Stopped here for a bite to eat and some coffee on a busy Saturday. I had the lettuce boat which is either chicken salad or tuna salad on two romaine lettuce leaf's. They tasted great and are very healthy and filling. we had some confusion about whether they bring the food to you or you have to pick it up so i just hovered around the pick up table which is the same place people bring their used dishes., so my food is being place next to used dishes. It was a nice experience and maybe if you are a regular you get used to the flow. The food was great and would come back just for that. read more

I stopped by here last Wednesday with my family for our morning coffees. We had found Penny's Coffee Bar on Yelp and we're impressed with its rating. The shop itself is located in a strip mall and the inside isn't very large. It does have seating for about 25 people and a small merchandise area as well. Their menu is chalkboard based and they have a bunch of fun stickers and coasters with sayings on them. For my coffee on this morning I went with a vanilla lavender latte while my wife went with a cinnamon roll cold brew, both Penny's favorites. Then I also decided to get two Asiago bagels, one with cream cheese and one without, since I had read about them in another review. My coffee here ended up being pretty good as the lavender and vanilla flavor really shone through without being overpowering. I could also taste the coffee in the background which was nice and rich. The bagels from here were also good and I think that I saw another review mention that they were from the stuffed bagel. I loved that they only cost 2.15 and that both of my kids couldn't get enough of them. My wife also enjoyed her coffee here and said it was really good. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. I thought that the shop itself here was fun and that the coffee and bagels were good as well. read more

While out for a drive to a random location, I decided to search for a coffee shop. This location had one of the highest ratings I have seen ever on Yelp or Google for that matter so I knew I had to stop in. This location is not very large, but it was very clean on the inside, and the staff was absolutely extremely helpful pleasant and very kind. The coffee that I got was absolutely delicious and a 10 out of 10 now for the special waffle omelette. I will have to say I've got to figure out how to make this. It was a waffle with potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and I believe bacon it was absolutely delicious and 1/4 of an a waffle Literally was enough to fill me up for breakfast. I have to learn how to make this this alone made it worth the trip, but the coffee was extremely good as well. We were going to grab some lunch but after eating this, I had no room for lunch that's how filling it was how tasty it was if I could give this a 20 out of 10 I would highly recommend, if you've never been here find it stop in and give it a try. The owner states that they make something different every morning so you may not be able to get this, but according to her it was on Mondays as of right now. read more

The protein balls are good , muffins are fine. you can get the same coffee anywhere. The biggest issue is the two people behind the counter, one gentleman and younger girl or anything but friendly if you ask a question, he looks at you like you're an idiot and treats you as such. Nicer lady with short hair, saying hi and bye to people. They should take notes from her and be more friendly. No reason to come here to be treated anyway but pleasant ! read more

Penny's Coffee Bar is a medium sized store front with some low top and high top tables inside and a few tables outside. How can you not want to sit outside with the beautiful southwest Florida weather? This is a cute spot with some board games, some snacks, a free wifi and some merch. I think the only room for improvement might be to add more power at the tables, but it's a stretch and I'm truly nitpicking. There is a cooler with juices and sodas, but they also have fresh bagels from Stuff-A-Bagel (I was here for the delivery) and ground/bean coffee for sale. I took my usual cortado today and Elena made it very well. A little different from my usual but the coffee was delicious and super hot. What an adorable little coffee place hidden away on SE 47th Terrace in the Market Square. I found it on Yelp of course! I had my usual cappuccino which was delicious, frothy and made the way I like it, with very little milk. Dave had a mango smoothie which was very tasty and refreshing. First time here, we usually go to Perk & Brew & wanted to try this place. The coffee drinks are great, I got a caramel macchiato, we split avocado toast & PB & bananas toast. Everything else they carry there as far as food goes is brought in, not made there, so if you want actual breakfast you may want to go somewhere else. I've been going to Penny's Coffee Bar since the new owners took over last Spring and have yet to be disappointed. The breakfast burritos are outstanding and their fresh coffee is far better than Starbucks. As for lunch well, no one has them beat. You can get a sandwich and your choice of chips for less than 8 bucks. My favorite is chicken salad on a croissant, however they offer tuna salad and grilled cheese as well. The other day I wanted to try something new so I ordered the grilled peanut butter and banana on whole wheat. Move over Elvis, this is the bomb! However, I couldn't find the wifi password, and they seemed busy so I didn't want to ask. They also didn't have many plugs available.
