Once in awhile they must get help from other stores because there are occasions where the wait is bad...luckily, not too often.) Give them another try if you haven't lately. read more

They gave me regular when I asked for decaf. I have very bad sensitivity to caffeine and I specifically asked for decaf because contains a significantly less amount of it. Yet again they gave me regular and I'm dealing with extreme jitters and really bad bowel movements. Thanks never coming to dunkins again, lost my business. read more

I just left the drive through which I hit every day on the way to work. I sat in front of the takeout speaker for 1 min and heard the speaker crackle a few times. Waiting for that long and hearing the speaker I assumed something may have been wrong with the system which as been the case in the past so I went to drive around. As I was pulling away I heard the girl asking for my order. However I had already pulled away and was too far to stop. I went to the window and was about to explain what happen when the young ignorant girl interrupted me saying " I have no right to just drive through and that I would have to go back around and wait my turn" at this point I was dumbfounded and furious at how she spoke and treated me. Place is terrible, long lines, staff doesn't listen to your order most times it's wrong. They are constantly running out of milk or large cups. You're part of a gas station. Visited the store quite a few times because it's only right down the street from my house. Every time I go there the wait times are ridiculous. They just shut down the drive-through whenever they feel like it. You have to tell them several times how you want your coffee. I just went there ordered a coffee and tried to order a sandwich but for some reason they won't make it when you use the drive-through. Seems like not a great business plan to me.Not sure if this is management or staff issues but at this point I'll take my business somewhere else read more

Went through the drive thru with my boyfriend, and we could immediately tell the person taking our order was new, not a big deal. Once we started to receive our order, the cups weren't labeled so we didn't know who's was who's, and they didn't even give us what we ordered. We order one Irish creme signature latte and one Irish creme coffee, we got 2 coffees that weren't even filled all the way and small straws for our large coffees. Of the 10+ Dunkin Donuts in Billerica, this is the absolute WORST. I never review anything, but I feel the need to on this one. Slowest drive thru ever, ALWAYS screw up my order... even if its just an iced coffee with milk, instead of cream. I can't even stop here before work anymore because it takes sooo long, I'd be late. Do yourself a favor, and go to one of the many other dunkins in this town. The gas station and Alltown Store are A+ though, always super nice staff. read more
