I got a stinger, just a normal drink, and It was terrible. It tasted like old tap water mixed with cheap juice. I've gotten one from there before and it was good, so I went around again to have it remade. I was super nice about it and the girls working there were extremely rude, they basically threw the drink at me, and made a disgusted face when they handed me my drink. And it was even worse, and it wasn't even filled to the top. Not an ounce of carbonation either. Will not be going back here. read more

I really enjoy Urban Buzz. I wouldn't call myself a coffee snob, but I am particular and I own that. Once you've had really good coffee, it's hard to go back. I brew my own at home daily, but when I run out of beans or want to switch things up, Urban Buzz is one of my go-tos. I've visited this location a few times and always appreciate the energy and experience. I haven't quite found the drink that keeps me coming back on autopilot, but the menu is massive, so I'm confident it's just a matter of time. It's a drive-thru setup, and somehow I always forget what I want until I'm in line. Luckily, they've got a solid system with two lanes and friendly folks taking orders with tablets. By the time you get to the window, you hear beans grinding, music bumping, and staff who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. And really, who isn't happy when they're about to get coffee? All in all, great vibes, friendly service, and lots of options. I'll update this review when I find my drink, but until then, I'll keep trying new ones. read more

The place was absolutely booming on a Sunday morning great staff super friendly and we really appreciate that they tended to the lines outside. The only piece of feedback that made my experience a three out of four is that the coffee was overly sweet and the girl who took our order didn't really seem to have much knowledge around the sweetness levels. I love this little place! The staff is so friendly and the drinks are amazing! I asked for a recommendation since it was my first visit. The gal taking the order was so helpful and provided several options based on my preferences. I ended up with the Perky Penguin, a peach, lavender lemonade energy drink. First, it's so pretty and pink. Second, the flavor was great! It wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciate. It was the perfect refreshing drink on a warm day. I also tried the Chuck Norris bar. It's a dense chocolate and peanut butter protein bar. It was full of peanut butter flavor and the perfect amount of chocolate drizzle. It's a great snack in between meals. I was recently in Cape Coral with family over Thanksgiving and stopped here twice!! I will be the first to admit I love Starbucks, but when you come across a local coffee shop you have to go give it a try. Their location is drive thru or you can park and walk up to a window. They have an AWESOME menu with sooo many options, and not just coffee! While I was there I tried their coffee drinks and one of their tea drinks. I love how easy it is to customize flavors for any of their menu items as well. The staff were so friendly when there was a slight mix up with one of our orders. They apologized and said they were happy to remake it for me! It is such a cute coffee spot and I definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area!! read more

I have been wanting to try Urban Buzz for quite some time and I am glad we finally did! We grabbed a Trinity Mocha and a kids strawberry banana smoothie. They were both really refreshing and would highly recommend. There's so many other options that looked just as amazing. I'll have to try the Italian soda next time or the Sea Skipper! I stopped by here a couple of days ago with my family for our morning coffees. We had driven past Urban Buzz coffee a number of times during our vacation and this was the day we were able to stop. This coffee shop is a drive through location and so there is not too much to say about it. They had a person taking orders and payments while you were in line so the window was just to pick up coffee. I saw 6 people working the inside of the shop and that combined with the worker outside meant that the line moved quick. The menu itself here was massive (the worker directed me to their website) and after being somewhat overwhelmed I ordered a coconut latte. After we drove up to the window we barely waited a minute before our coffees were ready and handed to us. After giving my coffee a bit of time to cool down I was able to try it and thought that it was pretty good. The coconut flavor to it tasted real instead of the fake stuff that you get sometimes which was nice. Then the coffee flavor was subtle in the background and while I wish it had been more prominent, no real complaints from me. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I imagine that if I took the time to look over their menu that I would find a few more drinks I would like to try and I loved how quick and efficient they were. read more

