Avoid this place and buy local owned !!! Dunkin donuts is well know for their poor quality and the customer service is no better. The ice coffee is extremely watered down and they use too many artificial ingredients in all their food. The only thing they're interested in is your money, they don't care about customer retention or customer satisfaction at all. There are a ton of great coffee shops in this area. I was planning on giving 5 star this morning because the evening staff is really awesome but the morning staff makes you wait I was in the drive-through and the line was very long so I told the lady at the drive-through who was sitting in a chair outside taking orders that I wanted to send my order inside because I was in a hurry to get to work. She said I'm going to have to cancel the order and you will have to re-order inside. So then I parked my car and noticed she was gone. I went inside and I saw her walking back outside. And then what a coincidence that nobody was taking my order and there were people there that could have been some were sitting on the ground others were disappearing, so I don't know where and I was told that it was short staffed. I think that they were told in the inside to make me way longer. I don't like that I won't be back here again and I love Dunkin not this Dunkin. read more

Customer service is terrible. Girl at the window was so rude, every Dunkin' I've gone to up in Mass and here in Florida has always accommodated my dog getting a pup cup, he's 140lbs so I always say I'll pay for it. This dunkin out right refused to give me more than one of the tiny espresso cups which they were already charging $1 a cup for and then after back and forth the girl said "fine you can have 2 but you're paying for both" like I'm aware I'll pay for as I established multiple times but 2 tiny cups isn't gonna cut it and I went to Starbucks they gave me a massive cup and didn't charge me anything. read more

Oh my! It turns out I am not the only customer who has been treated with ineptness and the most extreme case of rude I have ever encountered from any retail establishment. Not only did they get my order wrong twice, they blamed me each time with undeserved attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was in a meeting, which I highly doubt. It appears this location is ran by disgruntled young adults who need immense training. I will never go to another Dunkin after this experience. This location is deserving of the low customer satisfaction ratings that they have. It starts at the top, the poor attitude of the store supervisors. I just left the location a few minutes ago and will make sure to never go back, and that is too bad because it is less than 1/2 mile from where I am staying in Bonita Springs, Florida. I ordered a large green iced tea with No Ice. Simple enough and I mainly order this because I don't like my drink too cold/frozen and I get the amount of tea I am paying for, not less due to a full cup of ice. As I was paying at the drive-thru window the employee handed me the large green iced tea, and it was slightly more than 3/4 full. I asked the employee to please fill it to the top and she said they were not allowed to, because I had ordered No Ice. I was puzzled by this and asked for the supervisor. The supervisor came to the window and I asked for an explanation and the supervisor attempted to tell me that it was she that tells her employees to not fill drinks to the top when customers ask for No Ice. She then tried to tell me that "Ice was part of the recipe" and that by taking a part of the recipe out, such as the ice, it would change the overall process and result. I then responded to her poor response that "the tea is made with tea bags" and that there isn't any more to that, and that ICE shouldn't have anything to do with the making of the tea! So, my decision is that I will avoid this location and probably other Dunkin Donuts in the future. After I left, I drove 1/2 mile on the US 41 to the Starbucks and paid more, but had no hassle from the staff when I asked for a green iced tea with "NO ICE". I believe that the problem is that corporate Dunkin Donuts does not enforce customer service standards down to the independently owned franchises. Hence the poor attitudes of management, resulting in terrible customer experiences and poor reviews. read more

