The Brunswick, location of Dunkin' Donuts is the worst ever! I normally visit Strongsville or Middleburg Heights, both of which are excellent. Today I placed a mobile order, got to the restaurant to see a sign saying they couldn't make any food because they were doing maintenance on their oven. Fine, that's understandable. But the person at the window could not have been ruder!!! No apology that they couldn't give me my food. No explanation of if or how they would refund the money. I paid already as it was a mobile order. Honestly, if that person is a regular employee it's mystifying how they've stayed in business. Horrible customer service!!! I went to pay cash for 100$ in gift cards and was told they do not accept 100$ bills. I didn't even need change back, I just wanted to purchase and was still told no accepting $100 bills. How is refusing a $100 sale okay? Took my business elsewhere!! read more

It used to be one of my favorite places to stop in the morning for a tasty breakfast and coffee. Then my schedule changed and I stopped going for a while. I returned today... What in the world happened? No lengthy line at the window, menu's changed, but OK, things change, I can too. Then I got my food. Bleh! Not the same. I won't be going back. Who doesn't love Dunkin's? They are consistently good across the country. We opted for an iced carmel thingee and mini bagels. The drive was quick and easy even with a long line. The cost of the iced drink was MUCH cheaper than the much dreaded Starbux. The staff was polite and friendly. The facility, from what I could see from the drive thru window was clean and tidy. Every time I come here I find a new level of bad coffee. This time I'm pretty sure they just gave me a cup of milk.... Like I legit paid 5 bucks for a cup of milk. There hot latte is watered down and tastes like burnt espresso and there iced lattes are all milk. Get it together! read more

What a nice Dunkin Donuts! I was up in Cleveland for Thanksgiving holiday and found this DD to be the closest one to where we were staying. The interior is incredible and the people there are very friendly. I have my favorite DD in Orlando and this one made me feel right at home. Do I even need to mention the coffee? Stopped for a box of Munchkins. Quick and friendly drive thru and the donuts were great!

First off every time I go to order anything from this location the staff are very rude and cut you off in the middle of your order. Second off I can tell them multiple times what kind of coffee I want and every single time they seem to screw it up and have an attitude with you when you tell them that they've messed it up. On multiple occasions I've heard the manager cussing out the staff members in front of children and these staff members are teenagers. What a horrible set up this is read more

I worked at this store for 2 years, left on good terms with a two weeks and never called off once. When i came through the drive through today the manager felt the need to say she thinks I have an eating disorder and make myself puke because I eat at her store and am not overweight. I would like to come get my coffee without being bullied. Eating disorders are not something to joke about. Should learn to treat all customers with respect. read more

Despite the fact that this location has covid guidelines posted on their door, they do not enforce them whatsoever. I saw two separate employees wearing their masks on their chin, one of which handled my food while talking up a storm which I'm sure completely compromised the safety of my order. Thankfully another employee was kind enough to get me my order while wearing her mask properly, however the fact that not a single manager is enforcing proper mask wearing and is allowing employees to handle food like that is reprehensible. Really Dunkin Donuts?! $.50 for a smear of butter? A smear!! I know $.50 isn't a lot but it's the principle! $2+ for a bagel and you can't include butter? Not to mention that a toasted bagel to this place means wave the bagel around near the toaster. WORST SERVICE EVER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ORDERING FOOD********* - zero donuts the last 4 times I've gone (ALL of which have been before noon) -poorly made, over priced bagels. DD will charge you $3.50 per bagel including cream cheese which seems fair, but the amount of cream cheese this location uses is insulting. You can barley taste it. Also my bagels are always hard and over cooked. - every time I order coffee from this location, they mess up my order and charge me for espresso shots which I always ask for but they don't add them. -every employee I have encountered at this location is extremely trashy, and rude. - also, at drive through they rush you, they yell "ANYTHING ELSE" every time you add something into order If I could rate this location with no stars I would, but that's not an option. Over all I am a small fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but the one on center road I am reviewing on is absolutely awful, would not recommend to anyone. read more

This store has a MARGINAL selection of donuts in the morning. But even at 2 in the afternoon, I kid you not, this store has NO donuts. None. Donut land right around the corner is MUCH better and will custom make your donuts at no extra charge. Not ever going here again. It's a wasted effort for a simple fat fat pill. read more

My friend's teenage daughter is employed at Dunkin in Brunswick and has never missed work. She woke up Saturday morning Witt severe cold symptoms including a cough and a fever. She contacted her shift supervisor and was told it was her responsibility to find someone to cover her 6pm shift Saturday and her 5am shift Sunday. Unable to find anyone she went to work sick Saturday night and worked til 10pm. Unable to find a replacement she is now going to work at 5am feeling worse than she did last night. You would think a food establishment would not want a sick employee working around food and beverage and contaminating the food and drink with germs. What kind of Management is running this place ???? I know I don't want anyone with a severe cold/cough and fever preparing my food and serving it to me. This has to be one of the worst places for customer service. I was treated with so much disrespect. No matter what issues the worker was having that day I should not have to deal with her attitude. Dunkin is lucky that they sell great coffee or I would never purchase anything from them again. I guess I will just go to the Strongsville one because of their lack in customer service. read more
