I've been to this location a few times and they were ok, however my experience today was terrible. When I came in, they were quick to come to the register and take my order. I asked for a half dozen of Boston Kreme donuts and the lady misheard me and said I wanted 2 half dozens so there weren't enough of the donut I wanted. Confused, I clarified and she insisted I told her 2. It's a minor issue but I didn't like her tone when she so confidently said I said 2. She was kind of rude. I was already displeased with the service, then I saw my donuts. I noticed that Dunkin has made the donuts smaller recently, but it was the donuts themselves that raised an eyebrow for me. The chocolate glaze was thicker than usual and matte. The dough was dense and slightly tough. The cream inside was almost translucent too. Not sure if it's an off day, but I will not be returning. I will mention that this location is convenient in having a drive thru though. Maybe just stick to the drinks. read more

I think this Dunkin Donuts is the only one that sells the any size freshly brewed Iced Tea, it taste just like my momma's. I'm so glad they offer this as I drive by at least 3 other locations just to stop for the tea. They are also so nice to me, familiar with my order and tells me to drive right up. I feel really good driving to this location. Plenty of parking if you want to go inside. Service is great! read more

I ordered Sweet Black Pepper Breakfast Sandwich which clearly describes what it contains: fried egg, white cheddar, croissant and toasted. Unfortunately when I went to pick up the order, I learned that Sweet Black Pepper is bacon. What a horrible way to cheat your customers! Some people might not know that Sweet Black Pepper is considered as bacon, and I'm one of them while #DunkinDonuts is playing with people's religious beliefs. That's awful! I need my refund back because I returned that bacon sandwich back to the staff. Only greedy pigs would like to have pig in everything. I think I am the Dunkin Bandit, I mean for some reason folk now know to just let me know whenever there is a new location,and proceed to provide me with coupons for FREE beverages and discounted food. I mean awesome, right? Right. So this location is the same shopping center where the LA Fitness used to be on Rte 40. It kinda chills right on the corner. Can't say that you can really see this joker from the road, as it kind of sits back. The good 'ol DD has updated the interior of most of their new stores, this one is on the quaint side. If an employee makes a mistake I should be able to get a refund weather the manager is there are not. I would have to go all the way back another day just to get a refund. Never again.... walk in to purchase a few donuts and coffee. Before i get to the counter I throw away an empty...plastic water gallon with an old DD bag from earlier..... Manager tells me to not throw away my trash bc it's to big; mind you I'm about to be a repeat...customer customer. After informing her of stupidity I turn around and leave. She then ask me to take my trash out of the trash. I take my gallon out and tell her that I have spent x amount of money and to challenge me on plastic bottle shows her lack of "business" and straight out dumbness. So, I have been debating for a few days whether or not I wanted to post this because it's just as much degrading as it is appalling. My boss had sent me to grab some coffees and we chose Dunkin because it was close. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered as normal, the lady there was very sweet. When I got to the window we exchanged smiles and glances, but she never opened the window. A young man, tall, tan, handsome, with a beard came to the window and he opens it and says "She told me to come over because she said you were beautiful" I was flattered and took the compliment. I paid, then a few moments passed and the young lady and the man were engaging in banter- keep in mind she does not know that he told me what she said, so she is carrying this conversation with him, not knowing that I know what they're talking about. She looks at him and goes "right?" And then looks at me, he goes "no, just no." Then continued to talk crap about me in a different language whilst glancing over at me periodically. So, beyond the coffee, beyond customer service, beyond it all- I expect to be treated with respect and dignity no matter where I go and has a HUMAN this was probably one of the worst experiences I ever had, and not even because of the coffee. read more

My week of dunkin donuts: Monday - I asked for a black cup of coffee. I received a watered down cup of coffee that I could see through. The coffee maker at this location apparently pours too much water Tuesday - A repeat of Monday Wednesday - A repeat of Monday and Tuesday Thursday - I asked for a medium cup of black coffee, no cream, no sugar. What I got was a medium cup of milk. My wake up breakfast sandwiches were on stale, hard bread. I will not be going back on Friday. Coffee is horrible! The service is horrible, the employees lack customer service skills. The lack of care in handling other people's food is bad. There seems to be a lot of young adults working there that lack personable skills because they keep a nasty attitude if you ask for anything extra such as a napkin. There seems to be a language barrier because they don't listen to what you want or don't want in your drinks. My advice is go to another location. read more

Great and consistent coffee. Sometimes the people at the window don't listen carefully and you end up with the wrong flavor in your coffee, but that's rare. And once my cappuccino was a bit cold but this is usually my go to DD. The macchiatos are made correctly with the right amount of espresso, unlike some other locations. People are friendly and they will happily replace your order if incorrect in any way. read more

Normally I'm a fan on DD, but they definitely ruined this location for me. Walking in I thought # ita a nice one with a cute lil area in the back.... I asked for a simple iced American with less ice and an egg and cheese on a croissant. Iced Americano was rushed so I was basically crunching on sugar every sip and the croissant wasn't that warm so overall an ok experience. I'm probably better off going across the street to Panera. read more

I always have the best service and quality of food/drinks at this location. Harry the manager exceeds the definition of a good boss that treats his employees with respect and kindness, customers as priority and his store is impeccable. I know someone that works there and they are very pleased and feel welcomed being there. I would recommend this location over all others to patronize or work for. read more
