Donuts hard in the morning everyday. To Go Order never done even tho I call after I make it. Only works well when CJ works and that is not good. I hope this doesn't get him in trouble but he should be manager. HE handles customer service issues. Manager is not good. I have complained to corporate twice about this store. It's just not a good store at all. It's straight on the way to work but I go out of my easy to Silver Hill Road because they are amazing. This is an update. They are so much better now. Y'all are really charging for flavor swirls despite this being the correct number for one drink? This Dunkin is ghetto. When I noticed an "extra swirl" charge, I was confused. I was later informed that when you add a flavor swirl to an iced coffee, you get charged. Only cream and sugar are included. WHAT?!? They don't even do that ish in NY. They are always out of everything... specialty donuts and goods, even hot drinks--once they only had my drink available iced. The baked goods that they do have don't feel fresh. I lucked up once by going at 8-9am (I usually find myself going on my lunch break.) Workers inside would rather you use the kiosk while patrons would rather interact with a human that's much faster than trying to navigate a huge screen... sigh. This Dunkin can be a hit or a miss. Last time we went was on 5/6/2023, two workers were arguing in front of 15+ customers. The service is never on point, however the restaurant is pretty clean. Sometimes they don't heat up the food all the way if you get a breakfast sandwich or the hashbrowns. I've had really good coffee experiences here, but lately not so much. read more

Haven't been 2 Dunkin' in a while & now I remember why. Plenty of people working but they are slow AF. Drive through line was long at 10:30am so I decided to walk in. Should have kept driving. They do not complete the orders as they get them as 2 people walked in after me & got their orders before me. Snacking bacon is BS. It's just bacon with pepper on it. Mine had plastic wrap in it so I returned it. See pictures. Ordered a toasted bagel with butter. They charged for butter but it was no butter on the side. They put butter on my bagel and it was not toasted. My frozen coffee with Carmel was good. Guess I'll be going back to Starbucks. The whole experience sucked! Done with Dunkin'. read more

Came here thinking it would've been cheaper than Starbucks. I was absolutely wrong. $11 for a thrown together sandwich, some hard ass hash browns, and a iced latte that was mostly ice no latte. I ordered the hash browns for my 1 year old and they were so hard, he didn't even want them. The bread from the sandwich was so damn hard and I had replace it with bread from home. And the latte tasted like pure coffee grounds and water. Smh. I won't be returning and luckily I didn't have time to take all this mess back but I will be calling corporate. Just ridiculous. Quick Update: I went all the way back and got my refund for the sandwich. And come to find out they gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a caramel latte and got cinnamon. I hate cinnamon. Terrible drive thru service! We weren't sure of what we wanted to order after we were told an item we wanted wasn't available! We asked for a moment and she asked us if there were more cars behind us? No other card were in the drive thru, but her attitude immediately changed and she was snappy, very rude! When we pulled up to the window she didn't have our hash browns in the bag (glad we checked) we told her they were missing she rolled her eyes and grabbed some! We needed ketchup she gave us 2 packets for 2 orders of hash-browns! Unfortunately the entire experience and order was nasty!! Waste of time and money! Smh! The GM swiped my card twice and refused to give me a refund after I showed proof the transaction for the same amount was taken minutes within each other! She asked to see my bank statement for a refund!! Since when do they do that at any establishment?? I had an unfortunate incident at this Camp Springs, MD Dunkin Donuts on Saturday May 2, 2020 at 8:30am. I had ordered my food in the drive thru and proceeded to pay. The drive thru cashier gave me the food items and I pulled ahead to check to see if my order was correct, completely forgetting my card and receipt. She had a good 20 seconds to inform me that I left my card and receipt behind. So, fast forward many hours later, I could not find my card. So, I backtracked my whereabouts and realized my last purchase was at DD. So, I checked my bank account online to see if someone used it and noticed two purchases I did not make: a 27 cent purchase at the same DD (after I left) and a $39 purchase at Starbucks. I immediately cancelled my card and began frantically thinking where I lost it my card. Then it all made sense....the DD cashier was the only person that had physical contact with my card. The second purchase for 27 cents at the same DD was to see if my card had been deactivated yet, I believe. Then she went and made an expensive Starbucks purchase. I tried to call DD but they were closed for the evening. The next day I called to ask to speak to a manager to inform them that a cashier had stole and used my card yesterday. At this point I only wanted to inform the manager about what happened yesterday nothing more. The manager told me the same employee was here and asked if I wanted to speak to her. I said absolutely!!! After I told the girl I know you used my card, her response was "Oh okay" not at all nervous. I asked her name and I hear her whisper to the manager; "do I have to give her my name?" She said no and the phone goes back to the manager. The manager became very dismissive and didn't care that I had a complaint. Now I'm pissed!!! So now I have to vent on Twitter and Yelp. I absolutely blame myself but the cashier should have had an ounce of decency and returned my card. She could have easily yelled because I still had my window down and I would have heard her. This is the absolute worst Dublin donuts I've ever gone too. I've lived here for years, and I have been to this Dukin Donuts before back in 2014. I would go here every day before school, work, whatever. But now, it's the absolute worse. With this area growing,thriving , and changing day by day; there should be no excuse this place is ran like this on a daily basis. It's piss poor. This lady in the drive thru was black, and missing teeth. She has a very thick accent. I ordered four sandwiches and four drinks. She argued with me at the window stating I only asked for three. This is my second time coming here, the first time I ordered bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant and hash brown. It has been so long I didn't know you could no longer get a meal and that everything you pay for separate. I get to work and it wasn't bacon on my croissant it was a sausage so I have it to a coworker. Today I come and I order the same thing minus the hash brown. When it was first presented to me the cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwich they literally threw that shit together, I guess she was banking on me not looking at my sandwich. She took the sandwich back to heat it up but I shouldn't have to make sure the cheese is melted or the sandwich is warm, also the sandwich looked like it was missing a piece of the bread. Smh I spent 4.23 for this half ass sandwich and I am sure any of them women in there that gave me the side eye would have been equally upset if they paid for a sandwich that looked thrown together.
