would give zero stars if I could. this Dunkin' has miserable employees and it shows. however, Its been a spot for my kids and myself for a quick treat in the summer - til last week the dark red haired woman put a dead dragonfly in the bag of donuts we purchased. maybe she didn't see it? possible. there was bug wings and legs all over the three purchased donuts to the point it looked to have been "ignored" because it was so obvious to see. Clean bathroom, speedy service. They were able to complete a large order for 20 interns in the morning with diligence and within ten minutes. Convenient location right off the turnpike in Burlington, but a bit hard to find as it is tucked away in the parking lot of shops/warehouses. read more

The coffee is always brewed, and the treats are sweet, but this location continually has poor customer service. Last time I came by, the app had refreshed, and I didn't know where anything was, even to make a payment, and the lady at the counter told me it was my problem, not hers. I finally use my debit card and went on. This time, the lady at the cash register was being friendly and attentive, but when I ask for a glass of ice water for my five year old, who didn't want coffee or another drink, she, and the other lady working the food line told me it was impossible and that they don't have water with ice. Thankfully, the manager was there and told him it was fine, he charge me a dollar which is fine but a little strange. I'm also super disappointed how disgusting the bathroom is. It looks like it hasn't had attention in quite some time. My five-year-old needed to go to the bathroom and I was afraid for her to touch anything once we entered. read more

I wish I could have give it less than 1 star. Todays experience was the worst ever I have had. The location at 240 middlesex turnpike seemed to be a disaster- the lady making the sandwich, was extremely lax and had a 'don't care' attitude. I was there at 9am this morning, the egg and cheese croissant was not toasted, she placed a cold slice of egg and a cold slice of cheese and packed it. The hash browns were a disaster as well- just cold frozen ones packed without toasting it and to top it all, one pack had just 2 hash browns. This is completely looting customers. I understands why 95% reviews are one star at this DD. I think the 5 stars are friends or relatives wrote the reviews. I was 2nd person in line and it took 20 min. to get a dozen donuts and a cup of coffee. The donuts feels ice cold and the suppose to be hot coffee was luke warm close more like ice coffee w/o ice. However even though I give it some credit and this used to be my favorite dunkins location, as if the past few months some of it's employees lack respect for the customers by being judgmental snobs who act as if they're better than the clients or even lacking patience with those who order at the counter and that's just the morning shift.I The shifts later in the day are friendly, however most of them if your not dealing with workers that are under trained, your design with workers who are either not paying enough attention to the customers or they can't even speak or understand enough English to serve them. For instance I ordered a strawberry cosmic coolada and I had to repeat myself 5 times before they understood what I meant while the room was dead quiet. This happened on several occasions on the later shifts and on one instance they gave me just an average strawberry coolada. The rest of the issue persists when it comes to this lack of understanding when I order sausage on my bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. If they even know how to use the register without the assistance of the manager of the manager is even around which is rare, the later shifts punch in my entire order, I pay for the sandwich with the sausage added and when I'm half way to work I realize the sausage I paid for is not in the sandwich like it says that I played for on the recipt. I am a very patient person and I bring things to they're attention as needed however since nothing is getting fixed after my past few months of patience I feel this review is sadly over due. This once fine location has gone strait down hill. If I don't walk out frustrated mid day I walk out feeling emotionally insecure in the morning while feeling rushed. I once enjoyed this location of Dinkins given the kind of comfortable service I once upon a time received and given the peaceful woodland and suburban scenery outside the establishment, however now I am severely disappointed in its owners for not running things the way should. So I'm my opinion I say if your looking for a comforting place to chat with friends or just chill and snack with your laptop or books, my suggestion is to find a different Dinkins location or a different coffee shop down the road because this location has become an utter disappointment compared to its former glory. read more

