Mistakes are common, waits are long, some staff are great, but when I asked for a refund for a stale bagel the manager was rude. No complaints about the coffee or food. But, very disturbed to see two young ladies in the food prep area and drive thru widow were not wearing masks. Particularly concerning that the one young lady that was in the food prep area was gabbing up a storm with her cohort while handling food. Manager was wearing a mask. Needed a quick breakfast on a trip down to Boston. Hit the drive thru and ordered 2 bacon/egg croissants, egg bagel and some drinks and hash browns. They messed up on the condiments (needed ketchup for the egg bagel and cream for tea). Friendly staff which was very busy. Will try for a 5 star review on my next trip south. Went here on a Saturday morning in the lobby which is supposed to be open 7am-2 I believe. So i walk thru the door and the employee told me i couldn't get a coffee because they didn't have enough staff and libby was closed. Ok then why is the door unlocked if lobby was closed? For one coffee ... you've lost a coustmer. so your paying coustmers are supposed to not have a coffee because you don't have enough staff please explain how that it a coustmers fault! As a child of a family that once owned a bakery in the Bridgeton area all I can say is this place is horrible. First the limited selection. Bavarian cream donuts? Nope. Apple spice donuts? Nope. Cranberry walnut muffin? Nope. So we settle for some maple iced donuts and a blueberry muffin. So how do they package this? Throw it all into one single bag. Don't take the time or effort to make sure that the muffin liner is on the bottom of the bag so it ends up getting covered with maple icing. Busy place. Other reviewers talk about crap service and subpar beverages. That's kind of what I expect. These aren't baristas, you're in Bridgton ME. I'm not saying there aren't cute coffee shops here with good service, there are, but you went to Dunkins! My food was fine, tasted like every other coffee and bagel. This location can get busy depending on the time of year. When I went it was an evening when the Fryberg fair traffic was heading south. It was packed! I do want to give a shout-out about an employee named Erin that served me. Even with complete madness behind the counter, Erin was so polite, patient and nailed my order perfectly for different coffees made-to-order and some sweet treats. Employees that can keep their composure under THAT kind of pressure are pretty special and I appreciated that after a chaotic day at the fair. read more

Well they complain they don't make enough and want 15 bucks a hour, try getting orders right. Ordered a hot decaf coffee skim milk got a cold watered down cup of whatever. This is not the first time at this location in Bridgton . How they couldn't tell it wasn't hot is beyond me. Doesn't take much brain power to get a simple order correct and no you weren't busy this morning 4/28/19 Sunday . S L O W service inside! I waited 20 minutes (not kidding .... 20!!) for an ice tea ... 10 to order and another 10 to get the iced tea. I was fourth in line when I walked in (mid-afternoon on a July weekend) and all of us waited waaaaay too long for our stuff. We were laughing and grumbling as a group at the ridiculousness. The workers seemed completely focused on the drive-thru. They never noticed, commented on, or apologized for our excessive wait time. Zero personality from the staff as well. The walk in orders are just not it here. I have ordered so many of them because its just convenient for me on my way to work or school but lately I feel like I haven't been the most prioritized thing the workers are worrying about. Not sure why the lobby is closed because there is one near by that doesn't have it closed but i'm not the manager and I don't know all of the reasons but its just annoying ordering at 2:00pm and getting my order at 2:17 and not having the right order so then i have to call to get my order to get it right or to just get my money back. Today i waited out side the door for 15 minutes after i arrived (i ordered 11 minutes before i arrived) which was pretty ridiculous considering its "FAST FOOD." Just saying the customer service is pretty bad here and would consider going to the Dunkin 25 minutes away in Naples. Food isn't bad and the drinks are usually okay. I am not trying to be rude or come off in any disrespectful way it just gets to a point where i need something done about it! also why are the donuts always "out of stock" just a little fishy to me :/ read more

My mother went into the Naples Dunkin Donuts today and asked for a decaffeinated pumpkin spice coffee and 3 times she had to take it back because it was not decaffeinated. The last time she took it in she asked for her money back and told them they need to learn the difference between decaffeinated and decaffeinated. I think there needs to b e some training in the difference between the two types of coffee!! I have been a loyal costomer of this dunkin since they opened,,but that's about to change.Five years ago I was told by my doctor no more cafene due to a heart condition.On the average 60 percent of my coffee's are decaf the rest of my coffee's are regular even though I order decaf. Five weeks ago I had heart surgery and still was told no cafene at all. Thanksgiving morning 9 am 2015 went to dunkin,,,,,drive up is closed,,,,so I went in,,,,,not busy only two people in front of me,,,,,everyone behind counter walking around ,,,laughing and talking,,,,,finally a girl at the register,,,,i gave her the order,,,three times,,,,two large decafs after a few minuetes I was told to go to the end of the counter to get my coffee,,,,,another girl brought over my two coffees,,,,,unmarked,,,,i asked are they decafs,,,,the girl said yes,,,,,it is now 7 am the day after thanksgivning,,,,,I am still awake,,,and after a night of severe palpatations,,,severe shakes and blood pressure topping out at 165 over 105 when are you people going to learn that when someone orders something maby it's because that is all they can have,,,,,i have a severe cafene allergy,,,,,that means NO CAFENE but I have to thank you for makeing my wife a rich widow when i'm dead,,,,that is if I don't sue you first.,,,,,The people who are toblame is the owner and management who do not take any time to train these people and the fact that you hire kids,,,,,the old crue was excellent ,,,,,never a problem,,,,and then you refused to pay and treated them like just another worker and you lost them,,,,,and look at what you have now a bunch of rude kids that couldn't get a coffee rite if it jumped up and bit them,,,,,o and by the way they didn't have a zero on the rateing chart so here it is,,,,--------------ZERO read more
