I generally love Dunkin Donuts - donuts, muffins, and coffee drinks. However... on a recent road trip between Phoenix and LA, me and a friend of mine stopped at this location for a bite of breakfast. I was pleased to see the offerings of breakfast sandwiches and chose the Big N' Toasted... MISTAKE! Whatever Dunkin Donuts considers an egg, is NOT an EGG. Just awful! I stopped in for a roadside break to get a coffee and a quick snack. I ordered an extra large regular coffee with one cream and one sugar that ended up tasting like dirty dishwater. Possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Came in at 5pm on a Sunday. Most donut trays were empty. I walked in with 2 people in line already. I walked out 15min later with the same 2 people ahead of me in line. Need I say more? This place is not worth anyone's time. read more

So bad, it's almost laughable. I've been here at least a dozen times, this review is not based on one or two visits. Each visit is a gamble predicated upon the likelihood of getting the order I want vs my ability to tolerate being super annoyed by the experience that day. Be prepared to play a game called "Guess which donuts we're sold out of" each time you go. Coffee isn't safe bet either, no chai for chai lattes or hazelnut flavoring for your Americano is the ace up their sleeve in case you happen to win the donut round. I think this place is as good as any Dunkin Donuts can get. The service is friendly. The donuts are fine, but never taste fresh. The main issue I have is that the drive through is not safe. You come out completely blind. They added a corner mirror, but it doesn't help that much. I realize there are not a lot of options in that space, but it is still a concern. read more

Went to the Buckeye, AZ Dunkin donuts today. I ordered 12 donut holes to give my 6 granddaughters this morning. I received 10. So handing out two for each of the girl's, the youngest one 18 mos. Didn't have any. I went back to DD with receipt that shows the $2.50 I spent on 12, I also told them that it happened three weeks ago also. So I came back to have them make it right. I was told by Juan, sorry. No refund, no replacement, nothing he could do. So I have decided to spend my money elsewhere, another donut shop in town that would make it right, if I had a problem. The worst part about this Dunkin is the SMELL! It constantly smells like a burning old toaster oven inside. The poor employees probably have burnt nostrils just from the stench! Their coffee is fine, same as you'd find at any Dunkin Donuts but their donuts are a little off. Not as fluffy, almost like they overlooked them. OMG, the previous reviews were absolutely right. These women suck at customer service. My husband wanted a coffee for the road and a few donuts for the twins. He noticed the woman in front of him ordering also an ice coffee and repeating several times, " no sugar, no cream, no milk". My husband wanted just an ice coffee, no sugar since we use stevia. She was really rude when he was ordering the donuts. We finally left with our order, got in the car and drove away. I handed the kids the donuts and realized she shorted us, also guess what, my husband's unsweetened coffee, was full if corn syrup or whatever crap they use for sweetening that made it taste like a chemical spill. They're always rushing me thru drive thru and I always end up with a wrong drink I think maybe once or twice i've gotten hat I actually have ordered if I didn't have to commute 1 hour a way each way always busy trying to beat rush hour traffic I'd go back and have it swapped out but due to my work schedule and demands I just drink it and make due. read more

First off the gal working the drive through was beyond rude. But to top it off ordered a vanilla chai and it wasn't even filled all the way. It was literally 3/4 full and topped with foam. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts location I have ever ordered from. I have been there several times since I live nearby and they have never given me a drink that was actually good. I always have to pour my drink out and it's such a waste of money. I usually go through the drive through, but the one time I went inside and told the woman that the drink wasn't good she tried to just put more sugar in it which made it taste even worse. She ended up making me a new drink and it was disgusting, too. There is a serious lack of customer service, training and professionalism at this DD location. My only complaint about this Dunkin' Donuts location is the way the drive thru is set up. In the mornings, the line winds through the parking lot and people either cut, not knowing/caring where the back of the queue is, or they block the main paths through the parking lot, boxing in customers from the other businesses in this shopping center. The drive thru exit is more or less a vehicular version of Russian roulette, as the doors for the communal dumpster area are frequently left open thus negating one's line of sight and making the handy mirror at the end of the drive thru essentially worthless. Really, really poor planning went into picking this location and attempting to incorporate a drive thru, but it's Dunkin', so that's enough to keep me coming back regularly, risking both my feeling of inner peace and the structural integrity of my car every time I use the drive thru. read more

I am from the East Coast where we have REAL Dunkin' Donuts. This place does not have fresh donuts more times than not and I can't get them to make a decent coffee to save their lives. I have decided I won't be returning and I now understand why everyone raves about Krispy Kreme donuts in AZ, because the Dunkin' Donuts are terrible out here and I am not a fan of Krisy Kreme either but in comparison to Dunkin' I'd rather go there too. read more

One of the worse dunkin donuts around. They never get an order right...I mean really how hard is it to make a bagel with butter! When you get the food on the second try it tastes ok. But the service is horrible....either the local high school kids working the counter while hanging out with their friends or you get miserable servers who can't say hello or thank you. If you want a really good donut fix go to fresh donuts about a half mile down the road on the other side of the street by the frys. read more

I would love to give this place a five star but this morning I ordered a latte but when I got my order through the drive thru, I got what looked like an iced coffee. I was looking forward to some whip cream on top of my latte. I did not return to the store because I needed to get going to work. Please next time make your Lattes as advertise on the pictures. Went in yesterday around 4 & WOW Absolute amazing service!! Was greeted when i walked in, Store was very clean! The shift leader was an absolute doll! So sweet & cheeky!!! As the other two employees were as well! Enjoyed my delicious iced coffee & treats! I get more and more impressed each time I come into this store! Stopped by here on my way home to Ca from Az. I don't have a DD anywhere near me so it took me a while to decide. The young girl at the register was super helpful. I told her my coffee preference in general. She suggested iced vanilla bean & I loved it. She was super sweet & they were even short handed. I wish I had gotten her name. It was Monday morning around 10:30/11 am. Excellent customer service. Definitely will stop here again the next time I drive through. Love that they have such a large selection to choose from! I have only had their donuts so I can't comment on their breakfast sandwiches or coffee but they looked good when customers were sitting down for breakfast. This place was bad sure it had decent service while we were there but the doghnuts were cold you could sense they were frozen instead of fresh just by the taste overall i would recommend not coming here i recommend krispy kreme plus the place smelled like iced tea and coffee mix together in a blender frozen and thrown onto the ground. read more

Awful... awful... if you're lucky enough to place an order they can fill, prepare to wait for it. Management hasn't trained thier employees to stack orders at the drive through so its a 10 min commitment if there's even a single car ahead of you. Avoid at all costs.
