Service: 3 stars - while ordering through the drive thru, there wasn't even a list of donut flavors to choose from. So the person taking my order had to name off the donut flavors for me to pick. Sure, the DD regular might know exactly what flavors they want in a box of dozen, but I'm a special occasion type of dozen donut buyer, so I need my flavor options. Ambiance: 2 stars - we order in the drive-thru. One whole panel wasn't even being used. So management needs to do better. Overall 2 stars. Dunkin' Donuts being a chain needs to do better. Inflated prices for cost-cutting sizes is not what the community wants or deserves.

I know what it's like to have good people. Vanessa is exceptional. The food was great. We got a couple of burgers. Tasty. I had the onion rings with mine -- a very generous portion and also tasty.
