Debbie is an asshole and that's keeping it PG. I ordered a mixed dozen but with exceptions-- no sour cream donuts, 2 Bavarian, 2 sweet cream filled... and no more than 1 jelly donut. ( particular, I know-- but if you have kids you understand picky eaters). She recited the order back to me perfectly, with the additional coffees I ordered as well... I get home, she gave me ONLY JELLY DONUTS, sour cream donuts, zero Bavarian, zero cream filled... and I now understand the condescending fake nice hand off at the window.... Sounds silly to be worked up over donuts but we are vacationing in Cape Coral and have bought donuts every morning since being here... however debbie went out of her way to ensure I was unhappy (more importantly my kids/family)-- which is a little ridiculous. They didn't put any raspberry or mocha in the iced coffee my wife asked me to order and they also didn't make mine decaf as instructed. I can't have caffeine as it affects my heart condition and they could've seriously injured or caused me more issues. I will never recommend or use this place again. My favorite thing about Dunkins is the consistency across stores. No matter where I go I will always get a drink that tastes like mop water. There genuinely has to be some health codes that are being broken. Was once served a refresher drink that was muddy because it had leftover coffee in it. This is the WORST DD. every time I go there we have an issue. We ordered a dozen donuts asking for half Boston creme. They gave us 1. The next time we asked for just 6 Boston creme which they gave us. There was barely any creme filling in them, one section that was off to the side had a tiny bit of filling about the size of a marble. Then we tried again, ordered a frozen coffee and when we got it, it was not frozen at all. The last straw was today when we ordered a hot coffee and it was not even drinkable. I know this place is fairly new but it's been a while, time to start getting up to DD standards! I guess we will give it a few month and try again. read more

Great drive-thru service. Friendly, fast, and when they do get backed up they often compliment with extra donut or two... why are negative reviews still at top from over a year ago? Because people love to complain. Local Teenagers learn their first on the job responsibilities here, be kind folks. It's Dunkin coffee!!! Gotta have it! Used Drive Thru today at my family's insistence as I am a walk up customer always. Seemed very simple log in place order then go get order. So I waited in line 8 cars for my time at the window. Clerk greeted me with my (2) iced coffees and said "Have a nice day" wait! Where's my food? She replied I don't see any order for food. I show here my phone receipt for (8) assorted doughnuts, (1) sandwich, (1) bag of bacon, (1) bagel. Please wait window closes. She returns we don't have (4) of the doughnuts we ordered can I substitute these (Mind you this is Saturday morning at 10:30 am and they are out of (4) varieties) So yes you can I replied. She comes back with doughnuts and asks me to pull forward and wait as sandwich and bagel are not made after 40 minutes since I placed my order online. So I pull forward and wait for my remains items to come out. Another person brings out the balance of my order and says "I'm sorry for the mixup" I am thinking I'm sorry for wasting my time coming to Dunkin. But hey it's not over I get home and open Bag of Bacon wow was that horrible, then the toasted everything bagel was everything but an everything bagel and was hard as a rock. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered via mobile order a frozen coffee with caramel and hazelnut, a frozen hot chocolate, and a dozen of donuts. After i placed the order, the app said to go inside and go to the pick up area. I went inside and stood at the pick up counter for several minutes with no one acknowledging me. Finally i sit down at a nearby table to wait. An employee tried to dump ice into a dispenser, but neglects to take the lid of the machine and ice flies everywhere. Another woman walks in and grabs a few of her items and stands there and they start asking her about her donuts. She says she didn't order any. They asked her "Are you Kimberly?" and she says no, 3 times i spoke up loudly saying "i'm Kimberly" and raising my hand. No one responded. I went to the order counter and they asked if i ordered. I said i did via mobile and gave them my name a 4th time. She said "oh you had the donuts, which donuts do you want" i told her, don't you have my receipt, and the other girl told her "it doesn't matter, just have her pick donuts!" i went to pick the same donuts i paid for on the app, and most of them were not in stock, so i had to substitute almost all of them. Then i sat down again waiting for the frozen coffee and it finally was ready after another long wait. My husband and I both tried it and it was completely disgusting. There was no caramel and it was very bitter. Finally after sitting longer, an employee asked me "what else was in your order?" and i told her my frozen chocolate. It was ridiculous that i had to give them my order several times. this is the DD closest to my home, but i rather drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to avoid going to this one ever again! read more

We visit Cape Coral 4-6 Times a year. Dunkin' Donuts is literally 2 blocks from our house. I've been here multiple times and the service is terrible. When I was going through the drive through in November they forgot to give me an item. When I came back through a staff member yelled at the person working and he blamed me saying I left without my stuff. Very unprofessional. When I came through today the lady huffed and puffed because my card wasn't working. I forgot to call my card company to tell them I was in florida. I voluntarily pulled toward while I was calling. The manager brought my food and my daughter said she turned around and gave me a dirty look. I actually feel bad for people that are this miserable. It's a sad world. Someone needs to come into this location and fire everyone and hire all new employees that are friendly kind and customer focused! read more

This Dunkin' has had its share of problems. I thought they had straightened things out, but not so. We had a problem using a free drink offer on our phone due to error by cashier. My husband never complains about things but felt since it was an error by the cashier that he would ask the manager to correct the error. She told him too bad... and walked away!
