Matcha mochi donuts. And Ube mochi donuts.

Love the Ube and Matcha mochi donuts! The lady who took my order brought out more mochi donut stock so I can complete my order! Also they allowed me to use the coupons I got from the mail with so much ease! The location was so nice, I wish I lived close to bike there!

We went on a Saturday and they were very busy. There was a long line that moved along nicely. Donuts were fresh and delicious!

I only got to take a picture of my order which is a Strawberry Matcha with Strawberry Cold Foam. The rest of my family ordered Regular Mango Smoothie and a mixed of strawberry/mango smoothie for the kids. Overall from the service and the drinks, it was all good. We didn't really stayed long but next time would love to get a sit down and drink and eat inside!

I asked the girl if it came with cream cheese she said yes. So I ordered the garlic chive. Then I proceed to order the crème brûlée latte which on the sign said seven dollars and some change. I asked for whipped cream and she proceeds to ask me do you want cold foam or whipped cream? Normally coffee joints will give you whipped cream for free and charge a dollar for cold foam, so I said whipped cream is fine. I pull up to the window wait almost 5 minutes for anyone to greet me and then hit with almost $22 for a mini coffee and a basic breakfast sandwich. First thing I'll say is for the prices. People are paying for these coffees. They should be bigger than the size of my palm. The second thing I will say is always inform your guests of charges. Especially when it doesn't state it the menu. Third thing is creature guest as soon as they pull to the window even if there's a waiting time just so they feel acknowledged. This is a one and done type stop. I'll never come here again.

My wife and I went there one night, just the two of us. Couldn't decide where to eat (because I put…read morethat decision on her) and we ended up here. It's a new location and a very nice building. The place was only about 30% filled so we sat right away. The server was nice, friendly. We arrived during happy hour so got a slight discount on the drinks. So we ordered some buffalo wings. As you can see from the pic we ate them all. They were just OK. No crisp to them and hardly any sauce. Then the food came and oh boy, what a mistake our dinner decision was. My wife got the AZ Burger which tasted like rubber. The fries were strange also, like they were microwaved, cold. She barely ate 1/4 of the burger. Took it home and the kids didn't even eat it. Then to top it off, the dogs turned it down. For my plate I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. Looked good but zero flavor. I loaded it up with salt and pepper and I ended up eating it all. Then I find out the total bill was just about ninety bucks!!!! Holy smokes. One other time I want to the Litchfield park location for breakfast and it was good. But this location, for dinner, never again. Hopefully they just had an off night.

We tried the bruschetta sampler and man those were amazing. The mushroom was my favorite. The old fashion wasn't too great but the blueberry mule was delicious. Service was really good as well. I notice it can get quite busy around dinner time so I'd recommend reservations are expect to wait. The location is pretty small, but offers indoor and outdoor seating. We lucked out and were seated right away at a nice table near the back. After looking over the menu for a minute, we decided to try their pepperoni pizza, garlic bread, as well as a Caesar salad salad. We also ordered a few drinks. Service was friendly and it was a little noisy with a large party and a few other tables but still quite enough to have nice conversation. It's quite nice inside but doesn't feel overly fancy. I liked that we could see the cook making her pizza and putting it in the fire burning oven everything that came out to other tables looked delicious and smelled heavenly. We're already talking about when we're gonna come back and try so many things. The pizza is thin crust delicious, and didn't feel heavy after we were done eating. It was gluten-free . I don't have issues with gluten, but the pizza was just delicious. My husband said it was one of the best Caesar salads. He's had the garlic bread was good as well. It was a great stop and I'm glad we stopped in to check it out.

What a great evening we had at Tempo Urban Bistro. I found them some time back on Yelp and had to…read moreremember to get my reservation in early. Well, I finally did and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. For starters, the town square square is picturesque, with a pretty little park at the end of the street. There was plenty of parking, so no hassles there. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated by the receptionist. The place has a modern upbeat feel, that is inviting and mood improving at the start. I especially love the garage doors that open to the outside on mild days. They had one open during our visit, which really opens the place up to the beautiful town square view. There was a great special going on that featured that included a Filet Mignon, Lobster Tail, Salad and Cheesecake. I had my mind made up before even entering. I thought the price on it was very reasonable. In addition to the all of the other great things, we had a server named Todd, who was not only a great server, but who seems to genuinely enjoy the people that he serves. He was attentive and friendly throughout. He really made us feel appreciated and special. Now the food. It was fantastic! My filet was perfectly cooked and the lobster tail, sweet and wonderful , nicely served with a fully loaded baked potato. In addition to a great entree, my Caesar salad was one of the best I've ever had and included crouton toast and a slice of pancetta. My wife had a Caprese salad, gigantic shrimp and pasta. We both enjoyed everything. Last, it was nice to see the owner and Chef out in the crowd visiting with his customers. That is a good sign that a business cares about their customers. Tempo Urban Bistro is truly something special and different. It is so nice to have a place like this nearby without driving to the opposite side of Phoenix. Yep, these good folks will see me again!
