Stopped by for some coffee and baked goods before heading out to the beach and absolutely loved it. It was a bit chaotic walking into salsa and then switching it to Backstreet Boys before I had my first sip of coffee, but I think after that, it all kind of became a blur haha. I ordered a lavender latte with macadamia nut milk (all plant based milks are +$1) with a chocolate croissant. I'm a croissant lover and this one wasn't something I'd go home or on Yelp to rave about but it was still nice to enjoy it with my hot latte on this chillier summer morning. We also ordered the bean empanada (which is more egg forward than we expected) and a chocolate chip banana bread which was nice and thick and a bit in the sweeter side. It paused well with my hubby's unsweetened dirty matcha. Overall, great place to grab coffee. I was in love with my lavender latte. It had the perfect amount of espresso where it didn't wash down with the lavender. So I'd totally recommend stopping for coffee here. The girl who ordered after me watched people who ordered hot breakfast way after us be given there order quickly. I asked twice and I was told I was next. There was no apology. Very frustrating. Not sure I'll be back. Which is sad because I loved their breakfast burritos and even drive 25 minutes for them. The lack of consideration of time plus no apology was just not cool.

The flavor of the drink wasn't very strong at all, so it's a good option for someone that doesn't want an overly sweet coffee. The biggest negative when I visited is that they didn't write any names on the drinks after ordering, which unfortunately caused a mess-up as the wrong drink was picked up. Hopefully this is something they can improve on, but I still enjoyed the experience.

Although she was new, she was incredibly sweet and attentive. My wife ordered the banana foster French toast, which she raved about so much that I had to try it--and it was incredible! I chose the biscuits and gravy, and the biscuit was so soft. The gravy had the perfect mix of pepper and sausage, making it fantastic. My daughter had a little bit of everything, and the portion sizes were so generous that the two perfectly fluffy pancakes went home with her for breakfast tomorrow.
