We went to dunkin at 815pm today. We attempted to order a dozen donuts and was told there were only 3 types of donuts left. So we chose not to get any. So we proceeded to order coffees to go. Just regular coffees, nothing special. The kid that was there was not happy, he then spilled the coffee and was upset that he had to make a new batch of coffee and kept huffing and puffing everytime someone else would drive up in the drive thru because it was close to closing time (9pm). Its ridiculous, I understand they are young kids but, if you don't want a job than stay home. read more

Well, this is just from a brief passing through Phoenix, but I must say lines were long and my iced coffee was really really sugary. When I finished kt, you could see about a half an inch of just sugar sitting down there!!! So I recommend telling them easy on the sugar. Overall nice job. read more

Very disappointed in this location. I stopped for a cappuccino. They use little cups for the Espresso. They pour from the little cups into the cappuccino cup. The little cups are in a rack with the opening facing up. The woman who assisted me, had grubby paws. She was working the cash register moments before she began building my cappuccino. She reached her nasty fingers down into the little cup, pulled it out, and poured espresso into it for my cappuccino. Disgusting! Furthermore, I paid about a dollar more for the cappuccino than I normally pay at Starbucks. Very disappointing. I will not return. read more

I usually try to go and get my favorite donut, I've been disappointed because they aren't very fresh (the outside are crunchy and hard in some areas) they put very little chocolate in the donut so I thought maybe by 9am they've just been sitting there too long, anyways I decide I'll go at 4am when they open maybe they will be fresh and have more chocolate in them but too my disappointment they were not any fresher. Another experience I had was about 5pm I decided to stop for one and the drive thru girl was very rude and interrupted me as I was asking about that particular donut and said "I just threw them out" I said ok what do you have left and very rudely she told me what was left so I chose a different donut. I pull up to pay and she is standing at the window waiting as I am getting change from my purse, she gets mad it takes me more than 10 seconds and huffs and walks away so the Asian guy working there gave me my order after taking my money and he was the nicest guy there I've dealt with. I go to another place to get my donuts now and chose a new favorite because I don't want to have to deal with that rude drive through worker again. She needs training in customer service. read more

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this place is the worst. Their donuts are ok. That's not the problem. The problem is for the past month their latte machine has been "down". How long does it take to fix or fix right? I have a hard time believing that a large franchise would take so long to get an essential piece of equipment fixed. I normally have good experiences here and love the iced coffee. Today however the girl working the drive thru gave me a very bad experience. Not only did I have to wait way too long for my drink, at least over 5 minutes, I guess she gave the people before me their order and they left without paying. Then when I finally got my drink and drove off to drink it I noticed it looked a little more white than normal, okay maybe a bit more creamer than usual. Then I take a drink and all I got was a mouth full of sugar. I didnt even ask for sugar in my drink and that's literally all it was. I could literally chew it. So I tried mixing it in hoping it would dissolve but the drink was just so poorly made. I dont even think they put any coffee in it honestly. I am already late for work since it took so long for them to give me this crappy drink so I can't even go back to tell them to remake it for me. I am super disappointed. read more

I only went here because the local Fry's Starbucks is remodeling. I've gotten coffee and bagels here before and they have been fine, but today I wanted less carbs, something maybe healthier. I got the egg wrap, YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!! It cost $1.19 for HALF of an egg, probably a melted Kraft single, on a tiny tortilla. It was gross! I can get a spinach feta wrap from Starbucks for a little bit more, but at least I'm getting real food! The only reason I gave two stars was because the coffee is pretty good. I absolutely love Dunkin Coffee! It is the best! I go there frequently and use my Dunkin app. It saves me a lot of money. I like their iced coffee best and a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Just went through the drive thru and ordered the Texas toast breakfast sandwich with "double" bacon, hash browns and frozen coffee. I live 3 minutes away. Got home, the hash browns were old and soggy, the Texas toast was limp and it only had two slices of bacon on it that were so thin you could see through them. Apparently it had been sitting around for a while as well. The coffee is good. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering a breakfast sandwich there again. read more

