I had been going to a different Bosa location for Vietnamese coffee and it was so good, decided to give this location a try and it was so disappointing. It had such a weird after taste, almost like an alcohol after taste?! Have never had that happen before, it was so bad. And twice now I've asked for chocolate bars and have gotten maple bars. How? Not sure lol I even point at chocolate. Sucks because my kids aren't fans of maple. Will be checking the box next time & definitely not reordering iced Vietnamese coffee read more

I love Bosa. I've been there many times & you can't go wrong if you're craving a good donut. They usually have a good selection unless you're going late at night. However, I will say the last time I went I ordered a blueberry muffin which was seriously lacking in the blueberry department. Not sure what happened. Your website shows 1 dozen glazed 22.99 or mixed 25.99. I chose glazed only and received a dozen of mixed. I called the store and mentioned the error in my order and the customer service was horrible! I will Never order from them again and I even offered to drive in and return the incorrect order and still was told NO. This place was so yummy! The taro smoothie is so flavorful and I also got a lunch sandwich which was filling and exactly needed for a hot day. The lunch combo which is a sandwich and large smoothie was 11.99 I believe so not bad for price. The donuts are always good. This place offers quite a bit of options for sweets and drinks! read more

The place was very clean and the donuts were light and fluffy. My favorite was the sugar cinnamon one. The buttermilk donuts were hard. Wouldn't recommend those. The last that helped us was nice, polite and quick. read more

Stopped for donuts mid morning. The donuts were quite yummy and fresh, I'm always concerned if they are sitting for a while, these however were just delicious. Bear Claw so fluffy and had a generous amount of apple filling, we were quite surprised at this. Maple bar was on the large size too and maple glaze wonderful. Apple fritter ( we ordered small) as they actually have very large ones also, they were fried perfectly and not greasy. We actually didn't review the drink menu so I cannot comment on that. Love this place! They have a lot of selections not only for Donuts but drinks too! The donuts are so good. Fluffy, flavorful, and not too sweet! My favorites are the chocolate covered curlers. And now the smoothies too. Oh and the croissant with ham and cheese are yummy too! They have been throwing extra goodies in when we get a dozen donuts. Had very high hopes for this shop, but was immediately disappointed upon entering. Noticed MANY MANY gnats throughout. Went to look at the selection of donuts and upon doing so noticed a roach crawling around in the display case. Upon mentioning this to the worker she claimed that this was her shop, that it's not uncommon in a place like this, and that she would take care of it later if she found anymore. IF SHE FOUND ANYMORE? As if one is just okay and nonchalantly acceptable. We thanked her for her time and left immediately. I'm sorry that's just more protein than I want in a dessert. This has become a must stop after we visit uptown jungle. My kids love the donuts and so do I! They have the classics I like and the sugary topped ones my kids like. Donuts a fluffy and soft even afternoon/early evening. Croissants are also very good. Service has always been fast and friendly and the place has been clean every time I have gone. read more

Came in here while they had the free donut or coffee special an picked up some other donuts as well service was really quick and friendly , It's also nice they do have a drive thru option if you don't want to get out of the car . They do have a lot of options drink wise and donut wise and the prices seem very reasonable definitely a spot to stop by for some early morning delights. read more

I love Bosa donuts, which is why I'm saddened that I need to write this bad review. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but I spent 8$ on a SMALL milk tiger tea with boba and light ice, and I got charged 8$....mind you, when I got it, there was A LOT of ice and barely any boba. I never mind paying extra, but it sucks when businesses are stingy and make you pay extra and they don't do what you're paying for. I don't appreciate he being stingy. read more

The donuts here Taste like CHEMICALS. Like what ever cleaner they are using to clean the place which IS VERY STRONG because when we walked in thats all we could smell is in these donuts or maybe they are cleaning their pans with them rather then soap and its leaching onto the food. My sister-in-law said Krispy Kreme were crap compared to these donuts. From out of town, I was skeptical. My husband surprised me and my brother's family with a DoorDashed dozen assortment the next morning and wow! I don't even like donuts unless they're covered in chocolate, but Bosa are different - light, airy, pillowy. I had a white cream filled glazed. I'm used to the Dunkin Donuts version that has powdered sugar on the outside and a squirt of cream inside if you're lucky. Bosa's version didn't have powdered sugar, but didn't need it. It was fully filled with cream. I don't even think I got but a couple bites of a chocolate iced glazed and the box was gone. Next time I'm in town, we will get these donuts for sure. read more

When ordering my drink 24oz Light ice Thai Tea they stated it would be an extra charge for light ice. I didn't want more Thai tea I simply just like less ice bc I drink my drinks slow n the ice melts which waters down the drink. I let the girl know that n she said it didn't matter either way I'd get charged for it. I just think thats wild, I was more then ok with there being space in the cup with less ice but to be charge EXTRA for that is crazy and money hungry! plus my drink was nasty read more

Donuts are really good! Not my favorite around but nonetheless, they are better than a lot of other donut shops. I also really like there sandwiches. Specifically, the egg ham and cheese croissants. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee. I've tried it twice and it lacks flavor in my opinion and taste watered down. Last time I went their card machines were down and they asked if I had cash which I did not. They tried my card multiple times and then restarted their system. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive through and after restarting it, my card worked. It isn't a deal breaker but my a bit of a frustrating experience and as a past fast food employee, I would be offered a discount for the wait. They didn't, and I didn't ask because that's not who I am but due to this and their coffee, I'm giving 4 stars. read more

As we all know, Bosa has the best donuts but I have to share my experience on this Mother's Day Sunday. I ordered 3 fritter and 3 unglazed buttermilk Mom's all time favorite donut). I got home and found 3 glazed buttermilk. So I called, they confirmed that they do have unglazed "plain". I told her I was on my way back. When I got there I watched her put the replacements in a bag. But the boss lady must have told her to swap them out. When she got to the window she asked if I brought the donuts back. I said I did and handed her the box. She took those donuts and PUT THEM BACK ON THE SHELF TO RESELL!!! How nasty! She doesn't know who I am. For all she knows I could have licked those donuts. I didn't but she doesn't know that. This has got to be a huge FDA violation. She took the unglazed out of the bag and put them in my box. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience of having to bring the wrong donuts back. Cheap ass mofos!! Lol read more