If I could give 0 stars to this dunkin' location, I would without a doubt. Went to this dunkin' after a long morning of furniture shopping & all I wanted was a caramel swirl iced coffee. I went through the drive thru to find out that they have no caramel... what?? you have NO caramel? doesn't the manager order more caramel considering it is a very popular flavor? (hence this is 1:30 pm). whatever, so I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee & an iced coffee light & sweet with cream for my sister. I get to the window, the guy doesn't say "hi" or the price. he handed me my hazelnut iced coffee with coffee dripping on the side of the cup, doesn't even say "sorry." Sorry to say this was my last trip to this location (right in my backyard). Too many missed opportunities and a severely undertrained staff. I order a large iced coffee a few times a week in the afternoon, I order it exactly the same way each time (and each time it comes out different depending on who makes it) when I use the drive thru and it is wrong, it is an inconvenience to have to go back through! Some were made with flavored syrup while others with a flavor shot? Today, simply asked about ground coffee (for purchase) while ordering a hot coffee, after 2 employees, nobody could answer my simple question of "What type of grind is your coffee? I.e. medium, coarse, etc.) I understand that sometimes you get a bad experience, so I have tried again (and again) just no longer impressed with a lack of concern from anybody inside of the store. Recently that has been declining :( Today on Halloween the lady with the butterfly costume was extremely rude and just going back and forth with me for no reason. I was so excited to see a Dunkin close to my new home, but I was not impressed. I'm not sure why an "Iced Chai Tea Latte" is impossible to understand, but the cashier seemed totally confused. I have been here three times in the last six months. Every time I go , I swear I won't go back. The first time I ordered six donuts and a sandwich We stood around for about 15 minutes and no one was making my sandwich. When I inquired about it , the girl at the register asked me for my receipt. Seriously? We were the only people in there. I told her to look in the trash where she put it and she looked at me like I was crazy. Meanwhile , the women who was manager in duty kept telling me I needed a receipt. For a donut. After more discussion, she finally made my sandwich. I wasn't planning to go back but my son really wanted donuts after a Baskeball game so I went back . They had literally 3 kinds of donuts left . Ugh. We walked out. Today, my so got a concussion and wanted a donut after the hospital. Dublin is on my way home close to my house so I begrudgingly went back. Still a lousy selection and not one of the donuts he really wanted which the cashier could not identify. He picked out a sprinkled donut that was green and pink and a chocolate donut. This Dunkin is quite large. Seating for 30 inside and more outside. My order of coffee and muffin was exactly right. My family had a variety: donuts were fresh, wake up wrap was fine but had been there, sausage egg and cheese croissant was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Outside sitting area needed cleaning. We had to return both of our orders 3x's to get what we wanted. They were out of all glazed donuts. We will be avoiding this Dunkin' Donuts for a long time. The donuts were stale and the coffee, which was supposed to be plain black, was black but French Vanilla flavored. "Was" a frequent customer until today when I came through the drive through and ordered a small sweet tea with my meal. I drove away and when I took my first huge drink I found out it was a coffee drink and I almost spit it up. I came back through the drive through and told them their mistake and they offered no apology and where very confused. So they gave me my new "sweet tea" and I drove away again thinking that there's no way could it be a mistake for a second time. Mind you I am on a time schedule to get to work. Well of course it was Now unsweet tea so I pulled up to the building and went inside and told them it was wrong again and the manager rudely snatched my tea from me put a couple pumps of sweetener in it and gave it back to me without a word. You have lost a very frequent customer. Also just so everyone knows all of these Dunkin' Donuts in the Naples and Bonita are owned by one family. They ALWAYS have the same employee at the drive through in the morning, a blonde Latin girl (Yaidelin is the employee's name on the receipt) and she is always rude. Sometimes she gets my order wrong and she gives me an attitude when I let her know is wrong. I don't mind the order being wrong, I mind the rudeness, as if it was my fault the order was wrong LOL. She never says anything, not even "you're welcome" when I say Thank you. Unfortunately, they are the only "full service" Dunkin Donuts in Bonita Springs (other ones are inside gas stations), so I've stopped going to this location. Staff talks horrible about the customers while the drive through window person named Daniel still has his finger on the button. They are always extremely slow when getting your food or drinks out and impatient when trying to serve you. I've gone a couple of times and I am never satisfied with the way they make my drink, some people make it one way and some make it another way.
