The management has changed drastically. This was my favorite Dunkin last year. But as of this spring 2024 it went down hill. Today was the third time I went and they got my order horrible wrong. First 2 times they made my coffee with too much creamer (I asked for 2) and 2nd time they made it black.. I asked for the same thing btw. Horrible! Just horrible. Place is constantly a zoo. Lines out onto the street (and a busy one!). Almost always out of product. Like a coffee roll? - forget about it! Floor behind the counter was filthy. Food and trash all under the equipment. A health inspector would have shut the place down ON THE SPOT! Simple mobile order still not ready after 15 min. How hard is it to pour a cup of regular coffee and put a donut in a bag?!? Really?!! Sadly, this is becoming the "soup du jour" at a lot of Dunkin's. My one complaint, which is almost unforgivable, is that their Apple Fritters are NOT fritters. It is just a big plain old glazed donut with apple jelly inside. Not sure if they are being cheap or if they really don't know what a fritter is. A fritter is crispy on the outside and soft with actual chunks of apple baked into the dough. It's almost like funnel cake. Hey management, just Google Apple Fritter. There are a million pictures of what one looks like. I will tell you one thing... it isn't a donut with apple jelly in it! Place is getting better. Ordered online yesterday and today and everyone was really nice and my order was right.

Used to go to this Dunkin all the time, and get an amazing coffee. Now the last 10-15 times I've gone to this specific one it has tasted terrible. Always watered down or my whole order is incorrect. I did notice that the staff is completely different. Well I feel that the staff needs to be completely retrained. So many people including myself have to go out of our way to go to a different Dunkin just so we don't have to get a watered down cup. read more

Probably the crappiest employees at any fast food restaurant drive thru. Finally gave this a try because it's so close to home. Went through the drive thru and before pulling off with my husband, I was checking the bag. I guy in the window says, "it's all there." (Rude as crap) Uh how the heck would he know when we both just watched him take the bag from the girl that put the order in, and he didn't even look inside!!!! I said, "well, I like to check because I get messed up orders sometimes and we're all human." He says, "it's just fast food the point is to get in and get out." ARE YOU SERIOUS??? without losing my mind--I'm just going to say that this location must have got extremely desperate for employees and just started hiring high school idiots to their staff. So frustrated. This is the second time I've been to this location at night and they said they closed their iced drink machine early for "cleaning". If you have to clean your machines at night do so after you close or close earlier if you're not going to sell your products. Clearly employees are just trying to get out early and are losing customers in the process. read more

Went to the drive-thru, was greeted, said my order, and was met with silence. I waited a few minutes and said 'hello?', but still silence. So I left, and the teen girl in the window threw up her hands in a "what?" gesture as I went past. Will be finding a new place for coffee, as I know it was not me being to quiet or anything, I never had a problem here before but this left a sour taste. read more

I've never had a problem here. They're always super nice even at 5am. The lines are always fast moving no matter what time of day.

Okay so all the girls currently working here are unprofessional, they give men free coffees. They have vulgar language and they pass out their phone numbers to customers. Orders are wrong most of the time as well. read more

Usually I can write off a grumpy employee as just a bad day. But, every time I pop in they are all so rude and rarely is my order correct. Today one cashier got into a verbal altercation because she read the customers coupon incorrectly. Then the second cashier who rang me out got snotty because I waited for the blender to stop so I could order then complained she couldn't hear me when I ordered. (This is why I waited for the blender to stop!) TERRIBLE people skills here. Coupon lady had to ask multiple times for the coffee she ordered. Then when she got it and it was wrong she was too afraid to ask them to correct it. I left with my order and found it incorrect when I got back to the office. This place is a joke, I placed an order in drive through and went to pay with cash ($50). They would not accept a $50 bill, and I didnt have any other form of payment. The female GM was a jerk and would not even give me my coffee as a courtesy. Great way to lose a customer, and maybe they should take a look at their yelp scores! read more

I normally hit this location at least once a week. I never really had any complaints until today. There were three girls working the morning shift (5:30) today. I was waiting on my coffee to be done so I opened my bagel to start eating it. Now I understand this is a fast food place and you want to serve customers fast. When I opened my bagel, there was only cream cheese on ONE SIDE of the bagel. Who eats a bagel with cream cheese on one side and then none on the other? Remind you, there wasn't enough to even spread on the other side. I then asked for a knife and another side of cream cheese. When the lady walked away from the window you can see she was telling the other two girls what I asked for. She came back to the window and said the cream cheese will be $1. I'm not cheap, I would have spent the $1 if I was just being picky and liked a lot of cream cheese. But if you're not going to TAKE AN EXTRA SECOND and spread the right amount of cream cheese on BOTH the sides of the bagel then you should attend to the customers needs. I told the lady that there isn't enough cream cheese for both sides and the lady that made the bagel chimed in and said she put more than what's supposed to be on the bagel. I'm sorry, do you "weigh" out the amount of cream cheese for every bagel? Because if you do then you have time to spread cream cheese on both the sides of the bagel then. The lady at the window now asked again if I wanted to buy the cream cheese. At this point I was upset with how the ladies were treating me and should have showed them the bagel that they created and asked if they would ha w been satisfied with it if they received this. Instead I just drove away. The ladies then started to laugh. HOW RUDE! Worst service I've ever received at any fast food restaurant and I will NOT be coming back to this location due to how the ladies laughed in my face due to their poor service. read more

To go is the right thing to do at this store. Tables dirty with crumbs (every table). Floor has paper and food on it. Filthy and wouldn't eat in these conditions. read more
