This is legitimately the WORST Dunkin I have been to in my life. FIRST off they gave us a coffee with the top off so we spilt it ALL over our car. Then only gave us 2 things out of our 7 item order. Had to go inside twice to get everything and the workers were the dumbest people I've seen in my life, trying to make me feel like I was rude for asking for what I paid for. Unbelievable. The worker at the drive through was very courteous so that earned them two stars. Otherwise, the food was horrible. The stuffed bagels had huge spots of green mold on them. We also got two lattes, which both tasted terrible. The pumpkin spice latte was so bitter it wasn't drinkable. The other latte had so much french vanilla flavoring it was disgusting. Honestly this is my least favorite Dunkin in columbia. I only live 2 minutes away yet I'd rather drive to a further location because this location is constantly out of popular items like blueberry munchkins and yesterday they were out of anything pumpkin spiced.. I gave this location multiple chances and it's just not worth it. Maybe under better management this location will be better. We stopped here on the way to the beach. My husband only drinks Dunkin' Donuts coffee and my son and I need to stretch our legs. I walk into the restroom and it's awful! Both tissue rolls empty but there's a roll on the back of the toilet. No thanks. Used tissue on the floor beside the toilet. No thanks. Tissue stuck to the light switch. No paper towels. Barely any soap. And it wasn't even 12p yet. The staff was courteous and I mentioned that the bathroom needed attention. The employee immediately came out with supplies to clean the bathroom which is a positive. The dining room was clean and my husband was pleased with his drink. I tasted it but don't drink coffee so I'd trust his opinion over mine. read more

Not impressed with the service at all. Walked in as the only customer in line, and waited while someone took time out of their day to come over and see me. When I ordered my coffee, I was rudely told that they were no longer carrying the flavor that I requested. The coffee that I received tasted just fine, but it wasn't filled to the top, and as an ice coffee, this is a must because of all the ice they pour in the cup, you need as much filler as possible for the true coffee experience, and not just coffee flavored ice water. I hate giving bad reviews for Dunkin' Donuts, but the level of customer service needs to be increased. read more

Avoid at all costs! This location is hard to get to on a busy street. Their drive thru clerk snatches your debit card out of your hand and Dunkin Donuts staples are never in stock. What a great staff! I have to visit this DD location everyday for my breakfast and coffee on the way to work and sometimes when I'm on my way home in the evenings. The wraps and sandwiches are always hot and fresh and the coffee is excellent; the donuts are just an extra treat. The customer service is awesome as they make sure everything is right and you are happy. read more

If I could give this place less than a star I would. We sat in the drive through for five minutes right at 6 am when they opened. Employees were inside. Drove up by the window and no one came to help us. Drove to McDonalds and drove back by at 6:07, no open signs. No help. This place needs new management or they need better employees. Horrible customer service. Myself, my sister, and my mother were stopping in during a road trip and went to the bathroom and then walked up to the counter to order coffee. We stood there for 5 minutes while 4 or 5 girls stood there staring at us talking amongst their selves and never greeted us to take our order. They were also not wearing face masks. This DD is convenient off of I-20 and on my way to work. I've been coming for about 3-4 years. I explain what I want but it is never correct, or I'm told "this is how it is made." I have come several times at 630am and the store isn't open when their posted time is 6am. The drive thru sign isn't lit up so you have to guess at options. They often don't have items avaliable. I can say the cashiers are always polite and willing to correct order if possible. read more

