If I could give zero stars I would. Service has gone completely into the trash the food they are putting out is undercooked and Grosss this morning 2/26/26 I ordered a large frozen caramel crème and a sausage wake-up wrap. The drink tasted of spoiled dairy and death. Absolutely zero caramel. They forgot the whipped topping. Then my wrap I opened it and there's black sticky substance on the outside of the wrap. I had my roommate return both the drink and the wrap they remade both. Got it back the drink is even worse than the first one and the wrap has turkey sausage instead of sausage. I've had mutable issues with this location over the last 10 years I've lived here. It's never consistent foo and drinks always suck. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Service is great .. Tonya is a great manager and definitely has a great crew and all try to work hard and do their best .. Some Monday mornings people I've seen come in very rude cause their coffee might be a bit wrong but Noone is perfect its an under paying job to have to not make mistakes we're human right? Zero consistency in drinks, they are either wayyy too sweet, or have no sweetness at all. Annoying

This is not my first poor experience at this DD, but it is by far the worst. My granddaughter and I waited at least 10 minutes for service. The dark haired girl complained all the time we were there and never once acknowledged us as she was throwing donuts into a box. When we were finally waited on, a young man asked what we wanted. I started our order of bagels, donuts, coffee...he then said it's donuts only because there are only 2 of us here. I came here because my kitchen is being done over, it's a 6 mile drive, but had to go to Skowhegan, which is another 6 miles to get what we wanted. This woman should find a new job, preferably one not in customer service. I didn't even want to give one star!!!! read more

So, this location is on the way to Skowhegan from Pittsfield/Palmyra/Newport area. They are VERY slow at serving customers, but usually get the order correct. Not much more that I can say about it. Not sure if it's because they don't have many people on at the same time or if it's just because those that are on are just that slow. read more

I came through this Dunkin' to grab a few drinks and breakfast items before visiting family. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely unpleasant. We waited at the window for several minutes before anyone bothered to get off of their phone and assist us. No gloves were worn while preparing the food items, and two of the items were incorrect. Our drinks were all incorrect. We ordered two medium Peach Passionfruit refreshers, and instead received two small Strawberry Dragonfruit refreshers. The matcha latte did not have the cold foam that was orded, and was made with the wrong type of milk. Save your money and your time and go to another Dunkin'. read more

I have frequented this Dunkin for 4 years. It has steadily declined in service. This morning I was the only one in the drive thru and waited at the window for 10 minutes for one medium hot coffee. When the heavier set guy got to the window I asked for the law enforcement and veterans discount as I have for 4 years all the way up to yesterday. He ignored me and when I asked about it again after he charged me he very rudely said well I dont know who gave it to you we dont give any discounts and shouldnt have ever gotten any. With alot of sas and attitude inflected in his voice. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I will no longer go to any dunkin owned by this group. read more

I went into this Dunkin Donuts on my way to work on February 11, 2020 at 6:10 am. I ordered 100 munchkins variety (It was 100 day in school and I was bringing them in for the kiddos) mind you, there was no one else in there ordering, nor was anybody in drive thru at that particular time. When I placed my order, the girl rolled her eyes, gabbed a muchkin box, opened it and slammed it down! As she did this, someone pulled up to the drive though, she rudely spoke into the mike and said, "I'll be with you hopefully sometime here!" She then proceeded to start counting the munchkins. She filled one box, slammed it on the counter and rudely said to me, "I need to take this order! You'll have to wait!" And stormed off. There was another employee working as well, why couldn't he take the order, or be at the front counter? She took the order, came back, hurriedly counted out the rest of my munchkins, slammed them down on the counter and rang me up. As she rang me up, the other employee comes over and asks what was the order, she sarcastically says, "read the screen." If I didn't want the donuts for the children at school, I would have told her exactly where she could put those munchkins after she counted them out! This is not the first time that I've been treated rudely and with disrespect but it is the first time that I've written a review. This business is going downhill. What happened to customer service, with a smile and good attitude. I've worked in a store before and would have been fired showing attitude like this! Tanner was extremely rude . Throwing the bag with the donut on the counter . Just because he forgot about it. I kindly said do I need to wait here for the donut or up at the register ... instead of saying I'm sorry I'll go grab that ...ughhh! Waited 12 mins in line to order then another 10 mins to get our order . There was 1 person in front of me and someone else was running the drive thru. The coffee tasted burned . Came into this Dunkin' Donuts to get a small breakfast. While waiting in line, the two workers seemed to be laughing and smiling with the customer in front of me. After the customer received their order, I stepped up to the counter and was ignored for at least a minute before one employee stepped up to the cash register and silently stared at me impatiently. I waited for a minute to see if he was going to ask me what I wanted or finish a task that would prevent him from serving me, but he said nothing. I ordered what I wanted, and he said nothing while inputting my order. He asked me to repeat my order, so I did. The other employee stepped near the register to ask me what I wanted my food on in a mumbling and sharp tone. I asked her to repeat herself, and she repeated it in a more irritated way. I answered, friendly, and eventually received my food with no "Thank you," or "Have a nice day". Food was fine, employees were not. read more