However there are a few tables you can sit and enjoy your coffee /iced coffee. Someone comes right to your car to both take your order and take payment. 3 things about this place: 1. Trying different coffee/tea places in Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area and found this gem. Friendliest staff and fast service that is honestly better than most franchise. The line for the drive thru was long where the staff came out and took the orders so when it was time to pick up the drinks, the line would move faster. 2. Nitro Cold Brew, The Oasis, and Mango smoothie were ordered. All 3 drinks came out within 5 minutes and the girl that took the orders was super friendly where she had a conversation while waiting to hand the drinks over. 3. Some coffee places can be bland or too strong, but this spot had the perfect amount. Mango smoothie was amazing and tasted great. Overall, I believe I found my favorite coffee spot and I can't believe I just found about this place. Want to give this place more than 5 stars and definitely give this place a try! A quick search of Yelp when visiting Cape Coral led me to Urban Buzz Coffee for my early day caffeine fix. I was expecting a nice and cozy sit-down coffee spot, but it turned out to be a window take away and drive through place. The menu is impressive, with lots of creative drink options. Since the drive through line was long, a friendly girl came around taking orders on a tablet, except that left me having to order without really looking at the menu, but she was really friendly in walking me through what was on offer verbally. I somehow landed on ordering a half sweet vanilla white chocolate hazelnut iced drink. The drink was decent and plenty sweet enough, so I can't imagine how sugar loaded the drink would have been if I hadn't opted for their "half sweet" option. I was hoping to enjoy my drink at one of the few outdoor tables out front, but a bunch of mosquitoes were circling around, so wound up taking the drink to go. I wouldn't mind returning to Urban Buzz in the future if I find myself in Cape Coral again wanting a caffeinated beverage. read more

Since they opened, Urban Buzz has been a go-to for us. It's not the place to go for a simple cup of black coffee, but the products and services they provide are always top notch. Their employees seem like they legitimately enjoy working there and they truly care about the customers. On this day I (JH) got my personal favorite drink, the iced White Tiger. As usual, it was delicious. Don't be afraid to try something new or ask if they can make it sugar-free. Every time I've been hesitant to try a new drink they've always assured me if I don't like it, they'll replace it with something else. I wish more places had customer service like Urban Buzz. Far too often, employees make customers feel like they're a nuisance or a bother. In my many, MANY trips to Urban Buzz, I've never once felt that way. I (JD) love Urban Buzz. It's not close to my house (probably a good thing) so it's always a treat when I go. I typically get the OG because it's perfect, but I went with a Sting'r this time. This is one of their plant-based energy drinks and they're really tasty. I had the Pink Hawaiian and it was so good. They're sweet, but not too sweet, and they're so refreshing! So, so refreshing! This is a cool little coffee shop in Cape Coral, FL. It is strictly drive thru or walk up. There is no indoor shop. Went here twice within our week long vacation in the cape. The first time I ordered a large white mocha cold brew & honestly it wasn't very good. I couldn't taste the white mocha flavor at all. This coffee shop was right next to my air bnb so I had to try it. They have a ton of really cool flavors and the drive through line was very long, so I had high hopes. I got the cookie nut flavor which sounded cool, however when I got the drink it tasted completely milk and I couldn't taste the coffee unfortunately. My sister got the wallaby flavor and hers had no sweetness in it whatsoever. It was just really confusing because they don't specify the sweetness or anything like that. They had energy drinks too which was unique. I just wish the coffee tasted better! read more

They have a lot of specialty drinks that are on the more sugary sweet side (which is not my cup of tea). I got my usual iced oat milk latte with two pumps of salted caramel syrup. we stopped by twice while we were in the area. After three years in Cape Coral, I'm moving north. Without a shadow of a doubt, the thing I'll miss most is Urban Buzz. Why? It's the coffee. It's the lotuses. It's the kid's drinks. But most of all, it's the experience. I don't know how Alex (the illustrious owner and head buzzista) does it, but he has established an incredible team in a very short period of time. Every single employee I've encountered is kind, courteous, and friendly... in a day, time, and place that could use way more of all three. The team is upbeat, and quickly manages to remember you by name. They celebrate your joys and add their own comforting words on the bad days. I have nothing but admiration for them all. Now, about their coffee! After all, that's probably why you're reading this. If you've had Dutch Bros on the West Coast, then Urban Buzz will be a familiar experience for you. Their espresso-based drinks are delicious and creative. If you prefer lightly sweetened drinks you'll want to ask them to go light on the flavors, as their drinks run sweet. But as for the espresso itself, it's perfectly roasted and accompanies every flavor well. Once you've gotten into an Urban Buzz habit, the next time you're forced into visiting Starbucks, your coffee there will taste infinitely more bitter. My coffee recommendations: the "Jelly Donut", the "Buzzed Bee," and the "Trinity." I especially love to order my drinks as Breves. Urban Buzz also has lots of non-coffee options. Notably, the Lotus Energy Drinks - natural caffeination sourced from coffee beans. Try the "Perky Penguin"! And I'd be remiss if I failed to mention the kids' drinks too. Hot cocoas, smoothies, milkshakes, and more. Last fall, my four year old insisted on a pumpkin milkshake as a special order, and it ended up in the specials menu for November.
