I haven't been to this store for a long time, but I would say there is a much big improvement. They have more variety of donuts during afternoon, although they occasionally run out of donuts on holidays. Ice coffee has become consistently good. Their ice latte mocha is the best!!! read more

I went on Saturday morning. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Asked for it double toasted. Woman said "we do toast them". I said yes but I want it double toasted. A grunt was the reply. Got home and opened the bag and it was a bagel with egg and sausage. Drove back to the store to change it and was greeted with "do you want me to make a new one?" No apology. yay, i only recently discovered dunkin donuts & their regular coffee with cream & sugar---who would've known?! 1.99 for coffee?! this has replaced my $4.00 starbucks for something that isn't as fatty and tastes just as good! and it's two seconds away from my house. the service is wonderful although I do have to say that one time i decided to get a sausage cheese croissant and it was sightl burnt so obviously the breakfast is not necessarily fresh and is frozen and just defrosted/heated in oven quickly. on the other hand, i don't really go there for food anyways, so yay! will be going there routinely =) read more

Didn't try the donuts, but I want to add something to all the negative reviews of the stale donuts; namely the customer service. The staff barely understand English and work incredibly slow. You can't exactly fault them for not being fluent in English, so it wasn't anything I haven't dealt with before. The real problem is Anna. She wasn't wearing a Dunkin Donuts shirt, but she wasn't a manager, so I'm assuming she's the owner of the location. When they got my order wrong, I tried to explain to them what I ordered, but she then got fired up pretty quickly and started yelling at me. I continued to try and explain myself, but she refused to listen to anything I had to say and then told me to "get out", even grabbing the phone and threatening to call the police. I told her to do so, since such awful customer service deserves an arrest. I can understand not being able to understand English. I can deal with slow working staff. But refusing to listen to the customer? Unacceptable. I try to be lenient with workers of the service industry since I know they deal with a lot of ridiculous and unfair customers. But this was just unacceptable. read more

I got an iced coffee with bad milk in it. I went back in and asked for a replacement or a refund and they told me no! Are you kidding me? these people need to learn customer service. They accused me of lying about where I got the coffee. I spoke with the manager and he treated me like a piece of garbage. Don't go to this location. EVER. read more

Wow stale donuts! No I'm serious! WTF, it's a donut shop, that's what you do, make donuts, so make them more than once a day. I've been here a few times now and I have to agree with others, this place is dirty. Good luck finding a clean table! The staff, every time I've been here, are kids either in high school or just graduated, Needless to say they have NO customer service skills (they just kinda stand there and look at you with a blank stare) or work ethic. Now I have to give some credit to the girl at the register today (she looked about 16 but it's hard to tell sometimes with Asian people, I'm making a complement here so please don't bash me), not only did she greet me with a smile she also engaged in small talk while she made my coffee (I guess there's a first time for everything) anyway she was very nice and placed my donut in the bag with the frosting pointing up! Holy cow it's gonna snow Cheerios! The coffee was hot and fresh too. (Unlike my donut) So maybe I whipped out the F-'em up stick too soon but like I said, I've been to this location a few times and the service sucked, this was the first time I encountered decent service. However, the donut was stale! Stale enough to crumble when I bit in to it (it was a Boston cream). I ended up throwing it out the window of my car in disgust. read more

Unfortunately, all of these reviews are quite accurate, although they don't usually mess up my order (but say it slow and be sure to check before you leave). This particular Dunkin Donuts never has its s*@! together to be brutally honest. I go in there every morning, and it seems like the line gets longer and longer every day. There's too many employees back there, and they're all working inefficiently. They had a fantastic employee (that remembered my order after 2 times, might I add), but they quickly lost her, which shows they probably don't treat their employees fair, and you know they don't pay them fair, so I guess you get what you pay for. But that being said, my latte is usually really good, and there are some friendly employees, so it's too bad the managers aren't finding a way to make this a better experience for its customers when today's customers seek an experience as enjoyable as the product. I'd hate to have to change coffee places due to never knowing if my simple coffee run is going to take 20 minutes and make me late to work. read more

