Today I'm going to you a story about the worst dunkin's experience I have ever had. Arrived here on a way to friend's house, came in with a friend and we were 3rd in line. There is also a drive-thru window that is separate from this. The line is moving really slow because there is only 1 employee working (NiNi?), she is working hard but the two people in front of us ordered multiple coffees and food so she is busy doing all of that. Meanwhile, there is a loud laughing that initially we thought it was coming from the drive thru window and it keeps happening along with a sort of singing/chanting to a song or something. We finally get our order taken, 3 coffees, and we move to the waiting area, we wait, and wait, and wait, it has been 12 minutes at this point. The woman in front of us is still waiting and we are behind her at the pick-up area. She turns to me and tells me this is the worst dunkins she has ever been to, I tell her I have never had an experience this slow. The front door now has 8 people waiting in line (see photos), and there is still only the same person working. The lady in front of me gets her food and coffees and leaves, it has been around 20 minutes at this point, we were going to ask for a refund but the 1 worker is so busy it might take longer to do that. Keep in mind she is doing drive-thru also. As I wait for our coffee I look up and notice I can see the break room, and there are 3 employees sitting there on their phones, they are also the ones who have been singing and joking the entire time. I tell my friend to look, so then I take my phone out and take a photo of the break room with all three employees sitting on their phones and then I take the photo of the 8 people waiting in line at the front, not to mention the drive-thru. I start talking to my friend again, I look up and the girl from the photo in the breakroom who was facing out is staring at me, so I thought maybe she was going to help the only other employee, but she keep standing there and she is aggressively and directly staring at me, so I asked her "Can I Help you?" She responds, "Did you take a photo?" and I said "Yes", she goes, you can't take our photo, and I told her "well I did" she respond, "You can't" and I said "Well I took several" She then proceeds to walk back to the break room and very loudly goes "Some fool out there is taking our photo" and then continues to complain about me. All I could think was "Are you kidding me?!" She not only acted aggressively towards me by staring me down like she was going to fight me, she then called me names and complained about me loudly to all the other employees in the back. The girl is who working, finally brings the coffees and I asked her why the other employees were not helping out and she rolled her eyes in a "I don't' know why they are not helping me" I felt bad for her doing all the work. She asked if I wanted the manager and I said no and told her to have a great day. read more

This dunkin by far is the worse and I really don't know why I keep going back!!! I stop on my way on to the highway. I usually don't stop when I see their drive thru is busy because I understand they get overwhelmed and I just don't want to be one of those people. I've worked at plenty of dunks and it's really not hard to listen and if you don't know then ask again, a customer would prefer you to ask 16 times to get it right instead of getting it wrong 4 times. I went to the window today I could tell my coffee was wrong before they even passed it out to me so I told her that's not right could you re make it and she did. I paid and left because I wasn't going to ask her to remake it again I get to the light and had to turn around and go inside because now I don't even know what she made me it tastes like water.. I go inside ask the girl to remake it again and AGAIN ITS WRONG !!! SMALL ICED FRENCH VANILLA THIS IS THE PART I LOVE BECAUSE I EXPLAIN IT ALL OUT EXTRA CREAM EXTRA SUGAR WITH A HALF PUMP OF CARAMEL SWIRL !! Some one please explain to me why my coffee is pumpkin ??????? And the best part is they repeat it back the correct way !!!! Like who is training these people !! they are all rude !!! Bunch of clowns running this joint. Do yourself a favor by going to another Dunk's. The two stooges at the counter were so uncoordinated that when one put a cup on the counter, the other one knocked it onto the ground. I'm sure if I hadn't been standing there watching, they wouldn't have even bothered to give me a new cup. Next, Stooge 1 begins taking another order before remembering to close mine, and after asking if we're paying together (we weren't), she looks at me expecting to insert my card as if I hadn't just paid. When the coffee was served, it was the wrong size, and when I pointed it out, I was curtly asked for my receipt without so much as a "sorry about that." Even after proving it, there was no sorry, because of course they didn't care. So Stooge 2 comes back having actually followed the order this time, and what do you know? The coffee tastes like it's been sitting around all day. I don't know what happened to the 18 minute policy, but it existed for precisely that reason. read more

There are not enough words to explain how terrible this service is. People are on their phones texting, other people seem to just not care. I even got charged the wrong amount once and instead of voiding the order the person looks at me and says well your going to have to pay the amount I charged you because I cant void it. I visit this Dunkin Donuts daily, it's on my way to work. This morning I ordered breakfast via the DD app and realized that they gave me something completely different and of lesser value than what I had order. I kept the food with me, I did not eat it and I did not throw away. I stopped by after work and explained to the cashier what happened and asked if I could get a refund. The cashier was super friendly and apologetic but explained to me that he could not give me a refund because there was no manager on duty but he could correct my order for me, ok cool no problem! He went to explain to the person who was preparing the food what the issue was and she IMMEDIATELY became upset. She said out loud to him that she doesn't understand why I'm coming in now when I had ordered earlier and that they close in 3 hours. She said this repeatedly to him and got louder and louder. I butted in because the cashier simply wanted my food to be made and she was giving him a hard time. I asked if she was the supervisor and she said with an attitude "it doesn't matter..." I explained to her that she didn't have to make my food and that she could just refund me. There was another male employee watching and laughing. He came over to me and told me that she'll make my food. I explained to him that I didn't want her to make my food because of how she was behaving. He then said with an attitude "so then you can leave and come back some other time". I asked what her name was and he said he's not telling me, I asked for his name and he said it doesn't matter... (they seemed to be buddies) The female employee who was preparing the food became extremely hostile and irate. She called me a "b***h" in front of other customers. She was on FaceTime while preparing the food and began to point the camera at me and was swearing. Like I said, I go to the DD daily but after today, I'll no longer go. The cashier was extremely nice, but the female employee was extremely hostile and unprofessional and the other male employee who came over to talk to me escalated the situation when the cashier was already handling it. read more

I am a huge fan of dunkin donut's and frequent at it since i am a college student who needs caffeine to survive. Yet, this dunkin donuts is rude, unorganized and a horrible experience. I purposely drive ten minutes out of my way to go to a different dunkin donuts because i know if i go to this dunkin their aggressive attitudes will ruin my day. The speaker behind the drive through performs slowly and will ask you multiple times how can i help you, just to ask you to wait. They are unhelpful and very disrespectful when they speak to customers. I would suggest not stopping here even if you are in dire need of coffee. They constantly mess up orders and refuse to fix their mistakes. I am not usually a yelper but from my many terrible experience here, I had to worn others. Worst Dunkin ever. Rude staff. I ordered a dark roast iced coffee they filled it to the top with ice which is not the norm. The dark roast tasted like burned poison. I get dark roast every day at my usual Dunkin. This tasted off. I told them and they told me I must have never had dark roast before and that it was stronger. Ridiculous. I exchanged my order for a regular iced coffee which again tasted like burned coffee. I accepted it and left.
