    Receipt of coffee never received

-1 star. Horrible customer service. Been waiting 1 week for a refund due to ordering hot coffee on the app and when I arrive they inform me there is no hot coffee only cold coffee (in the winter). Was told I would have to go through the app for my refund and I'm still waiting a week later for my refund to be issued. What a disgrace!

    My receipt.

Haven't been 2 Dunkin' in a while & now I remember why. Plenty of people working but they are slow AF. Drive through line was long at 10:30am so I decided to walk in. Should have kept driving. They do not complete the orders as they get them as 2 people walked in after me & got their orders before me. Snacking bacon is BS. It's just bacon with pepper on it. Mine had plastic wrap in it so I returned it. See pictures. Ordered a toasted bagel with butter. They charged for butter but it was no butter on the side. They put butter on my bagel and it was not toasted. My frozen coffee with Carmel was good. Guess I'll be going back to Starbucks. The whole experience sucked! Done with Dunkin'.

Just threw the bacon on there.

Came here thinking it would've been cheaper than Starbucks. I was absolutely wrong. $11 for a thrown together sandwich, some hard ass hash browns, and a iced latte that was mostly ice no latte. I ordered the hash browns for my 1 year old and they were so hard, he didn't even want them. The bread from the sandwich was so damn hard and I had replace it with bread from home. And the latte tasted like pure coffee grounds and water. Smh. I won't be returning and luckily I didn't have time to take all this mess back but I will be calling corporate. Just ridiculous. Quick Update: I went all the way back and got my refund for the sandwich. And come to find out they gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a caramel latte and got cinnamon. I hate cinnamon. Thankfully, the guy working the register didn't hesitate to apologize. But also said their sandwiches are made to order. It shouldn't have been inedible if that were the case.

The bag only had 4/5 in it! Should have gone to Burger King on base instead!

I wanted to go to Pjs as an alternative to Starbucks but I can no longer. They are way too expensive. I also don't understand how they operate their drive through. You have to ask for everything. Forks, napkins, jelly, butter. I got a bagel which says it comes with cream cheese on the menu, I had to ask for the cream cheese and knife... & this has been several employees by the way. They all do it. Another time I got a biscuit with jelly. I had to ask 3 different questions thinking the server would get it. Can I have jelly...? received the jelly with no knife. Can I have a knife...? Received the knife with no napkins. Can I have napkins...? Any normal coffee shop gives you all of those things with a bag! They don't even give you bags! I spent $25 on a bagel, 1 medium chai latte, 1 medium caramel coffee, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, on top of that I had to ask for utensils and napkins. That was my last time going there. I go to a coffee shop to spend $7 max for a coffee and a treat, Pjs is not that place. They either think they're better quality than what they are or taking advantage of people. Either way I want no part of it anymore.

First Fridays are clearly a big deal there because the place was packed, the Gogo band was good, and the atmosphere was fun. I ended up sitting at the bar instead of getting a table and ordered a drink for myself, a drink for my cousin, and some shrimp. The food and drinks were actually good, so I can definitely see why people like coming here. What frustrated me was the pricing and gratuity situation. After looking at the menu, I saw it mentioned a 20% gratuity for parties of four or more, so I didn't think that applied to me since I was sitting at the bar with no table. I even asked the waitress if I could order food at the bar and she said yes, but nobody explained there would still be an automatic gratuity added. The drinks were $12 each and the bang bang shrimp were $13, so I was confused when my total came out to almost $50 and not realizing I added additional to the tip. I had to ask for the receipt multiple times before I finally saw the gratuity charge unbeknownst to me. I think the restaurant/menu needs to be a lot more upfront and clear about when gratuity is automatically added... and that's whether it's for First Fridays, live bands, bar service, or anything else. Being surprised by service fees, automatic gratuity or any hidden fee not clearly mentioned, for me, can leave a bad impression even when the food and atmosphere are good. As a small business, there are already stereotypes and complaints people make about hidden fees and pricing, and situations like this unfortunately don't help that narrative. With that said, I still plan to come back because I genuinely enjoyed the music, food, and overall vibe. I just wish the pricing and gratuity policies were communicated more clearly from the beginning... especially in this economy!