This particular Dunkin Donut location is an utter disappointment and quite frankly an embarrassment to the brand. Living in the northeast I guess the expectations of GOOD coffee is waaay too high. DD coconut ice coffee is one of the best things that's ever happen to me until I moved to VA. Where's the coffee? Where's the coconut? Ice coffee usually means more than cream & ice. They NEVER get it right no matter how explicit the instructions I provide. This by far one of the best dunki donuts i have ever been. the staff are so courteous to customer. the environment looks neat and clean and the food top quality. I really don't understand how some people leave bad reviews. it is understandable that now a days if you do not sympathy with someone you want to leave bad reviews or do harm. for those people who leave bad reviews, if you guy want top quality service you need to go to fancy restaurants, hello this is a fast food franchise you get for what you paid for. we also need to understand that the people who work here are human being who has emotion and feeling and if you want to be threated with respect, you must respect in return. for those who say too many newbies, maybe you should try to work there. remember we were a newbies once, and still newbies, just because we know one thing does not mean we know it all. the moment you claim to know it all is the moment when you realize that you do know no anything. This location is a joke!! Sad because I've been coming here for nearly 4 yrs and always order through the on the go app for the last year. At least twice a week they forget to turn it on. It finally got old this morning!! I literally watched the lady turn it on after I told her and she rolled here eyes as If it was my fault!?!? (Really?!?!) And waited in the long line for over 10 minutes (hence the reason most use the app at this location especially) She was even more mad that I asked her to stir my iced coffee bc she poured the flavor in it and it sank straight to the bottom! They used to pump the flavor then pour, not sure why thats not happening anymore, guess it depends on who's doing it and their mood. They should concentrate on putting the correct amount of ice in as well because lately about 20 minutes after, your iced coffee is watery from the hot coffee being poured over it! It's actually pretty gross tasting! But again they don't listen, or care to listen! Usually I'd just say they forgot AGAIN but good grief when are they going to actually remember and be consistent! No wonder there's always different employees everytime you turn around! Sad because there is still one whom I know and even they are embarrassed and tired of the situation there SMH! Get it together already or customers are going to gladly take the extra minute ride to Starbucks or McDonald's!! read more

Never had a problem with this place. My order is always right but the staff do seem to be uninterested but hey it's dunkin donuts.

Anyone else have problems with lids not fitting cup? We had coffee all over us after we stopped for a quick cup. Had to attend an important event with coffee stains all over our dress clothes and these stains didn't come out after dry cleaning. The 2 small coffees were way too pricey! read more

This is probably the worst D&Ds I've been to. They were very confused. They got every order wrong while I was in there.

No sleeve, less cream, filled up cup ruined my car and day. Staff needs to be retrained.

My daughter and I really enjoy sneaking out of the house to get a dozen doughnuts from DD's...usually. This visit was awful! We walked in and the staff was pushy, short, and rude! I had one employee on one side of the store barking things at me for my latte order, and another employee on the other side of the store barking at me about what doughnuts we wanted selected. I wanted my daughter to pick the doughnuts bc that's 1/2 the fun for her and quite frankly she's the reason we go. Well, the employees seemed annoyed by this and didn't really want to wait for her to pick her doughnuts, so I quickly rattled off a bunch of varieties to select. We get home, the doughnuts are STALE and the filled ones are BARELY filled with any sort of filling! We selected a variety, 1/2 filled, 1/2 glazed. All the filled ones were disgusting. They weren't filled with more than a TB of filling and they seemed like 'yesterday's doughnuts'. BLECK! Even the glazed ones had issues, I had to microwave the doughnuts to soften them up before we ate them. Then after sampling, they were still gross, so we threw most of them out. Now on to the coffees...I ordered a Latte as a treat for myself and a regular coffee for my husband. I never order lattes because they are expensive. I figured I'd treat myself to a nice hot latte. It was awful, it tasted like watered down coffee with only a hint of flavor. My husband poured out his coffee and threw away the mug it came in because he claimed he'll never go there to get it refilled. I have to wonder if this DD establishment is cutting corners to save money. I will not go there again. I feel like we threw money into the trash can along with most of the leftover doughnuts. I was appalled and very upset that I paid nearly $12 for 2 coffees and doughnuts. read more

who ever picked up the phone was really rude when i tried to call cuz they messed up my order

This location recently switched management and seems ever since, its gone down! For three years I got my coffee from here every morning. I now choose certain days, because of the staff. I've found that there are a few who actually make a good coffee! This is the only local one. I now use the DD app to order because they only have one register running!! The line is ridiculously long every time! And even when I use the app, its almost never ready when I get there. My order actually didn't get processed the other day, and the young man there said to me, well did you push the button to submit! Uuummmm no I just have an order # and the app took that amount for no reason!!! Really, that's all you can say! He's a real smart a** all the time anyway. I won't let him make my coffee, as well as a newer young man who puts about 3 ice cubes in your iced coffee and it tastes like its been sitting for hours. Not good at all!! They really need to step up their customer service and speed up the pace. You can see the staff rolling their eyes and talking about each other! I don't normally eat their donuts but every now and then I will, but only if their available, which is almost never from what I see and here! Wish there was another location closer to me!! read more
