I have been supporting this local business through three different owners. The current regime is by far the worst and has guaranteed I will not return. Not honoring previous coupons, poor service (walk in or drive through) and completely inconsistent product is just the beginning. I have been ignored, insulted and even asked to wait while a cashier finished an argument with the customer in front of me in line. I thought I could stay away from most of it by simply using the drive through. I was wrong. It actually takes longer. I have even witnessed an employee hang out of the delivery window to make a point to the driver in front of me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if possible. read more

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING HERE!!! The management at this location (and the owners themselves) are a tight-knit group that will throw you under the bus in any way they can!! I worked at three locations under this ownership and this one is the one I was unfortunately assigned to primarily. I'd tried to transfer for weeks before just quitting because that location is a horrible, horrible place to work. None of the employees follow the CDC guidelines for mask wearing and when asked to respect the safety of their coworkers they come up with the laziest responses as to why they can keep putting their coworkers in harms way. I tried to quit and the owner called me begging me to stay, and one day later he removed me from the schedule because he listened to the manager at this location above me despite admitting he forgot to transfer me to another location, which is the reason I tried to quit in the first place. This isn't even mentioning the second-degree burns you will receive due to a lack of safety equipment, and the yelling the managers do at their employees who are paid $9/hr to burn themselves. This is not how companies are run!! This place is not worth your time to work at, especially if you have to work 7 days a week to get a full 30 hours. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever!!!!i have been to more than a 100 stores. They on multiple occasions have had no salt and pepper and this morning try said they had no eggs for the croissant! Extremely rude customer service and stale donuts. I love DD being from the east cost. They has a special advertised 2/5 Croissant Sand witch on a big poster on the store. When i asked the girl at the counter on why i am being charged full price instead of 2/5 she says the sandwich has to have bacon to receive the special and i had ordered it without bacon. Has i know i need to order more food i would have but never before i have see anyone charge me more since i told them to remove a ingredient. On top of that the manager a guy blames the dunkin corporate saying they are not flexible which is totally false. I have been eating and ordering DD fro more than 20 years. This store is a shame. IT was there early on Sunday and the donuts holes were stale. I am definitely sure they are old and these guys recycle or sell day old stuff instead of discarding it. This is by far the worst location I've been to. I went this past Saturday and tried to order one of the Valentine's day donuts. The lady working the drive thru spoke very broken English and I couldn't understand her very well. She proceeds to tell me that they are completely out of donuts. Not just the promotional donuts but all kinds. How does a donut place run out of donuts? I wouldn't be surprised if this location goes out of business. This location was ok with the previous owners - now its just BAD. I have gone there 2 times in the last 3 weeks and both times they have screwed up my order...I live in Hilliard and drive past my work to go there in the AM and I am the only one there at 5:15am. The first time I ordered the Latte Lite (splenda and skim milk) I drink it - its like drinking milk (I complained and they replaced it.) I go this AM and order the same drink with more direction and they bring it hot (I ordered iced) and my oatmeal was made with cold milk - funny every other location does it with hot water AND the container states "caution: this container is extremely hot." Um, no its not. So over this place...stick to the Westerville location - they actually care. read more

We stopped to get a quick cup of coffee and ended up waiting at the drive through window for a good 10 minutes! The guy took our money and just left with no explanation or anything! We saw him run past the window and then he put cream in our cups and left again, he then came back and gave us our watered down coffee! And said so sorry! Next time we will go to Tim Hortons! This is honestly a terrible Dunkin Donuts. We've gone multiple times and our order is never correct. The sandwiches and even bagels with cream cheese are sloppily put together. The staff is always friendly and the manager always makes a point to make conversation at the window and inside. The service at this location is wretched. Almost every time I go, I get an attitude from someone. When I just went through, I put my order in on the app. When I got there, the woman tried to ask me for more money, even though I already paid for it on my app. I showed her the receipt on my app, she wouldn't accept it and insisted we owed her money. I asked for a manager to solve the issue and she insisted there was no one there who could talk with us. After 10 minutes of blocking the drive thru arguing with me, she finally shoved the drink in my window, didn't give me a straw and slammed the drive thru window in my face. I can't wait to get a manager on the phone. But as I've been told when I called in, no one will be back until tomorrow at 7:00am. I wish I could give this location less than one star. They are terrible. It really has more to do with the ownership and service than with the product quality. They are painfully obvious about the fact that all they want to do is make as much money as possible. This morning, the pre-recorded drive thru message said "free medium coffee with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich." So I ordered an egg and cheese croissant sandwich with a medium coffee. When I paid, I was charged for the medium coffee. When I asked about it, the owner said the sandwich has to have meat on it. So I asked if that meant that a vegetarian or someone who cannot eat meat would not eligible for the free coffee deal. He explained that there's a more expensive vegetarian option that would fall under the deal. I then asked if what he was saying was that you have to order their most expensive sandwiches to get free coffee, to which he says, yes, like at least 75 cents more. As if we're now bargaining. And nowhere in the pre-recorded message is this specified. So in order to get a "free" $1.69 medium coffee, I'd have to order a sandwich that I don't really want that costs "at least 75 cents more." These owners are seriously the worst. And when I ordered the cinnamon spice coffee, there was so much flavoring in it that it wasn't even drinkable. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location either. I ordered only a sandwich once because I was pregnant and couldn't have caffeine. As a result, the owner gave me a hard time about not ordering coffee at the window. He asked how I was doing and I said well. When I asked how he was doing he said, "I'd be better if you drank my coffee." When I explained that I couldn't have caffeine because I was pregnant he simply said, "oh." Needless to say, the customer service at this location is terrible and the food is nothing to get excited about. I for one will never spend another dime at this location again. Not to mention, there's only one person who can make an iced coffee not taste like complete poison. So if I don't hear her voice on the speaker, I pull off. They just need to rehire a whole new staff. I wish I could rate this place with a red, flashing, negative star. I am a dedicated Dunkin Donuts coffee fan, but even my strong loyalty to their coffee can't make me return to this location. They have no regard for customer service and are only focused on how much money they can get out of you. A few days ago I went in to use a DD Perks App coupon for a free coffee with purchase. The owner wasn't even aware of the Dunkin App, nor how to use it. When I showed him the coupon he refused to honor it and then starting yelling "I don't care. I don't care." He was loud enough for the drive thru customers to hear. When I asked for a corporate number to call regarding the coupon he yelled "You look it up. I don't care." On the way out the door I ran into 2 people about to enter the store. I told them "good luck" and briefly explained my experience. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! My experience was terrible....I visited this location on 3/1/18 a little after 10am. I ordered 6 donuts. The cashier did the usual, he reached down, pulled a box from under the donut racks and started with my selection. I suddenly saw a dark brown bug (the size of a chilli bean) crawling out of the box in his left hand. By then I was wide-eyed. Next it was on his wrist going up past his watch. To my surprise, the sale person "casually" swiped at the bug which ended up on the floor and stepped on it. It was a roach! He proceeded with adding the last two donuts as if I did not just witness a roach coming out of the box. I was extremely shocked. I took a second and third look at the bug (still on the floor) to make sense of what had just transpired. He snickered, told me that "it" fell on his hand and was not inside the box. The nerve of him to lie! However, through my shock, I somehow found my voice and told him that he should throw away all the donuts/boxes in the shop and clean up the place.