This was the absolute worst experience at any donut shop I've ever patronized. The lobby is closed due to Covid restrictions. We went to drive through and asked for the server to tell us the flavors available. We asked 4 times. Each time she said we have all flavors. She never once said what choices there were. I said I don't know your usual selection can you tell me? She refused. We finally ordered donut holes and asked for a variety of. Chocolate, blueberry and glazed in a 25 count box. We got 2 chocolate, 5 blueberry and 18 stale, hard glazed. God, how I wish we had gone down the street to the Krispy Kreme we saw as we were pulling out of the parking lot. All three times the service has been horrible and they are always out of something.The last time we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and they got the order wrong three times. And we patiently and calmly waited but the employee got mad because she didn't get it right. Then the coffee has way too much sweeter and the bagel was burned. Occasionally the service at this Dunkin' is OKAY, but typically it is terrible. They are extremely slow most of the time, even with mobile orders, and their customer service is disgraceful. I've never actually been greeted in a professional manner, instead, I get "what can I get you?" or "come around" when I'm in the drive through after sitting there for a few minutes with no response. The worst part, is that put such a bad taste for Dunkin' in your mouth that you don't even want to go to others. Another day attempting to stop for a coffee at almost 6am after theyre supposed to open at 5am and they're not open. But there was a car there in lot lights were on but employee chose to ignore vehicles coming in to spend $ at this business. This place is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The service is horrible and the iced coffee was very bitter. Asked for pumpkin spice but it had no flavor just bitterness. Asked for a large and was told they had no large iced coffee cups so they put it in a large hot coffee cup and charged me for the large ice. First let me say that I LOVE Dunkin Donuts so it pains me to write this review. My suggestion is to hire more staff, fix the speaker system and offer specials! They're right off the interstate so the business should be booming. They're always out of products day after day and blame the delivery truck. No excuses for poor customer service. To echo many of the reviews here, this location is terrible. The service varies from morning to morning even though the same people are working. Everyone looks as sleepy as they probably are and this is from a drive-thru perspective. They are slow. Medium hazelnut coffee with cream apparently means medium hazelnut coffee with cream and extra sugar. I tried the breakfast once. It was deplorable. I will be finding another location to buy coffee from. I hear the Krispy Kreme across the street is much better. read more

The staff is insure about everything and have to ask the on duty manager. Then the manager when asked for the same thing we get from every other location gave the meanest look and rolled her eyes telling us to hold on. Drive out of your way to go to a different location. I've given this one 3 chances just because it's convenient for me, but I'll be sticking to the Krispey Kreme across the street from now on (who always gives my 2yo a balloon when we go). They have consistently been out of key ingredients each time I've gone, including bagels or croissants. Plan on waiting a while for your sandwich to be made and maybe even having to remind them you're waiting on your sandwich. I think they were even running out of glaze at one point because the last time I ordered munchkins, there was a drop of glaze on each one that barely covered 1/4 of the donut hole. I really love Dunkin but NOT this location! I have given this place a few tries to get it right since they are conveniently located next to I-20, but nope-not going to happen until they have a serious overhaul of management and properly train their employees. First of all the drive-through experience is terrible. One Sunday morning my husband and I came by and attempted to order several items from their menu only to be told that they were out of stock of each. This was at around 9am on a weekend so I'm unsure of why they were out of stock. And of course they got the order wrong. I ordered an iced coffee and received a hot coffee. This location also makes you pay extra for condiments such as jelly. Last week I went to this location before I was supposed to be at a venue at 9am to help setup for a baby shower. I stopped to get a coffee and a wake up wrap before getting on I-20. Having never gone inside I was hoping that it would be faster since I know drive-through is always so slow. I was wrong. The employees are so rude and disrespectful to one another. They are yelling at each other constantly about why orders are not getting out as fast as possible, or why orders are incorrect, or why they're making duplicate orders. I can use the word constantly because I have observed this behavior amongst their staff in my previous trips to this establishment. The staff is really incompetent. One cashier did not know where many of the items were located in the computer and how to ring them up. They were also playing music loudly behind the counter that was inappropriate for a family establishment. Rihanna's "B---h better have my money" was playing loudly enough for customers to hear with the profanity in it. Sadly the woman who appears to be the manager (because she was ordering everyone around in a rude and nasty tone) was also singing along with this song. I'm thankful that my kids were not with me to witness this. If you are a glutton for punishment, don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes inside or in the drive-through, rude employees, and just a poor experience in general, be their guest.