We entered, admired the artwork around the room and were seated immediately to talk further what we liked about it. We were first greeted by our server Tess, who introduced herself & gave us menus. We searched a little, of course hawk-eyed other tables to see what others ordered... and Tess came back a few minutes later to take our drink orders. We got some waters, iced tea, lavender lemonades, and a mimosa flight for the table... but for a Sunday (what I would expect to be a busy day; a day of POST-prep) we received not 1 but 2 dirty glasses that we had to send back. Additionally, it took us over 20 minutes to get not one the flight but the simple nonalcoholic lavender lemonade to the table and was never told what the delay was about. The owner Tiess (I hope I spelled that right) did walk around with a smile, and to greet the table. All tables, and that is always appreciated and noticed by me. We did express to her our concerns and she did ensure us that we'd be taken care of. Tess grabs our orders and later our food comes out. I have been to Milk & Honey before in Bowie, and I say that because I don't remember their menu being so "busy". The grits and fried green tomatoes as an example of said "busy" items. Overall, the food was okay. Their potatoes were overcooked said 1-party, while as previously stated, another party said their grits and the fried green tomatoes were too busy. Not that it was good or bad, just... busy. Too much going on. I personally had the whiting and it was the star of the meal. My side of (plain ol) grits came out and I appreciated them being plain....they were just cold. So... 3 it is. Last few things : 1. Please note that there is a 1.5hour wait time. 2. There is a dj. 3. There is outside covered seating available, overlooking part of the upcoming surrounding shopping center and parking lot. 4. An 18% gratuity is entered for orders over $150.

It's a clean and quiet space in a busy neighborhood with plenty of street parking available. It's very modern with conference rooms and plenty of outlets for convenience (and with a separate nook for card holders). As soon as I walked in Joni gave me a very thorough rundown as well as a latte on the house for it being my first time! I thought that was a great gesture. It was fairly empty for late afternoon (2/3p) so I hung out for a few hours and then another ambassador named Mike was gracious enough to bless me with another latte on the house. Everyone was so welcoming and went above and beyond imo when it came to checking on customers. Now the lattes - the first was the iced Honey Lavender Latte. Perfect! I'm not a coffee drinker at all so I ordered this based off of my love of chai lattes. It was a little strong, but not overpowering with some sweetness to it. I got a hot Chai latte later on since the a/c was on full blast - the chai was also a little overpowering - almost too spicy tasting. If they even this out with the milk it'd be perfect. After 2 unexpected comp'd drinks and an inviting atmosphere, I can say this is a great place to hang out and get some work done. I'll return for one of their events and see if the vibe is different but for now, it's added to the list!

So I took it upon myself to stop by & get some cookies for myself and my parents before I departed for IL a few weeks ago. The ever so popular cookie flavor there is the prized Snickerdoodle cookies. So, of course, I took it upon myself to order a few. I ordered about 8 cookies for $5 or $10 (apparently, they do not allow ordering by the half dozen nor dozen, but by the eights. Such as 8, 16, etc ). I was a bit judgy & hesitant because the cookies were almost razor thin, and I was used to thicker, regular sized cookies. But as soon as I took a bite, I was shook haha they were so moist, soft, and delightful. Crunchy exterior but the right amount of crunch that it doesn't take away from the softness/moisture. The right amount of sugar and cinnamon. I think what makes this different from other Snickerdoodle cookies is perhaps the thinness and (I THINK, I could be wrong) the possible shortening base. They were so good, I decided not to be selfish and go back in to order my parents some to try I will say since it's been a while since I've been to Iverson Cookies, I got a bit lost because I could not find an entrance point (I'll be honest: I forgot haha ). The entrance point is between Mama Lucia and Chipotle. If you have bad eye vision like me, you'll have to walk up closer to notice. On Yelp and the physical establishment, it's listed as "The Great Cookie." On Google Maps, it's listed as Iverson Cookies. There's plenty of parking. The best way to get there is to drive or Uber. I am unsure if one can Metro there.