Stopped here and ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. At first they only brought out the sandwich thinking it was the only thing we ordered so I had to tell the lady that we also ordered drinks. After she came back with the first drink, another lady asked if I had ordered the 2nd drink I was waiting on and I told her yes. They asked what drink it was again and I told them again. No one told me to pull around while they get their shit together to make it so I'm waiting and this Hispanic(maybe?) lady asked if there was a problem and why I was still waiting there. I informed her that I was STILL waiting on the 2nd drink that I had already paid for. She then got an attitude with me and told me to pull around in a condescending tone. I ended up leaving without the drink because of how rude she was. Usually I'm understanding with fast food places and very polite/respectful but the energy there was very negative and the business lacks professionalism and communication. While I was trying to look at the donuts in the case behind the counter, a guy came out from the back and STOOD RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, doing something in that donut case. It was obvious I was trying to look at the donuts but he either didn't give a rats ass or was so concentrating on what he was doing that he didn't see that a customer was there. I couldn't even see the selection so I just asked for anything so I could get out of there. A few months ago I told my husband that I needed to go online and write a review for this store because it was so great. They were fast, friendly, my drink was always right and I stopped here at least once a day for my coffee. Fast forward a few months and it's the opposite. I still come daily because it's the only DD near me, but I'll be finding another place. In the last month or so I've received the wrong food, drinks that were leaking or had syrup dripping down the side and a simple request was denied. Overall, I am finding my visits frustrating. I'll be moving on because they are taking too long and it's not worth the wait when people are not friendly or accommodating in the least. I like the coffee but I like other places too. I called today to complain to a manager (wrong food, another dripping drink and less than friendly associate)...that conversation was worthless. At one point I said..."I don't know if you care", she interrupted me and said "I do care that's why I'm listening to you" and then about 15 seconds later, while I was talking again, she started repeating someone's sandwich order, literally right into the phone. I stopped talking and she said "sorry, I'm making sandwiches and multitasking"...That should pretty much sum up my experience with the manager and then explains rest of the issues. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everytime I go there the staff members are so unfriendly. I have done plenty of surveys and so have my neighbors who go there and nothing has changed. I went my last time today. My cashier Ashley D was so rude. I told her to have a good day to see if she would even respond since it's a trend that they don't respond. She just looked at me and I said wow you guys just never tell anyone to have a good day do you ? She responded sarcastically and said have a fabulous day ! Very sad. I called the manager on shift and didn't seem to care one bit. Very unprofessional. Never will I ever go there again and neither will friends and family who have experienced the same thing. Today I had a frustrating experience at this location. I ordered 3 wake up wraps and one donut. I got to the window and I was only served 2 wraps and a donut. The boy at the window seemed very apologetic and asked me to pull to the front and he'd bring one right out. I spent 15 min waiting in the front before sending my daughter in to get the missing wrap. She was in there for 5 min before I decided to park the car and head into the store. When I got to the door my daughter walked out with a bag. When we got to the car she told me they gave her two free donuts because they were too busy to make another wrap! I was in a hurry so we left but they are lucky i didn't go in there! I don't care how busy they were, i was a paying customer who waited in line like everyone else! I will not be returning to this location! I gave 1 star because the bad customer service I receive every time I go to Dunkin to get my iced coffee. It isn't just by one person. It is by all of the people who ring me up and hand me my coffee. My mom lives in Buckeye, so I'm here pretty often. When I visit, I literally go everdayday to this place. The wifi never works here, but the coffee and donuts are the best and way cheaper than Starbucks! They do keep it pretty clean as well as the bathrooms. Customer service is average besides sometimes waiting more than five minutes at the register because staff is hiding in the back or tending to the drive-thru customers. read more

Have eaten here on several occasions and have finally decided that their service is outright horrendous. The last time I was there not only did they have hardly any donuts left, their computer system went down and I could not be charged. So I waited 15 minutes for their system to reboot, my food became cold and you would think the employee would suggest fresh food, no he just stood there apologizing while he took my 35 dollars. That just shows as a corporation you could care less for training your employees on customer service. Another time I received smashed donuts and called about it to a manager. She told me I would be receiving a half dozen free donuts and told me to give her my name. I did and went in a week later to claim a half dozen donuts there was widespread amnesia regarding the entire affair. Needless to say I walked out with no donuts. I have made up my mind not to eat at this stank hole again, and good luck Dunkin Donuts because judging from other reviews, you should not be in business very long. read more
