The only reason I continue to come here is because of the convenience of the drive thru. Some employees are extremely rude, while others are very kind. My friend and I went to this Dunkin today. The worker "Anna" literally swore at us for laughing, thinking we were laughing at her which we weren't... I just wanted a coffee, then they didn't put my whip cream on my coffee at first so we had to stay longer and I was extremely uncomfortable. also never got my card we used to pay which still had money on it. Even the woman with blue hair was vigorously apologetic which it wasn't her fault. I will NEVER be spending my money here again. And I will be telling all my friends and family about this experience because it was extremely disrespectful and caught me off guard. Yesterday I went through the drive through as I do often before going to work. The young man working the window rushed us to order and did not repeat our order. Once we got to the window he didnt even offer a receipt and handed us all but my boyfriends drink. He closed the window and walked away. I went in to speak with the manager. She had no concern and blamed me saying we drove away before he could give us the drink. Mind you, we sat a minute before pulling around and as I said, he had walked away. We made the mistake of giving them a second chance today. Our order was not repeated back, I had to demand my receipt yet again and my order was wrong. On top of this, they had a young child behind the counter by the cooking area playing. To say the least, I did not bother trying to complain to the "manager" again. The lack of attention to detail when it comes to orders from every single Dunkin in this state is absolutely appalling. I did an online order here today and of course they were out of my usual choice of an everything bagel which is fine it happens but I also had ordered two donuts which the girl working the window clearly did not care enough to notice. I then had to try to get someone's attention since they dismissed me so quickly. When another girl finally noticed me I could hear them inside laughing and goofing off. Food was cold, anything I asked for on the side was omitted, and they forgot an entire drink!!!!! I normally don't write reviews for fast food places; however, this one requires me to warn my fellow Yelpers.... I have been here a number of times--and almost every single time--when you order a meal at the drive-through, they do not give you the tater tot side that is an integral part of the breakfast meals. This has happened at this location at least 7-8 times over the past year, including 20 minutes ago--which prompted me to write this review. Yes, I know, I should check the bag before I drive away--I should not assume when you place an order they'll actually get it right and give you what you paid for. Technically speaking, they rip you off--nay, they steal your money. Put simply: you order a breakfast meal + you pay for it + they do NOT give you the food you paid for (on multiple occasions over time) = stealing the consumer's money. Outrageous. Service here is hit or miss. I had some really great experiences and some not so good service. They did remodel the location a few years ago which was for the better! When Cathy was the manager here the customer service was excellent! Now it is a bunch of young kids that does not enjoy being there. I usually go to the drive thru for a quicker service. To speed up the process, I would recommend downloading their app so you only have to pick the order up. Great spot to go for coffee and a light breakfast. The hash browns are delicious! read more

I've gone in this place a few times with my service Dog, never had an issue until one day I went there to meet a client and was told no dogs allowed, I told the lady it is a service dog, and I'm allowed to go in any business with my dog, she then told me she didn't care and stands by No Dogs, I left very upset! I also showed her the tags on my dog, but it didn't matter. And going through the drive through is not great I've had to wait almost 20 mins and there was only 3 cars a head of me! Most of the employees don't sound pleasant I say thank you every time after I say my order and only two employees say your welcome! I've also had to dump my coffee out a few times bc it tasted bad, and when you tell them, they reply with oh! One employee had offered me a free coffee. I'm pretty used to poor service at Dunkin Donuts, but this store took it to a whole new level of low. Old coffee plus a group of degenerates that can't seem to understand the meaning of ONE sugar and ONE cream. Instead I end up with a cup of sugar cream with one shot of coffee. This morning around 10:30 I went into this store with my 3 year old grandnephew. Sean C was taking my order. He put two donuts in the box when a girl came out from in back and seemed to me that she was yelling at Sean. Sean stopped taking my order to yell back at her. I spoke up and said that it wasn't to cool that they where yelling at each other in front of customers. They said they weren't yelling. Sean said to me you're right we shouldn't do that in front of customers. I said I was sorry finished my order. Logan wanted to eat his donut at a table. As we're sitting there I over hear the group of employees talking about me. I stand up and looked over at them. Penny( who I went to school with her) saw me and said something to the group. I said I didn't like to be talked about and said I'll never be back to that store again. I'll take the bus to the other store up the road. I definitely need to update my review since they did a major remodel of this Dunkin Donuts. It's very nicely decorated and the sitting area is small but inviting with a couch and easy chairs. The counter set up is clean and organized. Service was quick and friendly here too recently! I did notice staff being loudly chatty during down-time about items I'm sure clients don't want to hear about as they are sipping coffee quietly. But overall, great food, service and facility. So I just moved to the area. This is literally my first Yelp post ever. This location has driven me to the point of making a Yelp account and posting not fore pure criticism, but because if I'm going to live in the area, I'd like "my" Dunkin' Donuts to be above sub-par. So as I stated, I moved here recently and have been to this location 3 times through the drive-thru. Each time my order has been wrong. This is mind blowing to me. The staff is very pleasant and I can't argue with that. However, my first order was a Coffee and 2 orders of hashbrowns. I received 1 order. I didn't think much of it, people make mistakes. My second order was a coffee, hash browns, and a crescent/egg/sausage. I got home, checked my order. No sausage. I was pretty surprised at this point. Both of my first 2 trips to this place, both wrong. 3rd time I go to this location, I order the same as the 2nd order. I get home, some sort of grilled cheese with bacon. I'm VERY forgiving and usually don't mind too much, but man... 3 orders with about 5 ingredients each, and all 3 times it's been wrong? That's pretty bad and I don't think anyone could ever disagree. I expect 1 out of every 10 orders to have something wrong with it, but not 3/3 times wrong. Again, the staff is very pleasant, and I hope this can be used as helpful criticism because I do enjoy your products, and you are "my" Dunking Donuts, now that I've bought a house less than 1 mile away.
