I went to this Dunkin' to order two medium refreshers and politely corrected my order after realizing the difference between the regular and "Sabrina" versions. She rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, tsk'd at us and made nasty comments out loud that she has to deal with customers "who don't even know what they want." Her tone and attitude were shockingly rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one on duty; just two employees working. The other worker (Deirria) was kind and tried to help, but the rude employee refused to serve us, told us to go somewhere else, and even told her coworker not to help us. This employee should not be working in customer service - her behavior was completely unacceptable and disgusting. Management needs to take this seriously and do something about it. read more

This location is on a busy street in Catonsville, so it was pretty challenging to even make a turn into the parking lot. No fault of DD, however. I stopped in for coffee to perk up for that terrible rush hour beltway traffic. Decent customer service, clean location. The experience overall was fine, with freshly brewed coffee being exactly what was needed to make that grueling ride back east. read more

I hate giving out one star reviews because I always feel like there's at least something good about most places. Unfortunately, there's not much good about this location. They consistently refuse to enable mobile ordering. They often don't even get orders right, and they are always running behind (I've waited over 20 minutes for orders here...). They also change nearly 20% more for breakfast sandwiches here than other nearby locations. There's a handful of friendly staff, however the older cashiers can be very very rude, even when you're just asking for them to correct a mistake that they made. Seriously any of the other Dunkins in the area are worth traveling to. read more

Just stay away. I walk into the establishment not expecting a whole lot -I've been to many Dunkin Donuts from Philadelphia to Baltimore and haven't ran into any big issues. I tell the cashier my order of hot dunkaccino and beyond breakfast sandwich with veggie egg. The cashier lady repeats it back to me. So afterwards I'm casually walking towards the pickup and as I'm headed there; an employee is egging me on to come get my coffee almost if it's get cold me in less than a minute. I honestly can't believe I am writing a review for a DD, but this location is so bad I need to voice it. I moved from Arbutus to Catonsville, my old DD on Maiden Choice road was great, fast service, nice people, no complaints. The DD on Frederick is horrific. I can sometimes put a mobile order in at a non peak time and arrive 15 minutes later and it is not ready and I have to ask for it. It is useless to go here on a weekend when it is busy, a 25 minute wait a long line of people, 10 people waiting for their order all looking like they made a big mistake. I will continue to go back because I love their ice coffee, but please someone, get it together over there, it can be better, I have never seen a DD so poorly run. read more

Customer service is an issue. The staff shout at each other and bark at the customer. No greeting, just "what do you want?" Wait for the simplest of orders. We walked in to a overly wet floor from a recent mop job. Walked up to the counter tried to order a simple 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 ice coffees. Who would of known that was a task in it self ... couldn't under stand what I was saying. Well they Messed up the food order and I had to send the ice coffee back 3 times to get the right one. One was 95% cream no coffee no ice. she poured half Out and put more ingredients in then handed it back with a cup of ice because it didn't have any ice. I haven't ordered a drink from Dunkin donuts before, so I ordered a coollatta, and the person tending to me asked if it was a regular coollatta. I thought a regular coollatta was a blend of strawberry, orange juice, and vanilla bean, and wasn't given clarification that it would be a coffee coollatta.... I tried it initially because I thought it was just a weird color, but after tasting the coffee, I asked them about it. They offered to throw away the coffee one in replacement of a strawberry coollatta, but in a smaller size, even though I only took one drink from the coffee one......so I essentially paid for a bigger size than what I got..... It was a roach running around the countertop. I immediately asked for my money back and the person who served me my food assured me the roach did not touch my food. I came in wanting to burn up a gift card. I ordered a large frozen caramel coffee, a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and an everything bagel with cream cheese. I got a large frozen mocha coffee and the everything bagel with cream cheese. I didn't mind that my order was wrong, I was treating myself, but someone else might mind. Only the coffee seemed to come out on time; the lady doing the food had to be reminded a few times to start on my bagel. There was another customer in the store ordering a sundae and she was having trouble with her order as well and ended up canceling her order and leaving. Food/drink is good but the employees should work on communication and customer service. The staff speak very quickly and quietly and I think this might have contributed to the confusion of my order. read more

I would have given this 0 stars but it would not allow me.This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. This is the second time I placed an order the night before for bagels for my company so that they would ready upon pick-up. I arrived and they looked at me like I was crazy. They finally found my order but since it wasn't filled they ran out of the bagels we wanted. After going back and forth, them apologizing and saying they could make more I left with the bagels they had but had to run to another shop. This is the SECOND time this has happened. I ended up being 20 minutes late for work.... If you are looking for a great bagel shop, I highly recommend SAM's bagels on Frederick road as they are polite, clean and accommodating. Although I am not a regular Dunkin' Donuts customer, I enjoy an occasional iced coffee and bagel from time to time. When I went yesterday the young lady in the front was very good and attentive, but the staff member in the back preparing the coffee and food was very slow and did not seem to care. I ordered an iced coffee (which was fine) and a bacon,egg,and cheese bagel. I waited for the bagel for a few minutes only to realize that the man had not started making it. I asked if he had made the bagel, he apologized and made it. I guess this place stays in business based on their coffee, because their donuts are mediocre, and that's on a good day. Every time that I go, I tell myself that I'm never going back. I'm just too lazy to drive 30 minutes to Krispy Kreme. But after my trip today, next time I'll try grocery store donuts. I get to many DDs around town. There is a wide range of service quality and even product quality depending on the franchise. This is not one of the better ones. I ordered a coffee with hazelnut syrup & cream and a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese. Before I paid, I noticed that she had rung up the coffee with caramel swirl. I asked if the caramel swirl was hazelnut (I genuinely didn't know if it was a general code for the register); she nodded and finished the transaction. When they called my coffee, it was caramel swirl. It took me about a minute to convince the lady that I did not want caramel swirl, and then longer to politely decline when she asked if she could just mix the caramel coffee with hazelnut syrup. I eventually got what I wanted, but had to be very insistent. When I received the food, the bagel was not toasted and the cream cheese was gritty. I love Dunkin Donuts, and there aren't any in my state, so this was a huge disappointment. read more

I have been visiting this Dunkin Donuts every so often for as long as I can remember. It wasn't until recently that I realized just how subpar this location is. The service is okay, but nothing to write home about. But it is what you would expect from a place whose only expectation is to hand you your morning coffee (almost certainly brewed the day before). The real problem is the consumables. Do not ask for sugar in your coffee, because you will then need to ask for some coffee for your sugar. Get it black, and doctor it yourself, no matter what drink it is. Don't ask for cream... same story there. Don't let them talk you into accepting a drink you didn't order, even if they have a surplus of caramel syrup. In terms of food, their bagels are consistently undertoasted but their breakfast sandwiches are okay for something quick on the go. In the end, you can leave with what you ordered, but probably not what you wanted. read more