This is consistently the worst Dunkin Donuts that exists. All the other Yelp reviews have the same experience- just completely awful service. I don't understand how it's possible to be so incredibly slow. I always order on the go using the Dunkin Donuts iPhone app but when coming to this location I know I have to place my On the go order legit 15 minutes in advance if I want my drink to be ready when I arrive. I would like to take a quote directly from Yelp and say "Eek! Methinks not." Now I LOVE Dunkin Donuts, but I do not love the one at this location. Two weekends in a row I've been there to see and deal with Staff Members with terrible attitudes. Two weeks ago they screwed up one guys order and then argued with him about it (THEY got it wrong, I witnessed the ordeal) Yet it was a massive screaming match. This weekend I went in for a bagel and they ran out. . . Okay fine, it happens, . . But what annoyed me was he rang me up and put his hand out for the money, which I handed over. While he was counting change he informed me they ran out of bagels, umm shouldn't you have said that first so I could pick something else. So when I told him to cancel the order he gave me an attitude. I wanted to say I don't need your attitude or excuse (since he talked about it - angrily - for a solid minute) I just need my money. . . But instead I just stood there in silence till he finished his babbling and handed my money back. I don't understand why this Dunks is so inefficient......every. Single. Time.!!! I've never seen more than one register open regardless of how long the line is. The staff is nice enough but they are constantly bumping into each other and no one looks like they have a clue what they're doing. It looks like they're staffed appropriately but because no one knows what they're supposed to be doing it's a mess. Coffee is usually made properly, but the time it takes to get it is way too long. I go out of my way to get to another Dunks instead of coming here most mornings because I know it will be a terrible experience. I only go to this Dunk's when I'm desperate. There could be 6 people working, and 4 of them are usually spazzing out behind the counter. Parking is a nightmare, the line inside is usually to the door and its NOT because the coffee is laced with gold. The coffee is dunks coffee.... when I want a quick iced I can chug and get my caffeine, its fine. When I want a breakfast sandwich that is actually toasted and tastes good.... Every time I come here to grab a coffee before work, without failure - there's a humongous wait. I just left there because the line went out the front door, for coffee. I counted 32 people in line before I gave up, and decided to go to another close-by location. Guess how many were at the other location? 2. Exactly 2, and it took me less than a minute to get my coffee. Sorry but I'll just drive the extra 5 minutes, and save myself 15-20 minutes of waiting in a line that extends to the parking lot. read more

Let me start by saying I love dunks. Now let me say this one is terrible. I just got out of there and it's 10:50 am, I arrived at 10:32 am!! In that 18 minutes I observed several things. The line of 13 people, yes I counted, I had plenty of time too, was being handled by one girl ringing people up, one girl making everything, one girl sweeping and two girls walking around aimlessly. Finally a gentleman in the front part of the line said "someone need to help!!" And sweeping girl put down her broom to help. Please note she didn't wash her hands (ew ew ew)! I then watched her make drinks for three customers before it was my turn. Needless to say I passed on food and just got a bottled juice. Wish I could give this place zero stars. Got there yesterday at 5:45, didn't leave still 6:15 and I was only the second person in line. One guy running the whole show and a girl that couldn't be bothered from stocking the fridge with juice. Waited 10 minutes before the guy behind me asked the guy if anyone was helping him and he completely ignored the question. Then when the girl came out again, the man behind asked her to help. Turns out the girl was a lot faster than the the guy cashier and I wish I had her instead. I had a large order with five drinks so I was patience, but I could only be patience for so long. Put my order in and he read it back to me where one of the drinks was put in wrong. While I'm waiting for my drink he goes, "what was the one with the melted sugar?" I answered him. Then he comes back and asks if I had 5 drinks. I sure did. Then he comes over with four cups in his hand. Didn't you just ask me if I had five drinks? Told him he was missing the iced black coffee. When you ring them in, don't you have a slip for them?? If not, something needs to be done. It was a very frustrating experience especially when he was making my drinks and chit-chatting with the other associate after I have waited for so long. I wish there was another one closer to my work. Oh and btw, the place smelt like a cow took a shit all over the pick up counter and floor where there was a wet caution sign. Fantastic time at Dunks. I will not return to this location despite it being the most convenient one on my way to work. DD is my preferred coffee shop. but what I saw today made me walk out after standing in line for about 10 minutes (way to long anyway IMO) but one of the cashier's who had gloves on reach down the back of her pants while making a customers coffee, I had my sunglasses on and took them off to verify that i was seeing what i thought i saw, hoping it was her pocket she reached into. but no it was the backside of her pants. then she proceeded to continue making the persons order and cash them out. when asked if they could help me i said no and left. read more

Here is an example of how rude the kids of today are. I was in line at DD and a worker Fran walked over to the register I was not at although I was next. I said I was next but it was ok if the other customer went ahead of me. Fran said to me in a very negative way this is the register I am at. Instead of apologizing for overstepping me, she had to be a wise guy. I asked her What is your point, she said my point is I am waiting on someone else not you. I asked a coworker of hers what her name was. Frank piped up and said don't ask her I would tell you my name. The girl should lose h er job, she is fresh and has no respect for anyone. I have to say that I have had 2 bad experiences at this Dunkin Donuts and even though I work just down the street I will never go back. Some of the staff there are completely unaware of health codes / violations and general sanitary practices. In one instance I had the woman (Donna) wait on me while she had her finger in her eyeball rubbing it. She then proceeded to make my drink and get food for other customers. It was absolutely disgusting. Then again today, I was in there and she waited on me - ugh! She made my drink with the same gloves she used to take my money and use the cash register. I did not really care about that. But then she proceeded to grab my bagel, and another gentleman's', with her nasty gloves and no paper. She took the cheese from the drawer with these same nasty gloves and put it on my bagel. She then grabbed the egg with the dirty gloves and made my sandwich. I should have said something. Instead I took the sandwich and tossed it out after paying for it because where was a really long line. I should have said something. Either way, I would never go back.
